After giving me an 8 minute wait time for my pickup, the wait time remained between 8 to 10 minutes for over fifteen minutes. I finally called the driver who told me he doesn't know when he can pick me up. WTF? I cancelled the ride and rescheduled my medical appointment. In the meantime I got rid of my Uber app.

After my Uber ride the tip and rate page appeared, i tipped $5 and left 5 stars then it appeared again, i thought it didnt apply so I re-entered the tip and rate. 10 minutes later i got a text from PayPal that I tipped $10. There is no option for this on the app nor is there any customer service.

Horrible

Uber does not work. I left my car keys in my other car which my boyfriend had at the time and i had to get to work and did not have my car keys so i did what any other person would do. I heard some kinda frighting stories about uber and some of the drives but i thought why not give it a try. So i go on my uber account and i see there is a driver not far from me but it was still early to confirm the ride, so i waited until time was right but as soon as i needed to confirm the ride uber stops working wont let me confirm wouldn't even let me add a payment. What app does not let someone add a payment. So i was very late had so much anxiety because of uber an app where its supposed to help but they give no help at all i was very disappointed and deleted my account i would't recommend to anyone to use this app unless you want anxiety... i hate uber

I had an issue with two Uber rides recently, and contacted customer service within minutes for assistance. They replied that they simply can't help me, and then never responded again. There is no contact number as well; such an unacceptable way to treat loyal and patient customers. Very disappointed in this experience after years of using Uber with no prior requests for help.

Uber sucks

After being forced to update the app and it taking upwards of 20min it finally launched. Once my location and destination were populated, Uber took another 15 min to search for a driver in a heavily populated spot only to report there were no drivers available and suggested I simply try again later. Thanks for wasting my time Uber! Boo!

Uber is such a joke to bad i cant give them a no star. I called to report a driver who was very unappropriate to my daughter and what they do they side for that driver. Like damn i knew you only care for your star drivers but the customers give you business as well. You just need to refund my damn money i had in that account i will not be using uber no longer.

Please everybody check your account your credit card because now they have new ways to still you money, you need a ride you should know how much you have to pay but now they show the amount and the end of the day you check a credit card there is extras and extras then you call for help nobody is available they trust for you to one place to another and you get stress and no help so make sure you be aware thank you.

On 5h may for a ride between Jewish General Hospital and home I was told $ 24 which is already on the higher side to which i agreed but they actually charged $29 and for extra charge refunds I'm unable to contact uber customers service. There's is the worst Customer service as it's impossible to contact them and I have to waste so much time to get a refund of $5. They don't deserve even one star. Thanks

Left stranded

I have the Uber app and have been a long time user. No more. I tried to get a ride home from Boston, and couldn't seem to get my valid credit card to work. I have used it many times before with Uber and trust me it is valid and has room for a $62 ride charge. After trying 4 times on their app, and updating the correct cc information 4 times and still getting rejected for payment invalid, I spent 20 minutes trying to contact them. Unless it's a safety issue they won't talk to you, and will send an email to their "concerns department ". That is super-helpful when you are 60 miles from home at 1:00am. I worked 15 hours today, missed the train home and got no support or assistance. I deleted app and won't use Uber again.

Worst unsafe experience everf

I had a driver who blasted music loud. Had lyrics with "$#*! " and ""$#*!" In it. His driving was erratic. Scariest experience ever and offensive. On top of that, they must know their service sucks. You cannot find any support number to speak to a person in customer service. Good luck Uber. You're on your way towards going out of business. Sad that you would scam people this way. And take advantage of the elderly passenger to make a profit. You disgust me.

So where do I even start. Uber at first was a rider friendly ride share then took a nose dive. I order an Uber immediately upon waking up for the work day with no hopes up getting one that respects the time frame, drivers NEVER read the details of the ride, just accept whatever pops up on their screen. To top that off, drivers can cancel your trip without consequences anytime they feel like it, while when i feel I can find a rife for a better price it either costs me a 50 cent cancelation fee or a fee that costs more than the initial fair ( TO COMPENSATE THE BULL$*** DRIVER WHO ACCEPTED THE FAIR OUTSIDE OF THE PARAMETERS I SET FOR THE RIDE) Its ridiculous. I'm not done yet. Fares triple because drivers don't check in until they assume the fares are higher because no drivers are available making me have to either call out ofnwork or pay the triple fare, 30 dollars sometimes to travel 3 miles down the road, GTFOH! I reported them to the BBB to see if it gets a response I'm looking for.

Price gouging

We ordered an Uber ahead of time scheduled it so that we could make a restaurant reservation and Uber charged us four times the normal rate because we scheduled it we find that to be price gouging the original cost if we waited until it was time to leave for the reservation it was $15 when we schedule them out it was $45, this is price gouging we will never use Uber again we will use Lyft

I didn't have any trip with this driver. The driver according to the app notification arrived at 03.42. The app showed he was waiting till my reservation at 3:50. I was downstairs at 3:49. The driver was not there. I had to call another taxi. I would like to give a completely negative feedback to the driver because i was in late for my trip and i want my money back. In the app there is no way to contact them

I pay 200$ for gifts card didn't receive and talk to Customer service and he took 100$ from my uber cash to refund to my account and I didn't ask him to and he didn't respond to me so I talk to Different customer serves ane he can't help me so I don't know what to do and I have to 5 $ for tip because the customer service took my uber cash money from my account I got what 3_ 5 days to get the 100 back to my account and the 200$ I don't know if I will get it back not good

I've been very happy with Uber service since I started using it in Vancouver a year ago. This week I've had 2 pre-booked rides cancelled at the last minute. Very disappointing & frustrating as we had important medical appts & were left scrambling for another ride. When we got another Uber, it was more than double the price. Uber should not offer the service to pre-book if it can't be reliable with it. It caused unnecessary anxiety. Not impressed. I'd rather use Uber over taxi service but may return to taxis, more reliable afterall.

My friends and I went out for dinner, we all requested ubers to go home my friend's got ubers straight away. Uber canceled on me 3 times in the end I got another taxi company I will no longer use uber as a preferred taxi company as they are not reliable.
