The uber autos and bikes and cars will not come on time.
Everytime it gives the autos and cars and bikes are busy at this moment.
It's a waste app. Everytime the money hikes to its peak. And the drivers only cancel the ride if they don't want to go on those places. Have to remove the option from drivers side.

Outrageous

I was visiting in Michigan over the weekend 30 minutes from the Detroit Airport near Monroe. I made an appointment on Friday for a 6am pickup on Sunday morning to go to the airport. At 10 minutes to 6 it tells me on the App no drivers are available. No time to get a taxi or a car service. This is outrageous. I guess they have been taken over by the federal government!

After trying to make a reservation for an Uber ride, I was charged even though I never received the ride. I made multiple attempts to contact customer support just to waste a bunch of time. No resolution and no refund.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to start using the Uber service, but I never dreamed that you would rob me in this strange way before my very first ride. I only stay with Bolt, where whenever I needed help with anything, they helped me IMMEDIATELY and with a nice attitude, they obviously have no need to rob their clients. I will continue to address the situation and delete your application. If paying back £14 that you stole from a client based on a fabricated FOUR year old process is such a problem for you, then it speaks to the desperate situation of this company and the even more desperate attitude towards your clients. This would never happen with Bolt. This is no longer about £14, but about an absolutely unbelievable attitude and ripping off clients. Here you can see that stealing £14 is more important to you than keeping/getting a client. Approach as from the last century. So I'm filing an official complaint against you for this theft, if it can't be resolved through customer service. Thank you for nothing.

Absolutely disgusting. I signed up for Uber never even got a chance to use the app. I purchased a $50 Uber gift card from a local grocery store, added it to my account then when I went to use it it said that I wasn't able to request a ride. So I spoke with their terrible customer service reps via chat because there's no number to call. They gave me a runaround telling me to keep trying it. This went on for several days. I asked for my money back. They said they couldn't oblige then a week later I get an email telling me, I am no longer able to use their services as I am banned and the decision is final. I have reached out to customer Service more than 10 times since asking them to tell me the reason why I am banned since I haven't done anything at all. It's been 6 weeks and they still will not respond or give me a reason why which I have the right to know. So I am working with an attorneys office to get to the bottom of this and explore my options. If it costs me $10,000 in legal fees, I will absolutely go forward with it just for the principle of the matter. Companies are not allowed to do this to individuals. DO NOT USE UBER! Use a local taxi service. But if you must use a ride share program, use Lyft.

Uber doesn't care about the ppl that drive for them. It's all about what they can keep gaining financially out of you. The Customer Sevice is terrible and repetitive. Uber will issue $2 orders while they collect the majority of the money. I had a $70 order, only received a $4 earning from it. Uber wants you to drive for miles for these type of orders. Now in the beginning, they were being fair, but now it's greed. They are only worrying about how they collect from it. This point system they go by, is what Uber use to keep you in a "certain range". If your points get too low, they use it against you and your earnings. They do not keep the drivers or riders updated with any new information. Uber is not supportive at all. Beware before you put your car on the road.

Use caution

If you plan on using Uber or Lyft I just want people to understand what exactly you will encounter and expect. I have 12,000 trips with uber over 6 years with a hard earned 4.98 rating. Here is my success
1. Do not lease or have car payments
2. Get a XL vehicle type vehicle
3. Be dependable
4. Help with luggage ect
5. Keep your car clean no smoking and no eating
6. Become a mechanic and keep your vehicle extremely cared for or you will breakdown and your troubles are just beginning financially if your not a mechanic your car could be down for a week.
7. Depend on making professional relationships with riders and get business cards made up and start freelance driving. I do 60% of my rides freelance driving and make a minimum of $50 each trip. If it weren't for this I would have quit uber years ago.
8. Be extremely cautious when working at night always be ready for the worst because if your not on guard you could become dead!

Listen Drivers only get half the fare and most rides are between $3-8 and prices have gotten so high customers tips less. If your not smart and a business you will not last. Remember 3% of drivers last the first year most quit or go part part time or maybe even 1 week a year.

Uber is crooks

I have been waiting for a week for Uber to pay me what they owe me. They told me 10 days ago it would be 3 to 5 days. Now they are telling me 10 more days. Do not use Uber. Try Lyft. They are cheaper.

Uber must go

Cannot rely on them anymore….They cancel all the time making you late for appointments, meetings etc Forget about trying to find them in the early hours of the morning. They just cancel, cancel and cancel some more even at the last minute.

Lousy service

Today was a banner day for Uber. I waited for my ride for over 20 minutes in the sweltering heat only to have the driver drive past me twice THEN cancel the ride. Had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for another UBER who me that I should contact Uber which I did. They could have cared less. I've been using them for a while now and the drivers are so lazy when it comes to helping riders with their goods. I had one Uber driver yell at me because I choose the wrong UBER. My Dad has a walker and another driver sat in his car and watched as I tried to get the walker in the trunk then he gets mad because I might be damaging his car. Never offered to help. Most of them just on their butts in the car and never offer help PERIOD.

Today I was to have a ride to and from an appointment. Both rides were scheduled. Though I got zero texts letting me know who, what, or when my driver was arriving, I went out my door to find two (2) Uber drivers waiting on me. I apologized to both gentlemen and let them know I had received no texts. The first that had arrived took me to my appointment. Once at my appointment, I got a call from a third Uber driver, who was at my home to pick me up. I informed him of what had previously happened, and apologized to him as well.
I concluded my appointment and wondered how many drivers would show up to take me home? The answer is none. Uber canceled my ride home, I'm still not certain why. Perhaps they only registered that the third driver had made it to my home, and since he didn't complete my ride, I didn't need one home? Either way, I am currently stranded. Weighing options, as my appointment was not in the same city as I live.

I am a Uber driver

I am an Uber driver and lightly Uber is keeping more of the fare than they are paying the driver. This is ridiculous. We use our vehicles are gas, our maintenance on our vehicles, and we pay taxes on the money, and they wanna be greedy and keep more than they pay the driver.

Uber is nothing more than a company that is doing all they can to take from the folks that work so hard for them. Their drivers. They have now put a memo out since I pitched such a stick out about them taking money that should belong to us. They are the ones that decides our fare amounts. We have no say so. For instance I picked up an order and delivered it into another town. I received less than $3 while they took a whopping almost $12. That $3 didn't even pay my gas. Drivers look in the earnings tab, click on your deliveries individually, and go to the bottom you will see what they are taking from you. Customers, your money is mainly going to uber for sending us the delivery. They do not care that we have all the expenses. They don't pay anything toward the up keep of the vehicles that allows your orders to be delivered. They have gotten VERY GREEDY. IM NOT SUGNING A WAGER STATING ITS OKAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME.

There are many more. The debate is between the fare we are paid and the service fee they take. They decide how much to charge each customer and their response is they keep whatever is left over after the fare. There is no kind of structure or pattern that decides our fare. It's whatever they decide on. We are going broke trying to make a dollar while they are ripping us off by fattening their wallets.

Uber SUCKS!

I have driven for the company almost 3 years almost 7000 rides and I am 5 star rated. I've never seen a more deceptively evil and cut throat company as Uber! They've been caught stealing our tips! Over time the reimbursement to drivers and overall treatment constantly decreases and bonuses which were once available are no longer.

I can't say enough bad about this company!

Yesterday I got a drunk driver for uber driver today I had another uber driver that stole my money supposed to pick up a trip and bring her home and never did the whole trip like he had her in the car And Uber is making excuses for that. Saying that she was 16 a minor they were not supposed to drive a minor and still. Doesn't justify why he never showed up. And still did the trip like he did Then tell me they're gonna block my app because it wasn't supposed to pick up a banner. What about him stealing money that can block me all they want they aren't the only company Too many problems with uberI had problems with them Before dropping my autistic brother off at the wrong location and leaving him there
