Had to drive 26 miles for a delivery and once it was completed, the trip was removed from my earnings. Called support and they claim the trip does not exist. Only thing support said was call tomorrow. Please do not drive for Uber, please only use Doordarsh, grub hub, instacart or favor. Too many problems, steal your hard earn money amd terrible customer service

Uber has now done this twice. When payment is supposed to be deposited it somehow ends up not being done and put into a wallet telling me I won't get my earnings for another week until the next scheduled deposit. After being run around for 3 days nothing but the same generic replies. Nothing happens. Telling me they are wrong but still hold my money then tell me it has been deposited when it is still clearly in the wallet in my account. Now I'm losing a week because they owe me 800 dollars and can't pay my bills like I'm supposed to. They should not be allowed to get away with this. They praise me as a diamond driver but treat me like poop. I want everyone to know. Stay away from Uber. It's a joke and they do not care. I'm losing everything because they mishandle everything. I have put screenshots of there bull and can add plenty more... They need to be taken off the platform for ripping people off and getting away with it. Also taking more money then they are supposed to per trip. They treat us like a cab when we pay for everything and yet still can't get paid.

Hello uber,
Why waiting time was charged
First of all the car came early than 7 minutes as texted when the booking was made. The driver didn't even text me that the car was here. I saw it through the window that the car had arrived.
You said the charge was £763 but you charged me nearly £10. This is too much, you stole from my bank account. Now I do not trust thieves like you anymore. This uber is a fraudulent business of stealing venerable customers.
Uber is not trusted anymore as they charge customers extra of what they initially stated. This is a scam company so stay away from uber. I took a ride from Easterly Road to Leeds coach station and the driver left me far from my destination and I had to walk a long distant
Now I would prefer different mini cab companies other than uber.

I took a 1.5 km trip been charged $25 including $12.90 surge fee.
I was not shown any upfront charge in any way at the beginning.
It's a scam and rip off

Uber and lyft

Hey guys I agree with you on how uber and lyft is so corrupt, they make rules that they don't abide by. They have people driving for them that are using account that someone open for them and whats crazy is that the customer doesn't even look to see if it's the correct driver, also you have these bad drivers which smoke marijuana with customers and don't care about the customer or the service that they provide at all. It works both ways. But rideshare treats driver as slaves some of the things that happen uber or lyft takes no action to help correct all they care about is the all mighty dollar. And how they treat customers is ridiculous also no customer what's so ever. Whoever is behind the scene with these companies are unprofessional and do t know what there doing. And the hubs for those companies are unprofessional also if you have to find other rideshare companies that will that you better and not cheat you out of you fares or pay. Good drivers suffer for the bad. I'm saying this from experience I went above and beyond.

Frustrated

I am frustrated. This is the first time using Uber. I thought that I could arrange a ride for a few hours from now. As soon as I realized that I can not and tried to cancel the request, the driver called me. I explained the mistake to him. Since I took his call it delayed me from canceling the Uber request by about 30 seconds. I was charged $5. Because I chose what seemed like the most polite option of talking to the driver instead of completing the cancellation. $5 for 30 seconds?

We never received our first order tonight, even though the restaurant said it was picked up by Uber. We ordered again from another restaurant, using Uber again, A driver called said she was at some foreign address and needed approval from Uber to bring it to the right address. She never called back, the food never came -AGAIN. Uber drivers are totally unvetted, no one even knew the name of the driver. Scary! We never did get either order.

Hope the $#*!ing CEO reads or became aware of this;
This is a screen saver from Uber support when i accepted a $13.70 ride as a driver…. As soon as i dropped off the passenger, the fare went down to $3.70 instead of the original $13.70!

Off lately since past few months the experience over Uber has been terrible!
The drivers are rude, they call to confirm the drop location and cancell the ride, they drop istant text stating they are at the pick up location on confirming they are still on the way, in instances of techincal error where online payment is not possible (paid in cash at the end of ride) the app still shows payment pending. Even after explaining to the customer care they will not wave off the fare.

I was told to leave rudely by Uber driver today after he found out that my ride was to Gatineau, a region that Uber doesn't service. Drivers can't get ride back from there thus don't want take ride to Gatineau. Uber hides destinations from drivers to take business, results in driver's frustration being put on customers.

The worst was I realized that I was being rated as a customer. I'm willing to pay more for taxi to get better service and privacy.

Uber drivers are not professional and often emotionally protective. A common thing such as the speed of closing a car door can cause the driver reacting offensively. I was told to close the car with more strength one time just to be scold at for closing the door too heavily the other time. Am I supposed to pay for my ride to submit to personal possession problem?

Uber should not exist as it is ineffective, expensive and irresponsible as a middle guy, who takes no responsibility on creating a new segment of transportation market that is creating increasingly frustration for all parties.

I got dropped to church on time they were sapose to be back 1215 they never showed I found out they canceled to lack of driver I'm disabled and fell yesterday banged up knee good I can barely walk have ankle braces emotional support dog w me had to ask a stranger for ride home just walked in door

Scary Experience

I requested to speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant said they would put me on hold so I can speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant lied and said the supervisor cannot rectify my query. I didn't tell the phone consultant my query? I couldn't get a reference number for the phone call either. The phone consultant just transferred the call after I told her that the Google reviews have rated Uber Support with the worst customer service. I'm afraid the reviews are correct. I was transferred multiple times without my query being resolved.

Both of the credit cards I have on file with Uber had unauthorized charges and attempted charges on my credit cards. One credit card had three charges on the same day totaling $115.16 to Uber trip *******996 and these trips did not appear on my Uber app trip history, I haven't taken a uber since 2019. My other credit card had an unauthorized attempt made for $599 for the army and air force exchange which can be used to purchase authorized military weapons. I have been unable to get any help from Uber whatsoever! I've written and called numerous time and have not gotten any response. I can not find out about the charges or report my suspicions of the breach. I know this can happen with any company but if I can't get help to get these issues taken care of I don't want to use a company with NO customer help. I made complaint with the CA DOJ, the Internet Crimes Complaint Center and the police as well as my bank and credit card company.

I got a ride from uber from south salt lake to Murray and I left my iPhone back seat- guess what, Uber drivers are so wonderful and a very good friendly. As a matter of fact; I got back my iPhone and I keep continue to ride Uber; because of, how honest They are with brilliant service:: thank you Uber specially driver his name was JOHN,,!

Pubblicizzato tantissimo ma di fatto inutilizzabile: in una grande città come Lisbona ho provato a impostare vari luoghi di partenza ma NESSUNO era disponibile, nemmeno posti come il monastero de los Jeronimos o la torre di Belém, cioè tra i più turistici della città! Farebbero prima a scrivere DOVE è disponibile questo servizio anziché pretendere che l'utente scriva una posizione, che poi però si rivela non essere disponibile. Della serie "ritenta, sarai più fortunato". Inaccettabile, così come per il fatto che non è un caso che le corse di Uber facciano spesso ritardo, il che può essere un serio problema se si hanno dei voli da prendere

On February 4,2022, I headed to the airport with an Uber driver to charge far more than the usual $ 107, ( about 70 $ is usual), the forecasted snow storm was rain. There was no traffic problem getting to the airport. The problem was with the driver who got lost. He drove me into some kind of freight operation and he had to figure out how to get to the airport from there. I had to help him. He didn't know where terminal three was. I had to help him with that. We took a very long time to get to the airport slowing me down for customs. It's been a lot of time and effort trying to Contact Uber on the app and got an unsatisfactory response. Do it tried contacting Uber on my telephone but couldn't find them. I couldn't message Uber from my app either and couldn't find out how to do that. While on my trip away from Canada Months later Uber decided to charge my credit card with a zero balance. My credit card contacted me and asked me if I authorize that charge I said I didn't then they had to cancel my no credit card. Once again I couldn't get a hold of Uber to find out why they made this o charge on my credit card when I wasn't even in the country The cancellation of my credit card created plenty of problems including extra charges from my storage area and no cell phone when I returned my back into Canada. It was a highly stressful event and I still can't speak or have this situation explained to me about Uber because I can't get hold of them. I am very discouraged by Uber and I'm not giving my credit card to them or any other transportation company on an ad hoc basis. They can't be trusted and you can't get any consumer satisfaction from Uber when they make these major mistakes

Horrible service

I placed an order and was given a time of delivery. Went through numerous drivers that changed their mind about picking up the order. My delivery time kept getting longer and longer. I waited over an hour and a half. I contacted the restaurant directly only to find out that a driver picked up my food and my order was canceled a minute later. Hope the driver enjoyed his free meal! Customer service gave me a $3 credit for the inconvenience! This was my first and last time using uber eats!
