Outrageous

They'll raise the prices to go anywhere during the weekend as if its a $#*!ing holiday. You might as well just call a regular $#*!ing taxi for the prices they want to charge. $#*! uber.

New Lyft Driver

I hate following the prompts to receive help through the Uber app. I am often times routed to someone who doesn't even pick up the phone.

I've had the same tech issue for a year, I've never cared to write a review but I'm sooo aggravated because I actually like driving for Uber but I've had to drive for Lyft because of lack of access due to a tech glitch.

My app does not provide UberX as an option in my driving preferences after countless troubleshooting, false follow up promises, and hang ups in my face.

I believe this is because I created a duplicate account but an account specialist removed the duplicate and I still do not have access to UberX. Every time I call it's a complete run around. Please help, what else can I do I'm at a lost.

I've lost faith in this team, they are obviously not well trained, overwhelmed and lack the proper resources to actually assist. I guess I'm team Lyft.

Unbelievable.

At 10:15 AM we scheduled an UBER Pick up for 5:15 PM the same day. At 5:17 PM we checked the UBER App to see where the driver was and he was 53 minutes away. If we waited for the driver to arrive we would have missed our reservation at a busy restaurant on a Saturday night. We cancelled the ride and ordered another that came within 15 minutes. We made it to the restaurant in time. I filed a dispute with AMEX because UBER charged me a 27$ cancellation fee. They were the party at fault and I don't think I should have to pay a fee for non performance. Now I am unable to reserve a ride because they say I owe the $ 27.00. There is no phone number to call to talk to someone in Customer Service. This leaves me no choice. I will use Lyft or call a cab. I am done spending money with UBER

I have been taking uber bikes since a few days to commute to office everyday. What I see is most drivers give me a hard time during office going time. They transfer the ride within an inch of reaching the pick -point and the next biker is almost 8-10 minutes away, delaying the journey. Some park their bikes much further away and tranfer rides to another biker if you insist that they come to the pick up point instead of calling the rider to whereever the driver has parked his bike. I mean why offer this bike ride service to people when your shameless drivers do not want to take the trouble of driving short distances? They tranfer rides at will because cancellation will cost them and give the customer a hard time? There is little scope for registering this misbehaviour from drivers on the App.

My family was traveling from Mumbai to Pune,
I had booked through my agent, she had given the payment, then too that driver was so ridiculous, useless asking for payment, took my brother's mobile.

$#*!ty $#*! driver

Uber eats can eat a bag of $#*!s. Yesterday I ordered from Chang Thai Christchurch. My food arrived out of the container & sloshing around in the bag. The $#*! driver Harim who drives a piece of $#*! white audi station wagon. I suspect the reason why the food ends up put of the container is because he speeds. Have since deleted uber eats, will NEVER use that $#*!ty service UBER EATS again nor will I EVER purchase food from Chng Thai Christchurch in Hornby on Shands Rd

Worst support team ever!

My account was broken by someone trying to help, and then broken further when I tried to get them to fix it.

Now they are claiming my vehicle inspection form is fraudulent ir altered, with zero explanation of what is wrong with it, and zero explanation of why it was approved before they broke my account

Drivers have no patience they will gonna leave you then Uber charge for late fee. I was charged for cancellation which I never cancel because Uber drivers I order did not show up

Waste of time

If you need to get somewhere quickly for a reasonable price, don't waste your time with uber. Seems ridiculously overpriced, substandard app, was not impressed.

I got scammed by Uber and it's driver in Istanbul.

Normally you pay the driver through your credit card. In Istanbul Uber work with other taxi companies and it's very confusing. At the end of my ride to the airport, the driver asked for cash with toll fees. I thought maybe that's the way how Uber works with taxi companies. I paid 400 lira for the ride. And, the driver ask to look at my app. I didn't know there would be a payment code displaying on my screen when I open the app. The drive saw the code and enter it into his app, and then I paid him 400 Lira again!
Uber agreed to look into the case but never got back to me. That itself seems like a scam as well. If they don't have enough customer support, they shouldn't even run the business.

We used to uber to ride to the resturant The Optimist it was great. On the departure from the restaurant uber driver came to pick us up. I was trying to get seated in the vechile and then the problem started the driver decided to hit the gas petal and I was hanging onto the door being dragged down the street. My husband yelled at the driver to stop and helped me get into the car. The driver did ask if I was ok and my reply was yes but I have bruise"s and scrapes on my forehead, knees and shoulder. If you choose to use uber makre sure the driver doesn't hit the gas petal before you can get seated inside of the vechile.

Stupid $#*!ing website doesn't even work. Regardless of which I'm using, website or app, I cannot schedule a ride. Everytime I put in the destination and pickup location, I get redirected to a white screen. Fix this $#*! so that I can actually use it.

Changed of fares

I took an Uber from O'Hare airport in chicago to downtown.
The fare price was $74.16. However they charged on my car 104.15, after I complained they changed the fare to $106
I used Uber for business and now I will change to Lyft and give them a try

Double billing

First time using uber, uber charged me three times for same trip at the same time monthly. I emailed them to no avail. They response was we have to locate and speak to the driver, it is the driver thats billing you. Eventually I had to cancel my credit card to stop billing. I was never refunded. Uber is a thief and unethical business.

Uber sucks!

I should sue this company and there dumb drivers! Since I only have 1 car and got drop off at work my dad was having a seizure at the hospital where my mom was watching him by his side since surgery but uber and there damn stupid drivers ended up making me wait 2 and half hour for a ride and when he arrived he didt know how get there he ask me for my phone so he can put the address of the location and by the time I got there he DIED! THANKS ALOT UBER! YOU KILLED MY DAD! I even texted the driver ahead of time that I need get to the hospital it was a emergency my dad was having a seizure!

I have paid for over 50 Uber taxis and probably sat in more than 200 from friends and family. A consistent user/customer. But after wanting a refund for a really dirty and muddy car, I was told me asking for a refund was atypical because I had asked for a refund before. They suggested I'm scamming and lying. Then when I said I will delete my account and never work with them again - they threatened me with deactivating my account. I have now requested the deletion of my account and I will be recommending for family and friends to delete it also. Wow. Losing a customer over £4.51. Can you imagine...
