They Hurt a little to put on and slipped off, buy that's just normal for me cuz it's the first time I used contacts, over all they were amazing

Since I did not, I couldnt track my order and it gave me anxiety. I thought for a few days you might be a fraud.
Shipping is fast love the price and contacts feels normal in my eyes so that's a plus for me
I placed an order Oct 11th that should have been at my house by maybe the 18th. Its the 27th and they still haven't even shipped it out. I have contacted their support team and they are NOT helpful whatsoever and lied to me about where my package was. I reached out to USPS support and was told by them that Twinklens hasnt shipped out ANYTHING. Even after twinklens support told me it was "stuck in a warehouse, we're expediting the shipping". These people are sick liars. Dont order because you wont receive anything. And from other reviews i can see im not the only one.

Customer support was responsive and checked in on if my order actually arrived when it got to destination country. Overall happy with the service but you really have to plan months ahead to make sure you get the product in time.
