I recently ordered some fromt his site and read all these reviews and you all had me worried they wouldnt arrive. I have been able to access the site the whole way through and these boots managed to arrive from China within 2 weeks. Everyone who is complaining should have just gone straight to Ugg Australia - you get what you pay for. I think its pot luck with this site, sounds like they send them to some people but not to others, maybe this is how they make their money, luckily I got them safe.

I learned too little to late
What I need to know now is how do I go about getting my money back as the webiste can no longer be accessed.
So what do I do now as I have no official confirmation of my order placed other than the one from paypal
Im raging now I should have just went to the official ugg australia seems that for what I tried to save has cost me in the end

Do any of you have any contact details for the uggmall.com site so I can mail them!

I ordered a pair of uggs a week a go and they havn't yet arrived. I wasn't that concerned but i just saw on this website all the comments about how they were a fraud so i went on the instant chat window and spoke to them about it. They said how they were cheap because they got it from the factory and how it was minimal profits etc, but when i said i was going to check with the ugg shop that they were real and i didn't expect to pay a delivery charge back when i found they were fake, they told me to refuse the parcel and they will refund me after. Whether they will or not i will find out, but right now i am happy. And they didn't exactly argue their case that i will find they are real so i am guessing you are right and they are fake.
But the people who have recieved them are saying they are good, so maybe they are actually real?

OMG! I am so upset with this site. PLEASE DON'T BE A MUG LIKE I HAVE BEEN, do not order from here. I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots and have to wait a month for them to get here. The sizes were all over the place, I ordered UK5 5.5 and the left shoe was a size 4.5 and the right shoe was 6.5. THEY ARE SOOOOOO FAKE it's unreal. I am waiting to get my money back as we speak, but I am doubtful. I wish I had read these reviews before hand.
They made me think they were genuine with their live chat, don't fall for it. These were a birthday present from my mum, so I'm really mad!

I almost ordered, but the i got suspicius, because i couldnt find a real adress of the company anywhere on the web site.

OMG! Seems everyone knows this Chelsea Lee.
I knew this site was fake straight after i ordered i couldnt acess the site and still cant- for some reason.
I emailed them and within 30 minutes( amazing!) Chelsea emails me back with broken grammar. I sent 4 emails the day after ordering and everone was responded within 2 hours! DODGY! We all know what its like trying to get hold of someone from customer services. I was reassured my boots would be with me and within 6 days of ordering, my boots arrived from CHINA! Fake of course.
You get what you pay for £64.99 for geuine uggs, new.? Hmmm, there must be a catch!

Hi, I recently received the ugg boots that i ordered from this website. I was worried that i wasnt going to receive them as it took 3 weeks and when i checked the online tracking they it said they were last tracked in Shanghai and this didnt change for weeks. When i finally received them they arrived in an ugg box and looked to be genuine uggs and i was really pleased with them. Unfortunatly on the website it said they were a UK 6 1/2 but then were only a 6 so were too small! The e-mail address i used to contact them was-Chelsea Lee (*******@yahoo.com)

I have ordered a pair four weeks ago.
Didn't reveive it. The site went down and I didn't have a customer service email.
Once Mel M. Gave it, I wrote. Got the response in 24 hours from Chelsea Lee.
It seems my uggs has returned back (don't know why it didn't reach me).
Mr Lee offered me to resend them or refund. I chose refund and could't believe it with my own eyes when after few minutes I saw confirmation from paypal about full refund. Cool customer service. I'd say it's HONEST.
Don't know anything about boots being genuine or not but got my money back very quickly, ordered another pair in ebay and am very happy :)

Just wanted to put an update on this site after reading that fake people were putting incorrect reviews. I just put honest feedback on this site after I recd my uggs. Obviously more people than not have had a bad experience. I received my boots quickly & if they are fakes they are damn good ones, if they werent I wouldnt have said so on the review. After thinking about it & checking the prices on other online stockists they probably are fake but extremely hard to tell the difference!

Only wish i'd found this website before i ordered!
Emailed them asking for them to cancel the order and a refund, as i was unable to contact back in the site! Also advising that i have research them and that it would be unlikely i will get it back also linked this website to it!
Some Chelsea Lee emailed me back asking why i wanted to cancelled.
Have got an email this morning saying order cancelled and refund will be within 24 hours! Yeah right!

Website looked really good, hooked me in. Even has a live chat room were you talk to the sales people. All shoes are fake, haven't received my order of 4 pairs of shoes. They use paypal but open a temporary account so you cannot trace your order when you log into your paypal account. Have spoke to credit card company and paypal and it's all a waiting game now, they won't say whether i will get my money back, paypal give them 10 days to respond! Credit card company waits 30 days before you can claim! So warning don't order any or you might aswel flush your money away!

Do not order form this site or any other site which has the word ugg in it, except uggaustralia.com as after reserching any site that uses the word ugg only sells fake uggs, i ordered from this site and 2 weeks later still no boots, thought it was safe because paid via paypal but have been told i may not get money back! If you want uggs only order from official stockests listed at uggaustralia.com because all the others are fake and poor quality
