Ordered a pair of Nightfall boots for my wife on Dec 12th 09. Didn't receive confirmation email so went on to chat room and they gave me the Parcelforce tracking number, went straight to tracking and saw goods dispatched from China. Alarm bells started ringing and then when I found this site I really was worried. Kept tracking order and boots arrived Christmas eve, was frightened to open package incase they were crap. Well all I can say is that if they're fake they are bloody good, and the main thing is that they fit and my wife loves them. From my experience Ugg Mall have been very good, maybe I've just been lucky!
BEWARE THEY ARE FAKES!. Placed order on the 11th Dec received them on the 31st Dec. Very bad fake's, the fur has been sewn through the outside stitching in some places the ugg label is crooked.
I have complained and they have offered a £40 refund, i paid by credit card and they wouldn't refund the card only wanted to refund my paypal account.
Hopefully will get some money back but that doesn't compensate still have to buy another pair for my daughters Xmas present.
SO BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM
Further update I complained about boots being fake and threatened legal action. They agreed to refund me £40 which was in my paypal account within a couple of hours and they said to keep the boots. Looks like my neice is getting some UGG-ly boots! Compaired to my genuine Uggs the fake ones look like they have premature balding. Dont waste your money on these fakes for the sake of a label they really are rubbish. I now wish to buy an Ugg chestnut across body bag - genuine only. Can anyone recommend anywhere? Would prefer to go into a shop and buy from a real person.
I bought a pair of sundance II boots, i recieved them within 3 weeks and was extremley dissapointed to find that they were couterfeit and not even a good copy! The stitchin was awful and the fur was nothing like the real ugg sheepskin fur and they were practically bald on one side!
So i mailed them on their live chat, threatened to take legal action and told them i was not willing to send them back as it would of cost me too much for postage and packaging, and they offered me £50 back and said i could keep the boots as a gift! They did refund me within 24 hours so im just glad i got my money back.
I ordered some boots on the 11th Dec, still haven't received them, have emailed and had contact with Chelsea Lee who says always 'wait 2 more days' that was 10 days ago, spoke to someone else yesterday who now says my boots were stopping in customs and another pair were dispatched on the 19th Dec, why did Chelsea Lee not tell me this? I 'n not too worried about them even being fake, I would just like the boots to appear!
I orderd from this web site, felt strange that no instant confirmation email came through like with any other websites used before. Tracked the order on website and through parcel force all the way and delivered on time (after about a week or so) delivered and only difference I can tell between these and previous original uggs are that the label inside is different material but in fairness are different style boots. They look bloody good, even when put next to others but after reading reviews feel that they can only be fake. Would suggest only buying from genuine people but before type ugg-mall.com reviews I thought that they were! I feel sorry for the people that haven't recieved anything but I got mine, they look real and thats why I've put 3 stars. My gut instinct from ordering was fake. Stick to your gut instinct!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE. The web site looks genunine but it is not. I wish I had found this site before I ordered.
I ordered UK size 4.5 for my daughter and was pleased that the order arrived within a week of ordering. However the shoes were too small even though it stated on the shoe "size 4.5" I contacted the company through their chat room and I talked to Angela She was ademant that they are not at fault and hve sent the correct size shoes and could not get throughh to her that the product is faulty. Eventually she agreedto refund the full amount less postage to which I agreed but as soon as I agreed she came back and told me that refund is for £5.0 and not £49.99.
They also tried to take money twice from my creadit card. I could not pay by PayPal but they wanted to refund £5.00 to PayPal
DO not be fooled by their refund policy. And talking to them is awaste of time.
I have taken this matter up with my creadit card company and they have marked this transection as a disputed item and will try to recover the amount from the UGG mall
I ordered a pair of ugg boots 3/12/09 they arrived today 24/12/09 i was able to track them all the way from Shanghai to Worksop, i paid £71.00 with no tax
Or shipping costs. I think i got what i paid for and the help line does work.not been able to find the site for the last 3 days, and after reading the reviews
Didnt expect to get anything so i am quite pleased.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE.
My order arrived in time but the quality was so bad, the left boots leg ripped when i wanted to wear them for the very first time. Unfortunately there seem to be like a million different time frames, completely confusing, first they told me they couldn't take them back because 2 month already had passed but were willing to give me a refund, only an hour or so later they changed their mind and in the end the only thing i've got is a ruined pair of sage fakes. Nice.
I bought boots from this company as the dog chewed my genuine uggs. I was assured that they were genuine also and when they arrived, guess what, they were fake and too small. I was offered money back which never arrived. I have now reported this company to an ombudsman on the internet and trying to get my money back from my credit card company.
The website is a beautifully crafted sham! If only the web designer was responsible for the service that then follows. I haven't even received my order despite being ordered on 29 Nov. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. These people are making a lot of money out of a sham. How do we get these sites closed down.
After reading the reviews before I actually paid for my boots, I thought - well if they are good quality, but obviously fake, who cares as long as they look the part?!?
However, just have a quick read of below before you decide:
What is counterfeit and why is it wrong:
A counterfeit product is any imitation or fake made with the intent to deceive the consumer into believing it to be genuine.
Our goal is to help our customers to be aware of counterfeit footwear that is being sold to unsuspecting buyers as genuine UGG® Products.
•Counterfeiting is illegal. It has a significant impact on the global economy, removing tens of thousands of jobs and costing the economy an estimated $512 Billion of legitimate revenue a year.
•Counterfeiting is not a victimless crime. Consumers who believe they are purchasing genuine items are left with inferior items that cannot live up to the consumers expectations. Counterfeiters also hurt manufacturers, retailers, and the economy. Counterfeiters do not pay taxes nor do they provide fair wages or benefits to their employees. They frequently use child labor and have been known to fund terrorism, participate in identity theft, and often fail to deliver goods that were paid for, among other crimes. When you purchase a counterfeit product, you are funding and supporting this criminal activity.
•Counterfeiters are not accountable to human rights and environmental regulations such as child labor laws, anti-sweatshop laws, and restricted substances laws. The basic human rights of the workers employed by these counterfeiters are often compromised, as well as the workmanship and quality of the counterfeited product.
My mum ordered me a pair of bailey button ugg boots, after reading the reviews on this site she was very worried the site was a scam,
She kept a track of them on parcel force,
I received them today and they are NOT FAKE,
I am very happy with them :)
I ordered some Ugg boots from here on the 23 November. They have just arrived today. I read some very dodgy reviews and was a bit worried but they responded straight away to any queries I had and I tracked the parcel via Parcelforce. I am really pleased with the boots - they look original and have come with a Certificate and are in the Ugg-Australia box etc. If they are fakes, they are damn good fakes. I'm delighted. Hope this helps. J
I ordered a pair of boots thinking it was genuine. First had doubts about the company when you don't receive email confirmation of your order and secondly you cannot call or email them, only live chat (no record of communication this way). Found email address of company via paypal account so made connot and requested refund. Finally received full refund after instigating a claim via paypal and refusing acceptance of boots on arrival. Contact at Ugg-Mall.com even suggested offering part refund if I kept the boots (how dodgy is that)! Stay clear of this site.
Hi every one! This websiteis so ba i was so silly and captured by cheap prize didt reserach into the site and totally regret it now! I have got my parcel but i now want to send it back apparenty i can't as they don't have an adress but i can keep product and have refund this amount changes all the time! The people on live chat are obv chinese there english is realy bad! I have been so stupid and will be very luvky to get any amount refuded to pay pall ccount they can't even help me as the compnay don't have pay pal acut there whole site is a complete scam
I can definitely say that Ugg Mall sells fake Ugg boots. I bought 5 pairs and Customs and Excise in Coventry seized them and destroyed them. In Ugg Malls defence, they did give me a full refund straight away (I was covered by PayPal also). I just think the people out there should know.
Having read the reviews on this site i got worried and went online to their live chat (Angela). My parcel has been tracking in China for the past week. I asked to cancel my order and was told to refuse the package and would then receive a refund. I then told them that I thought their paypal accounts were temporary and e-mail address false. I stated i believed that their business was fraudulent and that I wanted a refund immediately through paypal whilst I waited online. They agreed to do this so long as I agreed to refuse the delivery. After about 20 minutes and asking for several updates i received a refund on my paypal account. Hope this helps others in a similar situation.
So, I tried to buy some Uggs from ugg-mall as a gift for my wife, after she bought another pair through them a month or so back. She was really pleased with her boots as they seemed genuine, although they took 5 weeks to arrive.
However, I was unsure as the price on this site is so much lower than others. When I checked out, the payment failed because their Paypal account was not recognised by Paypal, and then I found this site which got more alarm bells ringing.
After that, I got on live chat, which led me to the conclusion that whilst these sell nice looking and good quality boots, they are in fact criminals selling very good counterfeits. Read the chat transcript for yourself...

*******@ntlworld.com: I am unable to pay for order UG0A******* and now as a result my account shows a second order, UG0A*******
*******@ntlworld.com: Please can you remove UG0A******* and advise why I cannot pay for UG0A******* (it specifies there is a problem with your Paypal email address.
Angela: can you try later?
*******@ntlworld.com: I can try later, but I cannot delete the two orders now. I only get an option to reorder, which will create a third order in my account
*******@ntlworld.com: Haha, just found out that you use temporary Paypal accounts to reduce tracking and that you are fake merchants. Nice try amigos
Angela: our system is maintaining
*******@ntlworld.com: I'm sure it is
*******@ntlworld.com: Maintaining couterfeit goods and roping in gullable people. Paypal is not accepting the address that your site is using on checkout, meaning that your last Paypal address is no longer valid. This is nothing to do with maintenance on your site
Angela: sorry for that, can you try later?
*******@ntlworld.com: You are selling fake goods. Why would I try later! You have already sold boots to my wife and I am very angry to find out that these are not 100% genuine like you claim on your site. I will be taking action to get my wife's money back, and I am glad I never purchased any more this time around. I'll be in touch either through Paypal or through a lawyer
Angela: pzl tell me your order number, we can cancel it for you
*******@ntlworld.com: You seem keen to sort out this order, but not keen to deny that you do not sell genuine ugg boots
*******@ntlworld.com: You should cancel UG0A******* and UG0A*******. What are you going to do about the pair of fake uggs that my wife is walking around in now though?
Angela: Our products are 100% authentic. They are in top quality and packaged well.
*******@ntlworld.com: nothing I imagine
Angela: your name?
*******@ntlworld.com: A simple Google search reveals all there is about your Paypal tactics and the authenticity of your products
*******@ntlworld.com: who is Chelsea Lee?
Angela:?
*******@ntlworld.com: I was asking who Chelsea Lee is. Lots of people are complaining that you have supplied fake uggs and that there have been problems with your site and shipping. Chelsea Lee seems to be the person who keeps popping up on people's emails
*******@ntlworld.com: I can't believe the law has not caught up with you people yet. If you are genuine, then can you tell me your company address and official company number so that I can run a background check before I buy?
Angela: i cancel your order, ok?
*******@ntlworld.com: OK, so you would rather cancel my order than prove you are a genuine supplier of authentic UGG boots? Can't you supply me with details of your company? Can you supply me with details of the factory in which these boots are manufactured?
Angela: i have canceled them, plz check later
*******@ntlworld.com: Great, so in a round about way, you are giving in to the fact that you sell fake uggs by not telling me any details about your company or where the boots are made?
Angela: bye
So they never once answered my questions about who they were and where the boots were made. However, they even claim on their site that the boots are made in Australia which I now understand is a sure sign of a fake given that Deckers (who make real uggs) moved production to China over 3 years ago.
If you want nice boots and are happy funding criminals, then by all means buy as they are cheap and do deliver the goods. However, if you have any ounce of nouse about you then STAY AWAY!
I ordered from here and ordered a size smaller as I heard that Uggs come up big, I waited 2 weeks (not the 4-7 days stated) of course they were to small as they are fake but they are good fakes (but I kind of new they would be because of the price). I asked if I could exchange for a bigger size and CHELSEA LEE told me not to bother sending them back I would just have to buy and new pair at a discount, which I did (thought I could flog the small ones on ebay, and wouldn't have to pay anymore shipping fees) but I am still waiting 18 days on, the tracking says they are still in China! Fingers crossed I get them... She said if they are not here by the end of the month I can have a refund but I just want my Ugg boots!
Answer: The only reason I fell for it is because it came to my work address, and I thought that was a legitimate site and discount through my work. I work for an airline, I can't imagine how they got that email, address.
