I purchase a knitwear boots since Dec22 and receive on jan4, for one they say I will get it for Christmas, did not, when I receive on 4 of Jan it didn't fix because the size chart indicates the size wrong, they say it fits small, am a 6, so I take a 5, when it arrive it's too close, send it back for size 6, haven't receive yet, my understanding they r using the post office for shipping that so ridiculous!. I will never buy no more shoe from them, only they retailer,. Don't receive it yet, today is Jan18 2016, not good enough!
Just wanted exchange a pair of UGG's for size. Website says exchanges take 6-8 days. 15 business days later I get on a chat with customer service. They track it down and tell me new pair will be here 3 days later. 3 days later I chat again because UGG's never came. This rep says they have no record of our exchange. They finally found it and told me the first rep must have been confused when he gave me a deliver date... Confused... yea right... how about just wanted to get me off chat... They gave me their "advance exchange #" which I called and sat on hold for an hour and 21 minutes only to be told that " your US Postal service is dragging deliveries." The second chat told me they would expedite the shipping... more lies. Now they have promised that I would see them next Friday. 26 business days later.
First and last pair of UGG's this father and grandfather will purchase for any of my family.
Purchased slippers online and was charged 23.00 shipping which was fine, but they did not fit so we sent them back paying 23.00 again for shipping.
We filled out the form they included in the original delivery and requested an exchange. They did not exchange them, just refunded my credit card for the price of the slippers, so now I am out close to 50 bucks and have no slippers. I called customer service and it was a disaster. They did not know anything about a slip of paper or exchange, I would have to call the warehouse? They do not even understand their own company policy's. They said if I wanted new slippers to re-order. If I do that it will cost me another 23.00 for shipping! Just a nightmare - never again will I purchase a UGG product.
I ordered 3 pairs of boots Wednesday morning and paid for NEXT DAY SHIPPING, but never received a confirmation/shipment email, so I contacted the company Thursday via chat. The rep. Simply said the boots were shipping out late (offered no explanation or options for me). She wouldn't answer me when I asked if the company ever intended to let me know that the order would not be shipped as promised. She simply ended our chat and stopped responding. I thought this was a reputable store. DISGUSTED by this company's "customer service"!
Their customer service is a disaster. They emailed me saying that part of my order was cancelled and even after a written request didn't offer me a chance to exchange the item THEY falsely claimed they had in stock or cancel the order entirely. They offered me to create a new order (of course not offering to cover the delivery fees). All that whilst not sounding apologetic at all for their mistake.
I ordered an Ugg cleaning kit. The website said 2 day free shipping, but once it was shipped it was ups ground - 10 days! I could have ordered from Amazon Prime and had it. When I contacted customer service, they offered no explanation or anything. They did apologize, then asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I'm very dissatisfied!
I would never have purchased anything from this company if I knew it treated its customers as horribly as they do. I waited for 3 hours on the phone and then finally hung up because you cannot reach them. I also tried the chat and was mysteriously disconnected. I finally got a halfassed email response saying I should look around my neighbors house or in the bushes for my package. It was two day air on the 19th of December. There was no origin scan from ups. Meaning... Uggs still has the package.
Love the shoes but the customer service is horrendous. I sent the whole day trying to get to them and they never answered and then the shoes I wanted went out of stock. They suck! FIX THIS!
Al their boots suck major mother$#*!ing $#*!. They don't know how to design for $#*!ing $#*! and if it were my decision I have no one ever $#*!ong but them again. Don't waste you $#*!ing money of this dumbass $#*!. Buy something worth your mother$#*!ing time. I won't ever be getting something from them. Make boots that are $#*!ing accurate. $#*!ing dumbasses.
Currently on hold an have been for exactly 44 mins. When I try to live chat a rep, it gives the message of 'disconnected from server'. Simply trying to track my order. It lists 2 departure scans an simply stops tracking thereafter. With the price of their products, should hire more people to answer the phone!
FAKE SITE DO NOT BUY. They are based in china not Australia. Have not received boots or refund six moths later. Is there an organization to report these thief's to.
People keep saying that they are fake if they arnt from China. But i brought my uggs online from the Ugg store nd it says it was made in vietnam? Should i return them...
Ordered boots with 2-day shipping. Received confirmation- 2-day shipping was not shown on confirmation. Called customer service, was on hold for 30+min.
Gave up- sent email asking them to confirm 2-day shipping was applied on the order. Received response stating it was, then received tracking info showing order taking a week to receive. Tried all day to contact customer service via 888#- no luck- their phone system was having "technical difficulties". Sent email again- response from Ugg "nothing we can do". They tried to say
1st-I didn't request expedited shipping
AND I misunderstood when their rep told me they applied 2-day shipping to my order. When rep said "We applied 2-day free shipping to the order" I should have understood that to mean "we did NOT apply 2-day shipping to your order"
Thanks for nothing Uggs- love boots but will never do business with them again.

I bought 3 pairs of ugg boots! From ugg Australia they had a massive sale, spent £164.00. Had them delivered, they are fake, one pair isnt even the right pair that i even ordered they are a cheaper pair. Emailed them to say i want a refund, they said i can have a dicount next time i order. The boots a crap. I have waisted all that money. They come from China. Just realised they have taken £189.00 from my account, not £164.00 as it was suppose to be. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They give you the run around on refunds, they don't know when their product is on sale & the reps are very incompetent!
So I ordered the Croft boot for a party for my daughter@ about 4am in the morn on a Thurs & chose next day shipping... well guess what, I didnt receive them & called uggaustralia cust. Service & their solution was to refund me the $26 nxt day shipping because somebody failed@ their job to get the boots shipped out on time, today is Wednesday & I still dont have the boots... their site GUARANTEES nxt day! So wrong!
I ordered a pair of rustic color boots that was in stock. I received an email a day later saying they were shipped. 2 weeks later I didn't receive any order. So, I called. The rep told me that the rustic color was sold out. Well, it didn't say it was sold out when my card got charged on 9/30/15. So, the rep Michael said that the Black in the exact same boot was available. I received it next day air UPS and they're bleeding. The dye is coming off. And There's a disclaimer which states they are not responsible for delivering fake uggs. Ain't this about a BIT¢H! $122.00 for a $10.00 pair of boots. I wish I could upload a picture. This is sad. The love of money is the root of all evil. Go to the store and buy your boots or order from a real site. Like Nordstrom rack. Ugh Australia is FAKE! FAKE!
I did not use this site and already someone has rung up $1000 of charges for shoe (?) I did not order.
I really loved my boots for a couple months until the fur started getting really ugly and the bottom of the boots wore out so fast! I was so excited to get these boots because I had been dying for them but I was really dissapoined after a couple months on what they actually turned out to be. :(
I bought boots from Nordstrom. A few months later the baily bow became unraveled. Instead of taking them back to the store I figured I would deal with ugg Australia directly. Bad move! I shipped them off USPS may 28, it is now July 24 and ugg cannot find my package. Really $205 wasted.
Answer: No. The boots come from China and are usually defective. There is no customer service. I contacted UGG's parent company in California, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, they told me UGG Australia is a well-know counterfeiter of their boots. That's why the prices look so good.
