Wow wow wow...
I have been in search for a contact lens but when ever I get my hand in one is not to my likeness but the one I bought for TTDEYE is the best ever in my collection.

I've had contacts for 11 years, and these are the most uncomfortable contacts I've ever worn. They make your eyes ache and feel scratchy. There color is low coverage. I have light blue eyes, and they were still clearly visible with both the flowery purple and HD black. The color also wasn't where my iris was. It went around it.

Here's my experience:
I've ordered from this place a total of 4 times. The very first two times were a while back but it went smoothly and the contacts were great! The only issues I had with was the packaging: they'd add cute stationary items along with the order but the face glitter that comes with it would always break causing it to go everywhere in the box.
The very last and recent orders didn't go as smoothly. The second to last order that I bought took more than a month to get to me. My sister who had ordered a pair of contacts after me had already received hers, so I contacted customer service... the lady who helped me out was sympathetic and very professional, she got me my package within the next day.
However I won't be shopping here anymore due to the most recent purchase. I had ordered one pair of contacts and waited AGAIN FOR PAST A MONTH; I'd check the tracking but it'd always say that my order was received at the parcel, nothing else... so once again I contacted customer service. They got to me the next day and said that the reason that I haven't gotten any tracking info or my package in general is because THE COLOR WAS SOLD OUT! So I waited A WHOLE MONTH for basically nothing and they never thought about notifying me about this issue witch gave me the impression that this mightve been a scam. I kept my cool and compromised with them; they told me to choose a different color with no charge. And yet I'm still awaiting for my package to arrive. I'd recommend finding contacts elsewhere for the risk and sake of your time.

I got contact lenses from ttdeye, really soft and high quality. This website is especially for online shopping where contact lenses can be found easily and can be purchased at affordable prices. The coutomer service here is also very fast and good. You can also buy good, soft and high quality contact lenses in different colors and designs from ttdeye.

I ordered 3 packs. 1st pair did not change my eyes at all. 2nd pair made me look like an alien by the eyes. They would not credit or exchange them, because I opened them up. How can u know what they will look like if u don't open them. $50 gone.

This site is very good I bought some contact lenses on this website and seriously the quality of the product is good and what is better is that the shipping is fast, also the customer service is very good, now I am very happy with it my new glasses, I look much better and very confident.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with, they made them so comfortable to wear. Before dealing with them I was really struggling!

The shipping was so fast especially considering that the contacts come from China. I ordered the queen chocolate lenses to achieve a light brown look. These lenses far exceeded my expectations. They are super natural like even I can't tell they're really contacts. I highly recommend!

I was looking to order a pair of cosplay lenses for a convention and paid for expedited shipping. The next day I was contacted by customer support to let me know the lenses I'd ordered went out of stock. They offered to switch the lenses out for another pair of my choice off their website without having to pay the price difference. It was tempting, but it wouldn't arrive in time for the convention anyway, so I requested for a refund. Customer support was extremely pushy and kept trying to convince me to change my mind, offering discount codes and once again offering to switch the lenses. I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back from a company who appears to be using the "bait and switch" scam, as another review mentioned.

After 38 days finally got my 11 pairs of contacts. Most of them beautiful colors and great effects on my dark brown eyes.
BUT! In only few minutes time my eyes get very heavy, tired, swollen, totally red and the sight is absolutely blurred.
What a pitty! The colors and pixelation would be great. But all in all i cannot recommend these contacts. They are not worth the money.

This is definitely THE place to get colored contacts. As someone with dark brown eyes I think that they look very natural. I just bought several pairs for upcoming cosplays and, being the dumbass I am I ordered some with perceptions by mistake. I reached out to the customer service email and they were so quick to respond and fix the problem, no questions asked. Definitely recommend!

I ordered contacts about a year ago from them. They worked great while I had them so I wanted to get more for my cosplay. I had a last-minute convention to go to, so I rush ordered them. They never showed up. So I placed another order like an idiot. I canceled both and am waiting on them to return my money. I highly doubt I will get my money back so save yourself the expense and go somewhere else.

Received the contacts. Purchased 2 separate pairs. They would not stay in my eyes at all. Looked at the expiration date one showed 2018 the other 2021. I wouldn't recommend them at all if I could give 0 stars I would

I placed an order on April 14,2022. When tried to search it for tracking, I was never given a tracking number or a confirmation number so what ever I put in, it says order not found. Sent them an email. No response. Never again!

It is the worst company to but lenses from, first of all i did not get my items, they wanted me to go through lot of hazzles to find, which i fmdid whatever i could to find my parcel then customer service is very very poor, after lot of follow up around 20 days after theydecided to resend my shipment, also promised me to give 10% doscount coupon which againthey gave after numerous follow up, so ultimately after 2 months i recieved my items, inbetween i tried the other lenses figured out its difficult to use in for a first time user, so decided to return so first they said you can return but you gotta ship it to china woth tracable tracking which they never gave, they give you the shipping numbeg to track from china, also for refund they want the customer to bear shipping charges then ultimately when i was ready to return after that too they said you cannot since its fulfilled twoce ultimately this stress is not worth it specially when you are not even tried lenses before

It's been a month since I last ordered, I contacted customer support off of their site and never received a response. Checked spam and the only thing that I have is the confirmation number and a bunch of emails about offers. I can check the order status still and it still says processing so I don't know what to really take from this. I'm never ordering or buying contacts from here again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The contacts might work if you have light blue eyes but if you have brown eyes don't waste your time. They don't do refunds and you will definitely not get what you see in the picture. This company is garbage and they should be more upfront about their policy's instead of hiding it in the fine print. How hard is it put "no refunds" under the items like every other decent company does. It was my mistake for ordering from this company without reading the reviews first so don't make the same mistake I did!
