DO NOT SHOP from this website! I ordered ugg boots from uggaustralia.com for my daughter for her birthday, thinking I was ordering from Ugg directly to save about $30-$35. Received the boots 14 days later, the color was off, it was shorter that the real one as well as the inner liner was like a cheap man mad material.
I was so dissapointed in my self for falling for it that I had to go buy another pair on the same day, came home took pictures side by side and send the company an Email... Waiting for an answer.

I wish I had found this review site before placing my order on 1/6/12! The problems re: not answering emails, having to email finance dept for refund, goods not being received still exist 18 months later! I placed an order as to the terms and condition, and paid for saturday delivery as going on holiday. 7 days, 55 emails and constant phone calls later goods have still not been received, I to received an email asking me to send a copy of my goverment I'd for goods to be despatched! I would never order from them again and will use an authorised uk retailer site next time. Trying to stop people using fake sites is not helped by 5ecker - ugg when their customer/ delivery service is beyond belief! DON'T ORDER from uggaustria.com!

This is the real site and I have had good results with shopping here. Fast shipping, fast easy return, and fast exchange. I have only ordered clothes from the site and use it to get information about what is in stores. Note that the fulfillment of online is done through a vendor that supports maybe eight other different store sites. Only ordering from an Ugg store is direct from Ugg, but the vendor did a good job with my ordered and exchange. Sorry to hear about folks having issues with this site- but the vendor ugg's uses may have been over taxed at the time.

I ordered a pair of uggs on the 30/08/2011 and status on my account still says pending, they emailed me asking for a copy of my bank details, I've emailed them everyday since and I got an email today sayin customs are really cracking down that's why its taking my order longer than usual, then I got this email

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company at all costs. Yes they are genuine shop and you will receive the genuine article. But they're seriously not worth the effort.

I placed an order but they failed to tell me they wouldn't be shipped for 10 days (even though their products are supposed to be sent the following day), i phoned them back and because of the appalling service cancelled the order. They then said i couldn't cancel but i kicked up a fuss and eventually they agreed to do this.

The order wasn't in fact cancelled, but duplicated without me knowing. A couple of days later the order was sent and i received an emailing confirming this, so phoned the company who again confirmed they would cance the order and as the boots hadn't been sent out from the warehouse they would hold them back and that would be the end of it. 2 days later however i was charged for the boots, (although i have never received them). I am now waiting to speak to the supervisor (who is never available), and i have no idea when i will get my money back...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You would be far better off going to another authorised retailer and buying them there...

I ordered my ugg boots from uggaustralia.com/gb on 28/12/10 and still havent received them i believed this to be the official site as even the ugg tm shows in the address bar when you go onto the site, i received official confirmation of order via email with contact numbers and again tm logo, but when i checked their site the other day as i hadnt received my boots my password had changed which i then recovered but on accessing the site there was no order history on my account. I have now telephoned the number on uggaustralia.com/gb and spoke to some one called jeanette who says there was and error over the christmas period as they had moved warehouses and customer services and changed computer systems which meant orders had been cancelled, and i was to reorder so i advised her after checking with my bank that the payment had been taken from my account and wanted to know what was happening she said this needed to be refered to their accounts department and she would get someone to call me back i am still waiting so i called again today and was told the matter was being dealt with by accounts and this would be escalated to a manager and again some one would call me back grrr i can't work out if im being ripped off or not at the minute. This is really bad customer service/ relations if this is the official site as it makes out to be.

I ordered 2 pair of Ugg boots from this company luckinthebox.com that says they sale genuine Ugg boots from Ugg boots Australia which apparently is not true. I ordered 2 pair of boots size 9 one was tall which fit well and was made well the other were a short pair and looked like cardboard were extra wide and way too big in length. I asked to return them for an exchange and they asked me to take picture of the size difference which I did sent several pics and they argued with me about the color and that they were not the ones they sent me. I even offered to pay to return them just for them to send me a new pair like the tall ones that would fit and I would be happy with. They argued with me through 18 emails and they kept saying the same thing over and over send us more pics they completely wasted my time and my money. Wish I just ordered them from Uggastralia in the first place. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUCKINTHEBOX. They are bad fakes and extremely bad customer service.

SCAM ARTISTS! Website "looks" great but when you put in your credit card details, weird things happen. Came up with "system Error" but can't contact company customer service or payment compnay. When I checked out the address where payment was going, was Bank of China. I have cancelled my credit card, not willing to take the risk. After reading about whos fake and whos not, I suggest you just go to Schuh and buy the real thing. I will be!

I orderd some UGG boots from this retailer - they seemed OK but they were too small - strange, as I have a pair that size already (bought from a shop in UK) and they are fine. Am in the process of trying to return them. I refuse to send them back to China where they came from, and the company will not respond to my e-mails, despite saying on their website that you shoudl email them for instructions on returns! Also, it won't recognise my account anymore, says my e-mail address is not vaild.

This is the real site of the UGG company. If you join their mailing list program they will send you coupons periodically and you can even get free shipping. This is also the best place to see what the latest UGGs look like. Obviously not the cheapest place to buy UGGs but you can get the real deal here and their return policy is flawless and they have every size always in stock.
