Thank you! I was a little nervous having my mother's treasures to be transported from Atlanta to Delaware, but everything worked perfectly, from packing up to delivering within a two week span, I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

This is the second time I've used your services. The first time was an excellent experience. This time has been excellent so far. What I have been told has happened on time or earlier. I'm looking forward to another excellent experience when my items arrive at their final destination.

Booking and coordination was convenient and timely. The movers on the delivery end could have been gentler with the pieces, but was pleased overall with the service, communication, and cost.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received! We had a glitch in the middle, where the left hand didn't know what the right was doing, but Jake, in the customer service department was wonderful! He got right on it and arranged for the delivery just when I wanted it. I'm very pleased. The delivery guys were great too. Very reasonable price and the desk arrived in perfect condition.

Please know TSI is a broker for shipping your items. They will contract out to one or more trucks/companies for delivery. I was very please to have all 3 Antiques delivered in great shape-no damage. However, they changed trucks at least twice.

Quick and fast communiation and subsequent quote. Shipment pickup was w/in communicated delivery window. Product (King Mattress / Box Springs) were delivered timely with no issues.

The staff was pleasant and VERY professional. Thank you so much for taking care of my precious family heirlooms.

We had a buffet shipped from Philadelphia to Virginia. It arrived perfectly. I was not there for the pickup, but was impressed by the deliverers. They were extremely careful not to mark the walls, which was not easy considering the size of the piece. I was especially impressed when they, noticing our hardwood floors, asked for felt bottoms for the legs. They put on the felt so the floor would not be scratched.

After making the reservation it took a month to pick up our order. And now it has taken 6 weeks to deliver the package. Very frustrated.

I was very pleased with the care the movers took to remove the antique piano from the basement. It was a complicated move; the piano very heavy and the curve to the stairs small so it was an engineering feat to maneuver but the three men did it after several tries. They were beyond professional in their manner and in the care they took with the piano.

Very professional and efficient and much faster from Northern California to Arizona than I expected.

TSI did a great job picking up an Armoire in Kansas and bringing it to California.
I received excellent customer service from Carol, and had a very smooth delivery process.
