Do not, do not, absolutely DO NOT! Engage this service. This business can't even do proper registrations and/or destinations communications. I cancelled Uber, as fast as I registered. It scares me how incompetent they are. I am frequent traveler and have never witnessed such ineptitude... WOW!
On Saturday October 2nd I tried to reserve a car for the evening, impossible. I tried several times.
I then tried to get a ride the moment I needed it: 26,51 euro from Delft to Rotterdam, nobody took the ride.
I refreshed and the lowest price went up to 55 euro, I refreshed and the lowest price went up to 94 euro.
I used Uber in Paris and there it works quite well, here it is utterly useless. I was prepared for this to happen and arranged a back up plan. But my evening would have been destroyed by Uber if I only depended on this crap service.
I really dislike UBER attitude on charging tips that i never authorized, to me the ti shoulkd be give by the customer when you receive the order, not being charged to your credit card. If you work as a driver you are being paid they the ride by your comany in this case UBER. When i was cahrged an our later after i paid for my order is simply a theft, cause i am not authorizing it. You can see in the picture the charge for the food $16.74, annd on top of that the bred of the sandwich was old, and hard to bite, disgusting crap.

Uber started charging me a monthly fee I didn't sign up for. I had to go through my bank to get it stopped TWICE. I got it canceled once they immediately started charging me again. Not just last night I got a notice that my ride was on the way to a location in Ft. Worth Tx. I was in bed in Marble Falls, Tx. Which is 178 mile away.
It's impossible to contact Uber over any issue especially one like either of these three I have had.
Word of advice don't give Uber your cc info. Call a taxi.
Set up an Uber ride 2 days prior to needing it. They never showed up. Received a notice 10 minutes after they were due saying no drivers available. We were heading to the airport for a flight and had to wake up friends to take us. We were late for our flight and had to take a later flight which made us miss our connection for second flight. Uber sent us $5 off our next ride like it was no big deal. Will never use them again!
They keep their drivers in The Pour House, drivers now work twice as hard to make less than minimum wage and they have to use their own vehicle which is thousands of $$$$ worth of their equipment.

I used UBER in 2017 & haven't used it since. I received a credit card statement with 6 unauthorized UBER charges. There is NO WAY to contact Uber by phone to find out who & where the card was charged or to stop subsequent charges. They have conveniently made it extremely difficult to talk to customer service (probably because they have none) & have made it easy for someone to use UBER & charge your account. Do not use UBER! No wonder they are losing their shirt.
I was this morning in the Hotel Hubert Grand Place in Brussels with my wife and two (2) sons starting the return trip back to Madrid. We asked our ever-faithful Uber app for a VAN as we all had one suitcase and a handbag. The app briefly showed us a Dialog Box informing us of the unavailability of such request, it automatically proceeded however without our consent to assigned us another vehicle. We waited for 25 minutes in front of the hotel during which we exchanged with the driver messages one of them pointing out our need for space in the vehicle, the answer was short and categorical only 3 can travel here. OK, we figure let's call another taxi this time one of the regulars the hotel receptionist had offered before she could assist us with. The Uber eventually came a large latest Mercedez Limo. My wife and one of our sons departed in the Uber while we stayed behind waiting for the regular taxi. Afterwards, in the airport reunited my eldest son who had just paid €45 to our cap, asked mom: how much did you paid for the Uber? —€74 and change she answered Btw, the driver was fantastic. Back in Madrid at Barajas Airport all safe and with our lesson learned, we requested a Van service from the street €35 all in one car. Thank god I have a choice, I know what I´ll do when traveling in Europe I´ll make sure no app is selling me unwanted and costly service.
Uber Australia is a very dishonest company! The drive that took me to work on the 14th of August double charged me twice for the trip and when I called the operator she said that they money money was on hold and they do that regularly which is strange because I catch Uber many times and it's the first time it's happened. Why do you need to hold people's money even if it's a small amount. Uber is a dishonest company who people should be wary of! Go with Ola or Didi for now on.
Alert everyone, I was robbed of $120,00 on my debit card by Uber driver with the company's collusion on 6/5/21, stole my money but not my right to speak. Tomorrow you can be the next victim.
If you don't tip, UBER will be automatically lower your rating (*). Once lowered it will not go back up even if you start tipping. Unacceptable behavior by a company that earns billions by exploiting its employees and customers.

Just wanted to let Uber know that I have been driving for Lyft exclusively during the last 3 weeks and my earnings are higher despite less driving time, bye bye Uber. I warned you for months that your lack of drivers support incorporated with Uber's extortion of rider fees and declining driver fares percentages would incite a driver & rider exodus to competiting rideshare providers. Now many loyal Uber riders have willingly chosen to use Lyft because of fantastically awesome & friendly drivers like me. My rating is 4.99 and Uber did NOTHING to persuade me to continue driving for them. Well, it's Uber's loss and Lyft's gain.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Uber today. My fiancé and I forgot our masks in our hotel room. Upon entering the vehicle of the Uber driver, he requested and asked if we had masks. My fiancé responded that we did not & forgot ours but he would run to the front desk quick ( 1 minute) and would grab two for us and apologized. The Uber driver did not allow us to exit the car and started pulling off. He then started aggressively verbalizing that we need mask and of the reasons for it. We then told him again, before exiting the parking lot, that we could exit the car and cancel our trip. He would not allow us to exit. He verbally said with an aggressive tone " this is a general conversation. Stop talking & listen". I did not take this well as it was an inappropriate conversation and the tone was set from the start of the trip. He then continued to harass us regarding the trip. We made it known that we would like to exit the car immediately after he pulled out of the hotel parking lot. He sped over three lanes almost causing an accident and kicked us out of the car with inappropriate language and aggressiveness " Get out.". We almost got hit getting out the car and then he almost hit us when he executed a UTURN while rolling down his window to scream at us. I immediately reported the entire situation to Uber support. Not only did they responded with saying that my concerns/ comments are dully noted, they charged three dollars more the the fare price. The customer stopper team is the worst I've experienced in my lifetime. Not only does Uber support " suck".
