Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The price was a little steep for third party movers. Delivery was 3 hours early, and I suppose I was lucky I was here to accept shipment.
My delivery was s textless 3 times, the first two cancelled at the last moment (evening before at 5 pm) after I had taken off work. This was very inconvenient & unnecessary since the items hadn't been moved to the Massachusetts at that time: Drkuvert service knew but fidn't Call until the last minute. Otherwise, service wS good.

Communications with TSI was good, but communications with Plycon, the firm that actually picked up the furniture and delivered it was not as good. It also took too long, in my opinion, for delivery to take place after the pickup. With this said, I would not hesitate to contact TSI again should I need a shipment to be made.
TSI SUCKS...worst shipping ever in my 50 years living. Do NOT let Kathy Temple tell you otherwise. They take your money and leave you hanging for 60 day deliveries when they promise 15-20!
I actually arranged two shipments. The one challenging aspect of things was the communication flow with the pickup and delivery dispatchers. It was complicated at my end by the fact I was doing this part of the time out of state from the pickup location and so had given out both my home landline and my cell phone number. In hindsight maybe I should have stuck with just my cell phone number.
We shipped a headboard and dresser to our son from FL to PA. The furniture was shipped for less than other carriers including UPS. The furniture arrived without damage and was brought into the house as well.
Movers were efficient and very competent, even when they had to remove and replace a door in order to move our antique desk. They wrapped it extremely well and delivered it intact. We were very pleased.

Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
