Don't waste your money with these guys. They were over a week late picking up my item 20 days late delivering it. When it showed up it was destroyed. Find somebody else to use

I was on the receiving end only; however, the person on the pick up end thought the workers were polite, efficient, and knew what they were doing. On the receiving end, I can say the same thing. Pick up date had to be changed due to unexpected surgery of the person on the scheduled pickup day, but TSI and the delivering company worked with me and made the move stressless and easy.

Very good overall. Good experience with the TSI office. Communication issues at pickup and at delivery caused delays.

We're still waiting for your response as to having a truck pick up the items from stop two to deliver to stop one. Your driver delivered all of the items to one stop even though we paid to have things delivered at two. Once I know whether you can resolve this, I can more fairly determine happiness with your product. Kathy is seeing to it at your end. Thanks.

I did not have a great experience. The mover was supposed to pack the china and I paid for this service. When the mover showed up they said they would not back the china and my mom had to scramble to pack the china with materials she had on hand. A few pieces got broken as a result.

The guys were great. Friendly and well mannered

The only company that would handle my shipment requirements. TSI is the best!
