Uber Eats refunded 2/3 of an order that was the wrong items. The driver delivered 4 of 6 items that were not correct. I contacted Uber Eats and they refunded that part of the order. Thank you.

I set up a group in order 24 hours in advance. 15 minutes before the order was scheduled to arrive. Uber eats canceled the order I called the restaurant and they said they never received an order. Wait time for delivery was 90 to 120 minutes, so I wasn't able to order the group. It ruined my companies third Thursday event.
Absolutely disgusting company. Everything I order there is something missing and I have to request a refund. I ordered a case of Pepsi max which never arrived. Driver fully aware it was missing when I queried it at the door. I raised it with uber and they refused to redund it because 'I have had too many refunds so they have decided they won't be crediting it on this occassion' I have never lied about the goods missing on any of the orders and they can query the case of Pepsi missing with the driver or the company which they are refusing to do! I have made numerous complaints to them about this and they have refused point blank to accept liability! My uber one membership had also just gone out of my account when this happened. I asked them to refund this as the only order I had used it on for this month was the one they failed to provide. I told them to refund and cancel my account as I do not hand my money over to theives which is basically what they are! They refused this also! So all in all they have stolen from me twice! Absolutely disgusting company and I hope everyone starts to see them for what they are! I am going to raise this with every Ombudsman possible out of principle. They should not get away with stealing from people!
This strictly applies to Uber Eats, Canada. I frequently order food to be delivered to my mother-in-law who is in a nursing home. You see, I live in Florida and she is in Canada. I've ordered from Uber Eats many times and have never had a problem. Until last Sunday, 2/11/23. Today is Tuesday, 2/13/23. I spoke with my MIL for the first time since that order 2 days ago. She told me she never got it. I reached it to UE for a resolution and was dismissed, was told that it was more than 48 hours after the fact and that they would do nothing to fix it because they have to follow their guidelines. I understand guidelines but I also understand customer service. I was sent texts and emails notifying me that my order was delivered yet it was not. This was only an order of $24 but the point is, they could easily give me a credit for that amount but they will not. Since there is only to option to chat with an agent, the agent abruptly ended the chat with me after saying that he can't help me. Uber Eats, you should be ashamed of yourself. Because of your driver, you have now lost a customer over $24 dollars. Shame on you.
Getting rid of the "add cooking notes" option is a $#*! show at it's finest. The pizza place I usually order from sometimes go $#*!ing berserk on the cheese and I'm unable to eat that much dairy in one sitting (it's not really the restaurant's fault to be fair). It's either that, or no cheese at all. Some restaraunts don't even allow you to remove toppings (I mean what if you're allergic).
I have been using UberEats since I work from home and take care of my bed ridden mother. Recently I tried to order a meal. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the last address that I had put into the app had been changed on me by the system. As soon as I saw the address, I tried to cancel the order (which was in the the timeframe t to do so). Needless to say, the app didn't work and therefore the cancellation did not go through. I therefore tried the help function. For my trouble, help came in the form of charging me 30 plus dollars for a meal I did not receive. I then tried to contact help in the chat. There was no help there either.
Dont' buy with UberEats. Ordering is sometimes a necessity for me, but I don't have money to waste on apps that don't work and help that is not help at all. I also am still hungry. Could they have not asked the restaurant to still prepare my food? I told them as much and offered to find some way for my food to get to me. The answer was of course no.
NO HELP and NO FOOD!
I don't know about you, but $30 + is a lot to pay for receiving Air pie.

I would not recommend Uber Eats to anyone, unless you want to be conned! I was a regular customer of Uber Eats and placed an order last weekend. The driver turned up and asked for my pin. As this was nothing unusual, I provided this. He then went to get back on his bike. When I asked where my food was, he told me he did not have it, showed me an empty bag and told me there must have been some "misunderstanding". Flabbergasted, I informed him I would be reporting the matter to Uber Eats. He then followed me to my front door in an aggressive manner. I reported this to Uber and to my horror, have refused to give me my money back or take any action. I would not recommend Uber and certainly won't be using again. I'm horrified!
I placed an order with Uber Eats this evening. I had my notifications turned on and the app stated that the driver was arriving. I checked my CCTV camera to find a red car being pulled over by police outside of my house. I watched and waited and after some time, both cars drove away, by which point the app then told me that my order had been delivered.
I lodged a complaint and was told twice that the driver attempted to phone me and waited outside of my house for 7 minutes and that I will not be refunded. I have cctv recordings to prove that this did not happen and the driver did not come anywhere near my house. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company, I will not be using Uber eats again after taking my money and LYING and I will make a point of telling everyone this story so that nobody else falls victim to this money hungry, corrupt company again.
Uber needs to stop sending promotions to guests if they won't be loyal as a company to the expiration dates.
According to customer service after trying to use this new guest 25 off promotion (everything was valid and before expiration) they said over the phone "This promotion was deactivated early" and did nothing to help me afterwards just quickly saying bye.
I received the promo code in an email 3 days ago.
I order 3 pizza for 40 euro with Uber eats the pizza come very cold and broken I have foto from the pizza it was from happy Italy Alkmaar, I Sind it to them thy say I can have 2,99 back from my next order! Never order again with ubereats
After ordering food from UberEats, it arrived late and cold.
When I complained through the App, it disconnected without explanation.
After a little research I found their unpublished "Customer Service" phone number (*******287, press 2, then 2 and then 3)
They have lied continuously to me promising me a call back is 1-2 days. That was over two weeks ago, and I have called back many times and had nearly identical conversations, with nearly identical promises. But, no response, no call back and no service.
The call center is in the Philippines and is basically a firewall to distance and avoid customers. Poorly trained and poor language skills.
Instead I was offered 29p off my next order.
I was insulted and shall NEVER Order from Uber Again. I have proof of purchase but don't know how to get it on this review. Purchased on 17th January 2024
I order from subway they didn't have what I order but still took the order and now I don't have food or my money can't talk to a real person so I didn't get nothing. No customer service on both ends.
They keep sending me emails with a promo, let me pick my food, add it to my cart, apply the promo, then I pay and it says they cant apply the promo I picked even though it shows as available. Then they almost immediately send me another email saying dont lose your promo, so I do it all again, only to have the same thing happen. I think it's a scam so people will take the time and effort to order the food and anticipate it, then at the last minute, the promo fails, so they'll order it anyway at full price. So disappointing they keep luring me in with the promise of a discount. Which They automatically apply- then say it's no good. I have complained before via chat and they basically were like sorry, not sorry. You'd think I'd learn, but I keep getting sucked in by their emails saying 'hurry- don't lose this deal'.
I wish I could give zero stars. This is the second time that they completely messed up my order. No matter what you order be prepared to get something else and then you have to pay and stick with it. Customer service is rude and it's ridiculous to even call this a customer service.
The whole thing is a big annoying joke. No matter if you order food, which will probably end up somewhere in the neighborhood, or if you order groceries from a store, you won't get what you order.
Nobody cares if you get 30 bananas instead of 3 and then customer service tells you that this is OK and you can just stick with it and shut up,

I delivered a triple order with an estimated cost of $20. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for chipotle to make the first two orders and after finally receiving the orders I proceeded next door to the chiles to pick up the last order. I then delivered said orders on time and as directed by the customers. After completion my tip was removed and my $20 order became $9. I screenshot this to have proof. A couple hours later it had been changed on the app that I received the full tip when I never received $11 of it. I also took a screenshot of this. This was not warranted. I am a diamond status driver with 100% satisfaction rate. I contacted support through live chat in regards to this and was continuously transferred to a "more capable agent." I then attempted to call and speak to someone over the phone but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before the agent hung up on me without saying a word. Uber treats their drivers like complete trash and are not afraid to cover up stuff they should be correcting. As if underpaying the drivers is not bad enough but u go and commit a fraudulent act like this? It's revolting.
Answer: It is impossible! Emails, messages, non responsive customer service! But they have no problem taking $ you did not authorize them to take!
Answer: Door dash is expensive and their service isn't the best but at least they will refund you when they mess up, Uber eats won't.
Answer: My friend had a promotion for them and I was sick of doordashes fees and charges, big mistake. I Got NO FOOD and NO REFUND.
Answer: We need a class action lawsuit against Uber Eats! Drivers stealing food not held accountable. Food not being picked or wrong orders and Uber eats won't fix it.
