They mess up orders, cancel orders after picking up food making you have to reorder again, customer sucks as you cannot speak to a live person, takes too long to get deliveries, delivery people do not pay attention to instructions or communicate. UBER EATS NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I will never order from them again.
Uber Driver Victor didn't know how to read his notes. He arrived and took the Order with him without checking his notes, I gave him my pin through his messages, which I find strange that uber couldn't see that I messaged him they refused to refund my order even though Victor took my paid order! They kept telling me that it was delivered and that he got the pin but I added the pin to the messages so that this delivery would be a surprise! And he used it to his advantage by stealing the birthday gift for himself. He did not contact me and was telling the front desk where it was to be delivered that Paula has a delivery when my name on the account is Paulo and that he had a drop off for Maria when it was for Melissa as stated on the notes! I'm so disappointed that Uber has stole from me again and is blaming me for their mistakes I will never order from Uber ever again I'm a regular client of uber and only complain when I have issues it's ither cold food, missing items, or they delivered to wrong doors before the pin system came into place, I have a restriction on my account for no refunds when their the ones that have issues with my orders I'm disappointed and disgusted that I'm paying for an item that was never received! I will contact my credit card and dispute the charges and also never again deal with this company I will also make sure to put this all over social media to make sure that people know this is how uber treats their clients!
They do fraudulent activity. I got someone else's order, even had receipt showing I got the wrong order and they refused to refund me. I ordered 2 entrees and got 1 entree that wasn't even mine. I paid $48 for the 2 meals and didn't even get 2 meals, only 1 that wasn't even what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! They do not deserve even a 1 star rating but unfortunately theirs no zero star option.
How dare you as a company continue to try and push on trying to ignore and to dismiss sexual assault! It's Nadia from the jump when you were the first company to create a Car Sevice that was for individualistic people. What part of violating someone's rice, and then ignoring them does it for you? Because you really have to be on some $#*! to really think that that was OK. I manifest did you guys get the justice that you deserve and replace with a company that will actually understand how common sense works
I ordered fish with mashed potatoes, I got fish with fries, I ordered tartar sauce, didn't get it. I ordered a salad, didn't get it. I ordered cheesecake, got carrot cake. Like I said, I paid $42.00,they are refunding me $14.00 and basically a, " move along text". I will not order from them again. I knew there was a reason I haven't ordered from them in awhile, I guess I forgot how they bad they were. Never again.
Basically I placed an order that never showed up. This was my second time using Uber Eats. So not only did my food not show up when I tried to call the automated system kept hanging up on me. Googled again and got some escalation number and after explaining my situation he puts me on hold and I got hung up on again... After calling back again a lady answers puts me on hold again comes back and says I am not eligible for a refund. At this point I grabbed my car key left my office got in my car and drove off because the cursing out I put down I did not want to be on the grounds where I worked because someone was bound to hear me. Yes I had to do all of that to get my money back so like I said NEVER AGAIN!
I contacted Uber eats because I received left over chicken from Safeway and not freshly fried chicken that was prepared for me specifically, which I had received several times before with out issue. I even texted the delivery person that I did NOT want their leftover chicken. She brought it to me anyway. I alerted customer service and they " threatened" me that they could not do anything because they were reviewing my account. When asked why? The customer service rep explained that she could not tell me that. Hmm but you can tell me that my account was being reviewed. Since this was the first time that I had ever contacted them, I'm sure that was a veiled threat! Conclusion, UBER EATS WOULD RATHER THREATEN YOU THAN GIVE YOU A REFUND. SMH
They delivered to the wrong address and would not refund my money. I'll stick with DoorDash. At least if they make a mistake they offer to refund or resend order. The delivery pic wasn't my house.
I ordered at 7pm so I could get my small order of 10 pooris by at least 8pm, but the guy dared to have 2 more trips before me without prioritizing his time and delivered food past 10pm! I even called to reroute his trip as my guests were waiting for food but he never responded!
Tried them one time. I took my order at the door and walked about 20 feet to my kitchen and then realized they forgot half of my order. Tried to run outside, but he was gone. Went to the app and they removed the click to call driver option. I was able to find a number that sent me into voicemail. I explain the situation. I never received a call back or any ownership to make it right. Highly do not recommend.
This is the second time Uber Eats didn't deliver my food. This time the driver lied and said he delivered it. Hope he enjoyed it. They refused to refund my money.
Missing item and was told there was nothing they could do. I reported the missing item right away and still nothing.
They should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered for the first time... was nervous... the lady that delivered was awesome. I ordered again the next day. Wow! The boy was terrible. Rude, didn't show up. Called to say they were out of food and hung up on me. I will go qith another delivery company. Never again
Why do you have to tip before they even do anything for you I don't like to tip for bad service and bad food.
Uber eats doesn't support landscape mode and has for a long time not allowed iPad users most of which utilize keyboards or simply landscape mode to have that option. Extremely frustrating to pick up your iPad and turn it as it has a keyboard attached. Hey lazy IOS app designers if you could please fix this easy issue the Apple iPad community would greatly appreciate it.
Regularly get cold food and uber does nothing. Only care about their proft. Overpriced and after one too many bad orders I'm finally deleting the app.
My son ordered 2 of the same orders by mistake. We canceled 1 within a minute of making the mistaken order which totaled over $39. They charged me over $27 to cancel. I would have rather got the double order. Now I'm out $30

A placed a Chick Fil A order like I do every week thru Uber Eat app, I was short on one sandwich, I called the restaurant and I was told to deal directly with Uber Eat which was a disaster, they were transferring me from one department to the other finally they said to call Chicken Fil A and on top of that I was told that I don't have an account with them when I ordered every week thru Uber Eat app. I was so frustrated with the customer service guy that I hang up and let the sandwich go but I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH UBER EAT AGAIN. Going to Fresh.
I ordered from IHOP using Uber Eats. I was very specific with delivery regarding the room number. The guy gets here and delivers to the wrong F'ing room! NEVER AGAIN USING UBER EATS. Drivers seem to be illiterate and incompetent.
We ordered milk shakes and paid extra for priority. They got our milkshakes and then proceeded to go 15 minutes in the opposite direction. They refused to cancel our order and it came 30 minutes late. It wasn't frozen any more. They wouldn't fix it. We have cancelled our membership and highly suggest no one ever use them. Horrible company. Door dash is Soooooooooooooo much better.They fix things they do wrong
Answer: It is impossible! Emails, messages, non responsive customer service! But they have no problem taking $ you did not authorize them to take!
Answer: Door dash is expensive and their service isn't the best but at least they will refund you when they mess up, Uber eats won't.
Answer: My friend had a promotion for them and I was sick of doordashes fees and charges, big mistake. I Got NO FOOD and NO REFUND.
Answer: We need a class action lawsuit against Uber Eats! Drivers stealing food not held accountable. Food not being picked or wrong orders and Uber eats won't fix it.
