I have just stumbled across this forum after trying to access the site to buy another pair! I bought a pair of baily buttons in sept 09, they took almost 3 wks to arrive., and noticed there was some pen marking on them (prob from stesil) & sent photo's to the famous chelsea lee. She offered me half refund or replacement. I took the replacement and they did arrive, I gave the others to my niece who was thrilled.
I have to say I was pleased with the quality, although doubtfull that they were real but still happy for £70. It seems it may have started to go pear shaped after I ordered. I understand alot of websites were shut down in December for counterfeit activity. I checked if Ugg Mall was still going when I heard & it was so thought it must have been ok. I did notice they stopped taking paypal though, but didnt think too much of it. I appear I have been one of the lucky ones.

I seriously do not understand what everyone's problem is with this website. I've bought 5 pairs of different Uggs and it's been top service every time. I think the longest it taken to reach me (Essex, England) has been 8 days from China.

Don't get me wrong – I'm not ignorant enough to believe that these are real, but the quality of my boots is absolutely fabulous and I can't believe all these people are talking about the same site.

I too bought an authentic pair a few years back for £130 and I really can't see/feel any difference.

I would recommend this site 100% (and no, I wasn't hired by the site to say all these nice things)

I just rec'd my boots today (Classic tall). I am really happy with them, I can not tell the difference between these and the Deckers official Ugg boots. I'm guessing that from the price I paid, they are not Deckers, but I can't see the difference. The sheepskin is very nice quality.
Prior to ordering these boots from Ugg-mall.com. I did alot of shopping around. People are so angry about if they are real or fake and the truth is that Ugg boots are not copywrited, "Ugg" is the style of boot, no different then "cowboy boots". What I wanted was a good quality Ugg boot for a reasonable price. So, If these boots are fakes they are good ones and I'm thrilled that I didn't have to pay $200 for them. I will definately use this site again.

Have just recieved 3 pairs of "Uggs" (paying the same for 3 as I would have for 1 including poatsage)and while I doubt they are the deckers international "Uggs" you really can't tell the difference they are comfy warm and fit well.
They took 9 days to arrive from ordering and that was with the delightful weather we had.
All in all I had a good experience with uggmall.com and would recommend if you want Uggs but don't mind if they may not be deckers international. Beware though as there is another uggmall its uggmall.net which I have no clue about.
On a slightly spotterish note an Ugg boot is actually just a sheepskin boot with a wool lining, which is why there are so many sites selling using the name ugg, check it out on good ole wikipedia :).

Its a rip off and a scam, I had already ordered my boots when I read the reviews surprisingly I received my boots no problem... 6 weeks later they have fallen apart. I have tried the live chat and Emailed the Famous Chelsea Lee only to have the reply "refunds or exchanged are only allowed within 30 days" I have sent over 20 emails explaining consumer rights with faulty goods and that they have to replace or refund and no one will help, I cannot get a telephone number or any reply now and I now can't get on the website. I think I am going to go to my credit card and see what they can do.

I have recently orderd some uggs from this site after mistaking it for another which a friend bought some genuine uggs from. The mistake came by a simple hyphen in the web address.

After not being able to access the site to see my order status i found this site giving me these reviews which go me worried. I checked with parcel force and aparently my parcel is in china although I believed it would be arriving from the USA as the payment was converted to dollars.

As soon as I came to this site I decided to attempt to cancel my order, reguardless of wether the uggs would be genuine or not. I emailed the company asking them to cancel my order and to not withdraw anything from my account. If this had already been done I asked for a response to tell me of when it would be re-deposited due to my order cancelation.

I then went straight to the surposed 'live chat' after managing to access the site through the very first registration email I recieved. 'Angela' then did not answer my leading question which was asking when I would get a reply to my email reguarding cancellation. She proceeded to well me of my tracking number and where to track my parcel. Upon further questioning came the response that when the parcel arrives I should refuse it and it would be sent back to themselves.

I was hoping i could get some advice before the parcel arrives as its aparently already on its way. I was thinking of also ringing my back to ask their advice as my card is surposedly protected against internet fraud.

Any help would be greatly appretiated and for anyone reading this before buying, I would advise against it.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE... My boyfriend ordered me a pair of UGG boots for Christmas. They were ordered well in advance and didn't arrive until New Years Eve. I wore them but was a bit suss when I noticed that the UGG sign on the back wasn't sewn on straight. Then I noticed that the seems were coming apart. I can safetly bet my house on this that this is a fake web site. The prices should give it away. If you want real ones from a shop expect to pay an honest amount.
