Furniture item was wrapped in a shipping blanket and moving shrink wrap. Delivered without either and grease marks on the surface. Deliverers said that's how they picked it up at the warehouse. I took extra care. TSI didn't.

The whole experience was great, from the first contact through delivery! The white glove service we received for our items came at an exceptional price. The movers cared for my furniture pieces as I would have. Thank you for helping me move my cherished furniture to a new home.

Company made a HUGE mistake very last minute that costed me a ton of time and money. I also had to fix their problem they did not help. Would not recommend.

Very responsive to all inquiries. Competitive rates. Great experience. I shipped a mattress, box springs and frame. The only negative I had was dealing with mad pick up person. He was late so suppose I was last on list. He pushed the mattress h box spring down the driveway to his truck because he could not maneuver the driveway. Other than that bed arrived in timely fashion.

Pick up was fairly late (30+ mins AFTER the 4 hour window of 2-6p). Driver took out some type of lines in the Alley with the height of his truck and had to delay loading due to this issue.

Delivery was amazing! Lots of contact and delivered in a friendly/timely manner.

TSI provided professional customer service throughout the process of moving several antique furniture items for us. The delivery ended up being later than the window, but the two individuals doing the delivery were working hard. The delivery was completed with care and thoroughness.

The piece arrived safely, without blemish, so that part of the service was great. The people who did the delivery were polite and efficient. Only problem I had was the lack of information between the pick up and the delivery. Periodic updates of progress would have been helpful.
