This has happened several times before. Today was the last straw. The food didn't arrive after an hour, and the Uber Eats app kept changing the driver and delivery time later and later. Called the restaurant. They said the first Uber Eats driver picked up the food after 30 minutes. So, the first driver stole the food. The app keeps showing the second picked up the food which never happened. It still says the second driver has the food after 90 minutes! This is some kind of scam Uber delivery people are playing. Uber customer service was hostile and kept insisting the second driver had the food, which the restaurant said wasn't true. Uber eventually refunded the $, but nothing will happen to the driver who stole the food. Sheesh.

So no food for dinner and our son ran out to In-N-Out to get something. This is the very last time we are using Uber Eats. It just doesn't work and the company doesn't care. Good riddance to yet another lousy tech company!

I have really tried to be a fan of Uber Eats. I have used this service 3-5 times a week and have defended their poor execution. I have reached my limit. I ordered and did not receive one of three meals I ordered. That's a 33% miss rate. That's terrible. I am sorry, but
It is not good at all. Refund, great. I still didn't get m meal. And if I want it, I have to order again and pay another driver a tip. How does that make sense? It doesn't. Good idea gone wrong.

THEY DONT WANNA REFUND ME FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECIVED DUE TO HUGE TIME DELAY I CHOSE TO CANCEL. Good to be delivered was going to take over an hour since the driver is 45 mins away from my area WITHOUT MY FOOD YET. I called them and I explained to them what happend and they basiclly told me to kick rocks. One of them quit that chat mid of me explaining and the girl on the phone cussed me out for not understanding. I obviously cussed back. Im acc never ordering from them again. I called my bank to get a refund because UBER EATS IS mentally STUPID. $#*! ubereats

Why is it that Uber Eats has these Huge Celebrities Endorseing their services can't afford to have a live customer service number for their actual customers to use when they aren't receiving their orders through the restaurants Uber Eats endorses through their website? I use Uber Eats often and 80% of the time my family gets what we ordered through the restaurant we order from. The other 20% when things go really wrong and my family is missing 60% of our order and the other half of our food was made either incorrectly and was totally inedible either the restaurant or Uber Eats feels like they are responsible? I just paid 160 dollars for 60% of a meal my family didn't receive and for the items we did receive everything was made wrong. Me and my two children who a 9 and 10 are all lactose intolerant so when our hamburgers were all made and loaded with cheese and dripping with Mayo we couldnt eat them without getting really sick... Our combo meals included fries that we didn't get. Everything was wrong and Uber Eats required a picture of the items we received so I took a picture and I simply asked Uber Eats for the restaurant to remake us our original order again correctly and for Uber eats to deliver it ( and we would return every single item we received back to the restaurant) or if that wasn't possible that we should be issued a full refund as an alternative. I had neither option offered. I didn't receive a refund for the food my family that was missing or for the food we received that we didn't order and couldnt eat...) Uber Eats doesn't have any type of reasonable customer service practices in place to stand behind their long term loyal customers when the restaurants they endorse rip off their customers through their service? I wouldn't take the risk order through Door Dash, Skip the Dishes or through the restaurant directly. I have lost hundreds of dollars through Uber Eats and they don't care about when something goes wrong with their customers..

Ordered food, drivered called and said he couldn't find it. He said he had 2 min left and they were shut it down for the next delivery. Got on the support chat, to complain. I got told they would refund my money in 3-5 days. 40min later I get and email saying I owe the tip still. Get company

They stay taking somebody money who tf wanna have a good $#*! app where they keep taking from you then not only that! They won't give you your money back even if you are stating clear facts along with photos they try too suspend your accounts for tryna get on them about your money it's ridiculous i'm sick of it i keep getting played out of there BUY ONE GET ONE FREE! I'm beyond mad i couldn't barely eat anything and i paid a lot of money smh

Every time I've ordered through Uber Eats my food has been so late(normally 2.5 to 3 hours after placing order) or hasn't shown up. I'm basically throwing my money into a firepit, so I suggest anyone to use literally any other platform because Uber will take your money and give you a proverbial flip off for asking they uphold their end of the service/deal. My photos are in Spanish because I was in Guatemala, but I had asked multiple times to cancel my order after I waited three hours for it and Uber ignored my requests and the food arrived four hours after I placed my order.

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD

I used to be a loyal Uber eats customer ordering at least four times a week and never had any issues however, these past few days I've ordered three times from Uber eats and not only has the food quality been terrible but every single time I have had missing items. The first time I reported this I only receive a half refund and then the other two times I just received an automated message saying that I wasn't eligible for a refund despite me clearly having a missing food item and sending in proof. I'm fed up with Uber eats terrible customer service and their high rates just to not receive all the food I ordered. I will N E V E R order from Uber eats ever again. Door dash all the way.

Placed an order for $99 dollars family pack which had five items and each items has serving for five. One of the items of 5 serving was not delivered and it was acknowledged and was offered credit however not for 5 servings for the missing item which would have all together valued $35 instead only $5 dollars. Very disappointing!

Cancelled order within 1 second due to them not honoring their $40 off promotion and still got charged for order because the merchant has automatic order acceptance. Uber tried telling me the order was already being made although that's not even humanly possible. A Canadian class action suit needs to be brought before the courts against them on their cancellation policy. This company is a scam.

Every time I order something is always missing. It's very rare that I get a complete order. They will tell you you are not eligible for refund for missing items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL TAKE A LOST IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT CORRECT

Good afternoon! I ordered from Uber EAts Cancun, but the food never arrived, it was super difficult to find a contact number and then they sent me an automatic cancellation with the promise of being refunded in a few days which also makes no sense. That date was June 19 and the money was never ever refunded. Yesterday I chatted with someone (or a computer) on their link and have not received an automatic refund and they said they would get back to me ending the conversation. Today I am on the site again and no one appears or answers. How many people are getting scammed and no product from Uber?

Uber eats is a scam

I ordered groceries from Walmart and got a 40% off from a promo that was going to end within the next 12 hours. Everything worked fine. I got the order delivered and the next morning I noticed that the promo was later removed and I was charged 40 dollars more than the invoice. What was even more surprising is that the bill has also changed! There was no trace of the expired promo on the app either. When I contacted support, they said they couldn't help without a screenshot of the promo I used! I showed them my credit card transactions that I was initially charged 60 dollars and later they charged me 100 by crediting 60 but they wouldn't help. It felt so like a genuine scam to me. Stay away from this app if you can. It's the $#*!tiest ever.

Instead of the ten dollar baconator which is what my autistic son wanted for his birthday meal, they sent me fries. I called the restaurant and they confirmed they made the mistake. They told me that they had 2 similar orders come in and sent me the wrong order. The manager of Wendy's also said he called Uber himself and Uber said that my money would be refunded, all of it. My son didn't eat his food, he went to his room and cried himself to sleep on his birthday. So, I ended up paying 49 dollars for two salads and a fry, which didnt get eaten. I checked my credit card and Uber charged me twice! Uber did refund me once, leaving a 49 dollar charge on my card. So not only did I not get my proper order but I was double charged for it and lied to. Uber claims that by refunded one of the charges, that my meal was free, but a new charge popped up the next day for the same amount. My kid was so disappointed, and when I called the number the manager of Wendy's gave me for Uber eats, the woman was rude, refused to help, and hung up in my ear. SoIm on the phone with an Uber customer support agent who keeps saying Ill transfer it to another department and maybe someone will eventually get back to me about the fraudulent charges.

My card was stolen and used on Uber eats without my permission. Uber eats are refusing to refund me my money it's been almost two months and I'm still dealing with this. The customer service representative all lied to me when I requested to speak with managerr and still hasn't been contacted and I have the conversation recorded.

They mess up orders, cancel orders after picking up food making you have to reorder again, customer sucks as you cannot speak to a live person, takes too long to get deliveries, delivery people do not pay attention to instructions or communicate. UBER EATS NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I will never order from them again.
