As people have said, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Their English etiquette is crap. It's almost Impossible to comprehend what they're saying in their emails. Ordered two pair of boots, and one had the strap broken on the back. Refused to give a full refund for the one pair and also wanted me to pay for the shipping cost! BULL****! Spend your money elsewhere! Took eight weeks to even get the boots, and they don't stand behind their product. Complete scam...

Surely it is obvious that this site is chinese & fake,
A. Check out the grammar on the site, if you read it out loud you can hear the chinese accent
B. Ugg will not allow any site to use their name in a web address
C. If you cannot find an address for a company somewhere on a website then it is a scam
If you want real uggs cheap try Costco if you want copy uggs cheap try Costco own brand. Other than in the sales you won't find real Uggs cheap in many other places

$#*!ing load rubbish i orderd last tuesday nite still no boots reading this i found out its not genuine boots i emailed them yesterday and they sent me email saying pls don't worry they have been shipped giving me a code yet not a tracking site which normally when order something u recive not long after code to track and where look at it well they are in china and been handed over the status says on parcel force I EMAILED THEM 3 times once last nite twice today telling them not accepting order and i don't want them and to cancel no replys and my bank ses i can claim in 30 days from order what a JOKEEE they need shooting these UGGMALL

Just bought a pair of "ugg" boots from them. I was looking in particular for the "Romantic" floral print tall boots. I found they were the only ones who had them at less than top price. I had previously purchased Ugg shoes from 2 good websellers who I would do business with again, however I am a beginner at ordering on the Web, and did not know of "FAKE UGGS". I was in a rush, as I needed them due to foot problems, and thought they would be comfortable. After a lengthy process, including live chats, I was promised they were being shipped. They took more money from my account than they said they would, and after ordering on May 5, today May 17. A pair arrived in a plastic wrap. The moment I opened the package, I knew something was wrong. They stink! The fur comes off when rubbed. I wish I would have investigated more before purchasing, however the website looked real, and I had never had a rip off situation before. One thing is funny, is that I guess they felt guilty, because in another package they sent an Ipad cover (also fake?) as an unsolicited gift! How nice! I wonder what would happen if I returned them. Guess I would never get my money back, and the return postage probably would be more for me than what I paid! Watch out all. Do not get fooled as I did! Do not buy from this "company"! I did close my account so they cannot charge another item.(oops! Just looked at the label of the"unsolicited gift item" It was not from them.) So no guilt trip from them.

The above addresses supply inferior fake uggs and will not reply to e-mails or complaints. I received 2 pairs of uggs and paid through paypal who have been less than helpful.
The boots I received were not the colour ordered and although the seller site states they will accept returns there is no return address. Paypal will not accept any responsibility although the product is not what was ordered so I will not deal with paypal again.
Fashion Store or ugg australia is as far as I can gather is based in Shanghai and I managed to track the parcel from start to finish. I am the sort of person who will not let things go without a fight and will contact customs and and other groups to blast this site off the web. Disgusted with paypal who will not give the address of their dodgey client. Am I wating my time?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I purchased a pair of boots a month ago from this site for my daughter, which have already fallen apart. Not only have we received fake boots, but this company has taken money from our Visa account, 2 payments show on the statement for £78 and £135.54. When I tried to get in touch with this site via chat of course, they denied taking any of these payments and insisted that I had only paid them £74.98. I am now in the process of dealing with the Visa card company, but there is no guarantee that i will get my money back. The transaction on my statement shows that the money was paid to SH linkcardpay Tech co., LSHENZHEN.

Can anybody tell me if you have ever bought off this site? I ordered these boots over 15 working days ago and the webiste says they takr a maximum of 7 to come and still I have not recieved them, also when I enter my email address in their site to track my order they are saying they don't recognise the email addres even though they have took the money out! HELP needed please as I am gettinh worried I have just been coned!
