The booking was very simple and the agent Tom was very courteous. I hope the move of my piano will be as smooth as the booking.

Tom Tract was outstanding. He was efficient and sensitive to my moving needs. My experience thus far has been exceptional.

I received a quote quickly online. Although I called after hours and my rep was out until Monday I was very admirably serviced by an other rep and all aspects of the move were fully explained.

Phone personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for shipment to arrive after a certain date had they were very accommodating.

Your service representative Steve is very professional and knowledgeable. My experience doing business with him was a pleasure.

Failed to pick up package when stated, said we'd have to pay extra to get it to its destination on time due to no show on the day it was supposed to go out, and kept $50 back from refund. Theives is what Transit System is!

Company was supposed to pick up my items within 15 days. I called several times, and on the 3rd call and 13 days later, I wanted to cancel. They indicated that they had tried to call 4 times. Ummm, no phone calls received on my phone...so I guess not. They want to charge me $119 dollars for handling fee...really? I have contacted my credit card company and expect a full refund. Do not do business with these people!

Kathy was amazing when it comes to customer service. She listened to my needs and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I wish all customer service agents were as knowledgeable and friendly!

Response to on-line quote request received in a timely manner (not all companies responded!) and communication with Carol Tract very pleasant as well as informative. Carol is reliable (returning calls/emails) and honest. I can only hope the dispatcher and movers are as responsive, honest and dedicated to their jobs as Carol. Hoping to give them a 5-star once I receive my items.

Steve Sergeant has been wonderful to work with and clearly explained the entire process. I was impressed with how organized and efficient the experience has been so far.
