Contracted with TSI to ship a family heirloom from CA to NC on Tuesday and arrangements have already been made for pick up Wednesday evening. Isaac, our rep and Mike who booked the shipping were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. An issue arose with the packaging of the piece and Isaac was quick to respond with how the process will work putting everyone at ease. We anxiously await the arrival of the mirrored hall tree but feel certain that it will be handled with care. I would recommend the team from TSI for all your shipping needs.

Things didn't come on time as quoted...not once but twice I my quote time was pushed back. I would never recommend this company to anyone or even consider using it again.
I found the support services by Steve to be very helpful. He recommended an online company to contact for boxes to be sent to my home. He also was helpful in getting me the best price for my move.
Sent in quote request 36 hoours ago and have not received a quote.
I am being asked questions that right now are not really relevant because I have only submitted the requested information to get a quote. After having more contact with your firm the questions could then logically be answered!
