Kathy is a great customer service rep. She always keeps me up to date on my shipments. I am a very satisfied customer.

I was so IMPRESSED with Isaac Votta, the Transit Systems rep with whom I worked. He was thorough, professional, extremely polite and responsive -- a rare gem in today's world. Thank you for making a rather stressful process (disbursement of estate to siblings following recent death of my mother) go smoothly and efficiently.

The ordering process has been efficient and professional. I look forward to receiving my household goods in great shape soon.

I put my request in on a Sunday and have received communication that m request wa received and that I would receive my quote by 1st thing Monday morning.

My board was shipped and completely destroyed. I was never told I had different insurance options. I was only told I had an option to pack it myself or have you pack it. The sales reps who I dealt with were unhelpful, unaccountable, and rude! I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have not followed through on anything regarding reimbursement for my board either. It's been a nightmare! DO NOT USE THEM.

It's now after 6 pm and no one has come to pick up my shipment. No phone call. I was home at 2:00 pm today waiting for your driver or a phone call.

Family heirloom secretary desk being shipped to Idaho from Texas! So far, so good. Got it arranged with only one call back required. Reassured that they "ship old Secretaries like this all the time." Let'er rip!
