I received my order very quickly. I was surprised. It's been 4 days and I have spent 4 hours a day trying to get these in. I have watched tutorial videos, hacks, you name it. I have never wore contacts before. I will say I had it on my eyeball a few times and literally it will not come off my finger. I dried my finger, I've done everything. One time I got it in and it popped right out. Normal contacts are supposed to suction right to your eyeball right away. I am thinking it's not me. It's these contacts. They will not go in. I've done everything, I'm so sad and disappointed bc all I wanted to do was try them out. Anyone else having this issue?

I never received my order. Tried to contact them a couple of times they didn't want to help. So I basically paid for nothing. I'm wondering if they pick and choose to who they send their packages too. A bit scammy

I have ordered colored contacts from TTDeye a couple of times. This was the first time I received an incorrect order. The prescription was correct, however, the company sent a different color. I ordered "Queen Brown" and received "Polar Lights Brown" without my consent. I would've appreciated an email letting me know in advance before shipping out my contacts.

My daughter purchased 3 pairs of non prescription colored contacts. They scratched both of her corneas and we are hoping there is no permanent damage. This is the most painful thing we have ever went through. My eye doctor says it should be illegal to sell these!

I have hazel eyes, so I thought these contacts would work for me but they simply don't. Juice Blue, Taylor Grey, and Havana Yellow-Green pretty much look all the same on MY eyes. The Polar Lights Yellow are stunning on my eyes, I love them! The Kiwi Green are alright looking, they are much darker than expected. They just look nothing like the pictures. They felt very thick and burned at first going in, but then I got used to them with lots of help from contact solution. Shipped in 14 days which was awesome and unexpected! I was checking the status of my package daily it never updated my end once. Other than one update that it shipped out, but whenever I would put in my order number it never said anything other than that ever. Not very thrilled with my order I was looking for blue eye contacts, but they don't even show up blue. Regardless, I just wish they showed people with all different eye colors wearing the contacts. Perhaps the contacts look better on top of brown eyes. Not a horrible company, but not the best lol.

Package came within reasonable time, but the lenses are so bad quality. I've worn contacts before, but every time i try to put these on, they just wouldn't go in. And if they do, they pop right back out with a simple blink or two. I even tried using their lens applicator, doesn't make a single difference. Color doesn't even change your natural eyes so it's like you're wearing clear contacts. This company is such a scam and i'll be reporting them to my bank as fraud.

So I currently ordered the lenses order number #******* on dec 31,2021 and it is currently Jan 9,2022, l know shipping takes time but the package says it's been ‘ CARSON / Arrived shipping partner facility, usps awaiting item ‘ since January 4 & I looked up usps and used the tracking number and it tells me that the tracking number is not In their system and i tried the tracking number with different carriers and the number isn't in any system, I'm going to give it 10 more business days and then update from there. Please do not let me down ttdeye

They haven't received it on top of not receiving it you guys are not refunding the money.

I am disgusted and hurt by this this. They said it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone, They have never experienced anything like this and I'm honestly disgusted.

During Covid moments people are going through a lot and having money problem. If you guys aren't able to deliver their package on time or they haven't received their ORDER the least you guys can do is refund them their money back.

I have a YouTube platform and I will be doing a video on this and read all the reviews on here to my supporters because this is disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting. Do better

I ordered prescription contacts in 3 different colors. They were delivered no problem. But they're terrible! They dry out so quick and irritate my eyes. I've been wearing contacts for years and I've never had these problems with the 2 other brands I've used.

These contacts are so uncomfortable, literally unwearable. And when asking for a refund, they want me to ship the items used back to CHINA which would cost more than the 40$ I paid to this stupid company. 0/10 customer service 0/10 product, literally nothing to offer here but trash.

I've never had any issues with TTDEYE, the shipping usually take 10-20 days and I usually get my order around 17 days.
The Contacts are very easy and comfortable to wear! I use them for my cosplay.

So my package was stuck in the same spot for weeks and all the sudden it says it delivered right after I asked about my order. The girl Sarah in customer is very rude she keeps sending me the same message and won't refund me my money. I'm angry and I got scammed. Don't buy from them

These contacts are not meant to be worn by people. They are painful and just simply come out of your eye when you blink a couple times. I've never had that happen with any other brand. Customer service is even worse. They will not read your complaint, but give you the run around to try different t things that don't work, they'll ask for proof of your prescription and send them pictures, even then they did not give me a full refund. I reported them to my bank as fraud.

Reliable affordable contacts. Always come through and good quality contacts. Delivery is always faster than expected. Great company that I have purchased 4 times from now and always impressed.

These damn contacts burned my eye as soon as I put them in! I ended up with a really bad eye infection I couldn't open my eye for 3 days and they are still sensitive when there is light the picture below is me struggling to keep my eye open.

I ordered 3 contacts for Halloween, and it stated allow 10-20 days for shipping. It's now been 26 days, and I no longer need the contacts. I emailed TTDeye, and they refuse to refund me. I will never shop with them again.

I would avoid ordering for them they won't refund you also when ordering, if you haven't received anything by two weeks most likely you won't. When contacting them they will tell you to reach back out within a few days and they just keep telling you that! I would just call your bank and report a scam to get your money back

I placed an order for 5 pairs of lenses on order # ******* a few days ago and had expedited shipping and looked at tracking and it is in Chinese. I translated it on google even though I should not have to... and it said source unknown and destination unknown. If I don't receive my products I'll have to dispute the charge and report this business... Sad.
