I brought a pair of Uggs whilst in London.
Firstly the staff where so kind, I was even given a discount at the till and two free key rings, one for me and my mum.
The staff where not over the top, or in your face which I hate, but were very attentive.

The boots I purchased, I love, they are amazing quality and are so comfortable. I was expecting my feet to get hot and sweaty in them if I am honest, but I was wrong.
The materials used in the boots are breathable and sweat preventing, which is explained on the website.

Very pleased with the store, the staff and customer service but most importantly the boots.

Terrible service

I ordered 3 items in January 1 of the boots they told me they were out of stock then they cancelled my order 4 months later I still haven't received my boots or a credit. I will never order from them again

Ordered boots from Uggsaustralia.com and they had them out of stock but lied and kept sending me that they will ship these boots, kept changing shipment day and finally cancelled my order. Once I ordered same boots from other company they emailed they are trying to restore my order. I had to call and waited 58 minutes to talk to costumer service to cancel it once and for all. Spend whole month waiting for boots which they didn't even had in stock but lied. It's a first time I see such dishonest company. I have no complains to quality of boots but service is horrible.

I am an eleven years old and saved up all my money and got the 3 bailey buttons boots and spent all my money and got them. Three or four days later one of the buttons snapped right in half and we live 1hour and 30min away from the nearest store so we went up to the store and tried on the boots they held for us and they were all crinkled and stretched so we asked for another pair but they did not have one so they gave us to very bad buttons and they expect us to sew them our self. Very disappointed in my Uggs

I have ordered many UGG boots over the past few years and have never had a problem with online ordering. Great product (still have my originals from 6 years ago). I recently ordered a pair as a gift for family 1 week before Christmas and received them 5 days later and that was with free shipping. :) PS--I get ALOT of compliments on my UGGS

After regrettably buying something from the Chinese wholesale crooks at RoseWholesale, now I am bombarded with their Ugg Australia spam. Make no mistake, when you buy from Ugg Australia you are getting FAKE CRAP and your money is going to Chinese crooks. You will never get your money back if their product is unsatisfactory.

These crooked Chinese crap knock-off wholesale sites are popping up in different guises all over the net like poison mushrooms on steroids. I wish a POX on them all. Where is a divine LIGHTENING BOLT when one is needed?

Last year I bougth a pair of ugg winter boots from Softmoc shoes store for my daughter's birthday, its name was " Elsa", and because she was very good in school so I would liked to reward her, she loved the boots a lot, unfortunately it didn't last long, some how one of the d-ring came loose, the boots are stil in very good shape but my daughter refused to wear them again this year. For me this boots had cost a fortune :(

Ordered boots on 2/2/14. On 3/3/14 still no boots. I have contacted their customer service department daily. My order is still pending in my account, but the money came out of mine quickly! It was your lucky day if you ordered ordered from the site and got your product. They are of course, not original UGs, but may be worth half the prize. If... you receive them.

I want to know how/why this company has been trading so long without any interference from authorities? They offer next day deliveries, and charge £6.99 when that is obviously impossible unless you live in china! Its not until one is billed that you realized that you are paying more due to the exchange rate! How can these people be stopped!?

Customer service for returns are HORRIBLE! Tried to call 3 times. Wait time 50 minutes(combining the three attempts). I never did get an agent on the phone.

Sent E-mail to get a return label. It came 2 days later after I already shipped the product back on my own.

I ordered boots from this site... had to return them for different size. Put the prepaid return label on box and dropped them off at a UPS store. 657 Hurstbourne Pkwy Louisville Ky. Uggs says they never received them. UPS store says sorry they just collect packages and put against the wall in their store. Anyone can walk out with one before the PO truck picks them up. The PO is to scan as they load onto truck. Usually is what PO says. Uggs says if I did not take them to PO. They are not responsible? UPS store does not scan the PO dropoffs. But they take them. The boots were shipped to me via UPS. But unbeknowst to me. The return label was for post office. UPS store accepts PO packages and mail and PO picks up there one or more times a day. Now I cannot get through to Uggs waiting forever on hold. Bet if I were ordering new boots they would pick up pronto... so someone else got my boots for Christmas... no boots and out the $212. No more Uggs for me or UPS stores. For those that don't know. You can drop UPS packages at the post office; they do scan the flex labels with two bar codes and hold them for UPS to pick up. DON"T use UPS stores or if you do, get a receipt for your UPS return.If they don't offer. Ask for one... cover yourself. They will not.

I ordered my ugg boots on Christmas eve and its January 6th and they are still not here. On the site it said that shipping would be 5-7 days, it has been way over this amount!

Horrible! Save yourself some time. Get your uggs elsewhere. You have a question concerning your order? Good luck getting in touch with someone. I'm not a social media person but if any of you is, you should definitely hurt them on FB, Twitter etc. This doesn't make sense especially when you buy a product at that price.

Stay away from this website, boots are conterfeited, they are fake!. Spend the extra $25 to get the real ones from a trusted seller. I orderd two pairs and paid $20 to get it express delivered, they arrived 15 days later, when it was delivered I only received one box, well to my surprise they have stuffed both pairs into one box. They are selling fake boots, dont buy from them, read what others reviewers experiences are, they were exactly similar to my experiece with the website.

Stay away from this website. The customer-service is terrible. They don't answer the phone, don't call back, don't mail back. They shipped boots to me without a trackingnumber, no idea where the boots are, already my credit card was charged a week ago.

Uggs ordered with DEBIT CARD 5 weeks ago. $125 debited IMMEDIATELY from my account (shows beijing order data), order info disappeared, no account, no verification email, nothing, live chat always "off line." If you ignore my experience and use this site for PETESAKE use a CREDIT CARD, not a debit card, so you can dispute your order. Am too old to have made this rookie mistake...

Do not use this site. Customer service is appalling still no boots and still no refund, sorry cant give you the number of head office, sorry cant call you back instead of putting you on hold, sorry cant speak to a manager, sorry ur boots were delivered to a London address, I live in Scotland, sorry an investigation is being carried out with dpd, sorry cant sent you another pair as investigation is still being carried out #sorrydoesntcutit.

I purchased a defected Uggaustralia mini Boots and within 7 month the leather on 1 of the boots ripped on the side. I no longer have the receipt but I contacted UGGaustralia warranty department and I feel that I was treated with total ignorance. I followed every step of their procedure at their request to provide all the information and pictures and I 'm very disappointed and outraged by the "NO SERVICE" they provide for their customers.

If this site was real, why would their email adress *******@gmail.com???? i ordered mine on black friday for a pretty good price compared to how much they origanally are but i will see the quality of the ugg boots and then debate if i should return them or not! Right now uggaustralia.com is not my bestfriend. I dont like them right now!
