I was ripped of by a salon and posted a review on Truspilot. They immediatley asked for a proof of purchase with a lot of details that does not actually exists! I did provide a receipt of my purchased and they kept asking for an invoice, I explained to them that this company provide only receipts and sent it again. They insisted they were not valid for the review. I realised soon that they charge the companies to delete the bad reviews, of course you can not report the good ones (written by the same company). It is a fraud of a website, but everyone knows by know you just need to look all over the Internet, what Trustpilot reputation is like... Nobody would buy or pay for a service based on their fake paid reviews. Trustpilot is a big fraud

Not for me!
August 1, 2016

Wrote a few honest reviews on TrustPilot and found out they erased some them. I had a serious complain about a company but obviously that company is some kind of premium partner with TrustPilot.

I wrote a review about valuebasket.com, they are scaming people online. I commented and wrote a review about this site and tried to warn people about them. This site valuebasket reported my review and Trustpilot blocked it... even when I contacted trustpilot explaining that everything was in line with their polocies and edited my comment they never put it online ever again.

I wrote a review about trustpilot (to see what happens) and they also erased and blocked my comment!

Not professional, unfair, bias DO NOT BELEIVE ANYTHING THAT SITE REVIEWS and most importantly do not buy anything in valuebasket.com

Fixed site
June 24, 2016

I went to use this site to leave a matching negative review of playandwin.co.uk and after hearing how trust pilot offer removal of negative reviews for money and permanently suspend or archive users negative reports( clear indicative of a fix) and I decided to see what would happen.
They are also affiliated with playandwin so I knew the predictable outcome.
My review was published last night and playandwin reported it and have had it suspended by citing I'm a troll (classic escape excuse). False review site, biased, avoid.
To add that trustpilot allowed playandwin without censoring to slander and cite that i am a troll and had been a problem to the site and their staff with innapropriate behaviour?!,
I know its not true but am gobsmacked that it is allowed yet they withold my review but not playandwins comment,
I know playandwin cannot and will not support evidence that doesnt exist and I was only on the site one day when i was at my inlaws and caused no problems for anyone., sian...

I want to review TRUSTPILOT site and one of its staff member's - Massimo work. I placed a review of doyuospain.com company, they posted it but then told me they can't find my information in doyouspain.com data base and asked me for order confirmation and invoice. I have sent them 3 letters in a row with relevant documents attached, but Massimo kept on answering " you need to send evidence" without answering what was wrong with my piece of evidence - order confirmation and proof of car's collection. At the end, they refused to post my review. I see that "one hand washes the other" shame on you!

Refused a review
April 14, 2016

Reviewed a company call Halfords Autocentre after we had our car serviced there, wrote a 5 star review as had a great experience only for Trustpilot to email me to say they had deleted my review as their computer didn't believe I had been to Halfords. Ridiculous being called a liar by a computer! "the computer says NO" is obviously alive and kicking at UNtrustpilot. I won't bother writing a review with them again as my imput is obviously not wanted!

They support criminals on the web. They refuse to remove scam sites from their website. Tons of evidence was sent to trustpilot regarding one company, which posts fake reviews for themsels...
Still no action was taken against.
Very bad experience with trustpilot. Stay away from them

I prefer SiteJabber.com
February 3, 2016

I personally prefer SiteJabber.com because many websites I would like to review or read interesting new reviews are not even listed on TrustPIlot.com. And surpsiningly most review pages don't even have a screenshot of the webiste? Why? I prefer SiteJabber.com and I know why.

Security Breach
December 21, 2015

As I wrote directly to trustpilot.com:

"I am pissed because after another site (redacted. Com) sent me here to review them, YOU signed me up for an account without my permission. That would be fine except I have a business relationship with [redacted] and use my real email address with them. YOU not only used that real address but FAILED TO LET ME CHANGE IT to a secondary address!

"Thus is completely unacceptable. My account is cancelled and I hope never to come across this devious and deceptive site again."

Totally NOT a trusted pilot.

Don't trust the site
November 10, 2015

Trustpilot is plagued with false reviews. After showing adequate evidence of having attempted to make a purchase with a business that was way under-par, they hid the review. Simply put, Trustpilot and trust don't belong together. If they make it so easy for bad reviews to be taken down, then all reviews should follow the same process especially since someone can buy reviews from sites like Fiverr.

There's nothing to trust about this site. Their base program is to sell a buyer reviews from the buyer's "customers". You can get 300 reviews in just one day! I suspect but have not verified that they probably do this by email. So if you have 15 gmail addresses and 20 yahoo addresses and 10 accounts on AOL, there's 45 positive reviews right there.

Go to the homepage and click on the "Get Started" link. See the pitch. They have 8-9+ out of 10 reviews for some of the worst sites on the web such as Outsource and UpWork.

Misleading Reviews
October 11, 2015

Their reviews of 1StopBedrooms were extremely misleading. They seemed to be flawless. Now I know why. I was unable to submit a review of 1StopBedrooms after my purchase [when nearly everything arrived destroyed] because of the unprofessional behavior of 1StopBedrooms customer service. They threatened to take back all of the furniture and only grant a 40% refund if I didn't take the review down. When I finally received the last of the furniture replacements 13 months later, I submitted my long overdue review. It was no longer able to be posted because the purchase was made over 12 months ago. I explained the situation and have plenty of emails to support my claims, but they would not post my review.

Rapid response
July 16, 2015

I had trouble dealing with Viagogo.com, which is the worst and rude experience I am going through now as I have paid a huge amount for the tickets which they don't seem to have at all. In spite of raising query to their "reply within 48 hours customer support" many times, there was no response, and they have been shameless about their evasive automated answers.

As soon as I wrote a review for this company on Trustpilot, and Viagogo responded with in a day. Though the issue is not resolved in any way, at least it's good to know a site like Trustpilot can help you communicate in sensible way with this disgraceful, rude business companies.

I have been trying to post reviews on Trustpilot for years about bad companies. I thought that a review site was exactly for that... reviewing sites or companies but it's not the way it works with Trustpilot. They charge companies a fair amount of money to keep bad reviews out. Over the years, they have changed the rules to fit their protection racket hence removing your posts based on whatever ridiculous excuse they can find. Even when you bring up proof supporting your review, they will have it "temporarily moved offline" until you make changes. Once you made those changes, they will come up with more excuses to give plenty of time for fake posters to bury yours in the back of the list.

If you think your bad review will remain on site... think again! Trustpilot unethical business practices, is anything but a review site. It's a crooked company allowing only good reviews to go through to protect their paying customers.

Never trustpilot!

After sending proof that the company Flower Delivery Express had rip me off. This "consumer review site" kept insisting that my review wasn't based on facts and was just looking for a positive report about the company. If you look this company in other sites, it's full of scam reports like mine, but Trustpilot only has POSITIVE reviews about Flower Delivery Express. DO NO TRUST THEM! Obviously they are working in favor of companies and not the customers. I can only wonder if Trustpilot receives monetary gain from the companies they are "reviewing".
