My eyes are absolutely burning and the spot for the pupil is far too large making the real color so obvious. I used to not have this problem with their contacts but now i hate them. My eyes get so red and watery

Please beware! I will Never order from this company again. Shipping takes forever because it's not US based. Descriptions on their products are not clear whn order prescription contacts. Whn my package finally arrived it was incorrect. I spent $59.20 on the products and to return unopened products for correct ones I paid $17. I have my tracking info but USPS only tracks up until it reaches customs. The customer service is terribly delayed and I've sent several emails and haven't received a response besides the one email telling me they don't have my return. I was shut down after that! Just received my first pair of prescription colored contact lenses and so far im not disappointed. Great prices. Lens are comfortable and soft on my eyes. Will recommend this website to all. I do wish shipping was faster. Thats the only negative flaw from me. Other than that, Im about to make my second purchase from TTDEYE.COM right now.
I purchased my order during the buy 2 get 1 free sale. That was on August 26, now on this app I have called Shop to track every order I make says that it's in Memphis. But it's been there for 5 days now…. Plus it keeps changing saying "it's in transit, arriving on time" or "in transit, arriving late". I look at the tracking literally almost every hour to see if it left but it hasn't. The email from TTDEYE also says that it takes 10-20 days for a package to be delivered. It's day 15. I stay in Louisiana so Memphis is seriously not that far. I even researched the distribution center it's at……TERRIBLE. If I don't receive my package by the 20th day, I'm sending an email about a refund because these type of carriers for packages is ridiculous. TTDEYE should use DHL, FEDEX, or even UPS. I've never heard of 4PX in my life.
This company has horrible customer service. All their correspondence is in another language and I've heard people complain about it and they still haven't made any changes. I've complained about I was ignored. The wait time for the contacts is extremely long almost a month. I am not sure if it's worth the stress of buying from this company just because they have cheap contacts. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
My contact lens were very beautiful but I could keep them for more than hour. They where too cloudy too see out of and I order non-Rx! They must of been prescription! I want a refund!
I would never order from here again! Tracking is very complicated it states that my package was delivered July 27th at 7:18am, my mail doesn't even run that early! And when I emailed them to get answers they stated it was delivered the same day at 3:16pm and they're making me check with local post office or neighbors to make sure it was delivered to the right address! So basically me putting the RIGHT address that they claim they delivered it to doesn't even matter. If it was delivered to a local post office that should be in the tracking information! I have to go through to much to receive my package or a refund for these items I purchased which aren't cheap at all! I am very stressed out I feel like I waisted my time and money with this company very unsatisfied! I would give 0 stars if it was an option
I was tracking my lenses and says the lenses was delivered but i never received it. I want to know what can i do? In the image says delivered but don't say the address and nothing else
If I could I wouldn't even give a star at all. It took me 2 weeks to receive it and it was a struggle to get them. I'm a professional contact lenses wearer and these lenses were extremely uncomfortable, I tried everything but it didn't work. I couldn't even have them on for 1h. To bad.
These are the only contacts that didn't move around in my eyes or didn't irritate them at all they're really soft and are barely noticeable, will definitely purchase again!
Ordered lenses with color, received ones that barely had any color and did not stay into my eye, were very painful. These were obviously a defective pair of lenses. I contacted them, they said they would send me a new pair if I cut them in half. I did this and sent a picture. They claimed these were not their lenses (because they didn't match their pictures) and they wouldn't send me a new pair. Ironic, since it was a defective pair of lenses and the whole point was that they probably didn't look like their pictures BECAUSE they were defective. Money gone.

You do not see them, very blurry even I put 1.75 grad. Glacier brown you can see them cause they are thicker but they look very weird. I wanted to return them but you don't suppose to open them... how do you how they supposed to Look like if you don't open them stupid! Do not buy this $#*!!
I ordered these impulsively without doing research first and I emailed asking if i could cancel my order. They said not until i receive it. I received them and now i want to return them and get refunded $30 they have not answered my emails. I have emailed 3 times. I want my money back! Pls
Terrible Customer Service and company lied about replacing wrong lenses if I paid shipping and handling, but has yet to send the replacements. I am currently looking into filing a lawsuit for theft.
This was my first time ordering color contacts, so I made a large order at the beginning of November, thinking it would come soon; it did not and arrived a couple of days before Christmas. I followed the guidelines for preparing the contacts and wore Edge Brown to a wedding over the Christmas holidays but noticed they started to slide around significantly. The same with another pair, so I contacted customer service, who stated I probably tore them. I made another order, but new pair of Edge Brown still slid around to my surprise. It turns out the Base curve was not correct in any of my contacts.
Customer service tried to have me wear the contacts longer to see if that worked; then when the time had passed they said too much time had passed to refund. Then when I pointed out that I have been contacting them since the beginning, they offered to replace the contacts if I paid $20 shipping and handling. When I did, I still did not receive the contacts. They keep sending emails asking about which contacts don't fit, which I want to be replaced and to cut up the once the ones that don't fit before they send new ones. However, in these emails as well, they identify that they do not have my particular base curve of 8.4 and don't want to replace any contacts I can not use. Nor are they willing to refund me my money.
Ultimately they have gotten my money for the contacts I cannot wear, received extra money for shipping and handling of contacts they do not intend on shipping and want me to cut up the contacts I have in my possession and have paid them for already.
Don't go near them. If they get their hands on your details you will NEVER get rid of them. No matter how many times you unsubscribe from them spamming you or how many times you email them to stop using your data they will just keep spamming you.
If I had known what I know now I would've never bought from this company what a waste of time thinking I was going to have contacts was better off using that money and went to my corner store and got them never again been patient enough smh
The shipping was pretty fast, and they arrived with a cute lens case with a suction thing and tweezers, as well as a mirror! They're VERY comfortable to wear. Definitely would recommend them!
Contact Lenses are not the same as advertisement!

I ordered 2 different colored pairs and they're so dark in person and online they're nice and and very bright. False false advertisement and to finish it off one of my contact lenses didn't come with its pair.

I love how natural these look. My only issue was they ran "smaller" on my pupils, maybe because I have larger than normal ones. Otherwise I'm pleased with them. They came in the cutest box and I appreciate the gifts included.

They offered to send me another package, or a discount code for me and my friends for my "next" order, but after a month of playing e-mail ping-pong, they never even acknowledged my request for a refund- just offered everything else instead. They will hold on to your money at all costs. I finally had to lodge a complaint with my credit card company to get the charges reversed.
