People basically use this platform to leave negative feedback to their competition. The company does not show adequate concern for their customers and passes you around from rep to rep without telling you.
They are paid by companies. I wrote the complete and honest review of airportvanrental.com and it was removed!
I want put zero to this "review" source, because without paying them - any of reviews will not become "not fake". That's very unpleasant and not trustworthy. Not recommend these scammers to anyone.
Trust pilot is a scam, they force you to be listed, they remove legitimate reviews and keep fake reviews, trying to force you to buy their services.
This is really quite concerning when people are trying to provide a review be it good or bad for an organisation. I want to warn people about Help Enterprises they are of zero help as a recruitment agency and people need to be advised. A Mr Greg Luck making false and conflict of interests reviews on all of their websites as he is the current CEO. Low act to boost the poor agency services it provides.
Easily manipulated, untrustworthy and totally misleading. A public disservice. Trustpilot should be immediately investigated by the appropriate authorities.
Trustpilot are committed to collecting funds over real reviews. They encourage negative reviews to get companies to pay for their positive review process.
It's an industry that is very manipulated and needs to be regulated.
Trustpilot doesn't have their stuff in place.
I have been contacted twice by Trustpilot and by the same person for the same reason. Trustpilot wanted me to prove that my experience with a company is genuine. Twice within a 3-month period.
The reason is the online shop requested once more prove that I am a genuine customer. It seems the shop is trying to do everything to block my negative review getting out and is continually reporting my review to Trustpilot. And trust pilot being a profit center are trying to do everything in their power to keep profiting from paying companies like that.
Trustpilot should have facts in place and not let companies block review twice for the same reason at any time.
This makes Trustpilot a questionable place to trust if money is involved. As they will protect there paying customer at every cost.
Normally the spectrum of stars given should spread from 1 to 5 stars.
If a company has mostly 5-star reviews and very few or no 1, 2, 3 or 4-star reviews, please careful. This may indicate something is wrong somehow and this comes from my recent experience with Trustpilot and shops.
Please read also the one stars review to get a full scope of the truth as the one stars review may the once that tell the full truth.
Trustpilot should rethink their game as this should be a place to trust not to doubt.
Step1: Good sales person consistently calls you about their offer
Step2: Sales person gives you a really good deal to get you on board
Step3: Their customer service staff consistently call you and email suggesting ways to include trustpilot widgets on your site
Step4: You take their good advice and get your developers to optimize your site design to integrate their widgets all over
Step5: Some time passes...
Step6: They totally cancel your access to their widgets and your sites look horrible without them since they were redesigned to include them. There is no warning. You wake up, and all your stuff looks messed up!
Step7: You call customer service to complain. They tell you that the good deal you were given is not available, and it will cost you 250% more than what you're currently paying to have the same access. But, hey, that's after the generous discount they've offered. There's some babble that they "understand how you feel"... but the rules are the rules. It doesn't matter that you had all your sites optimized around their widgets at their own beckoning, or that it cost you time and money to do so. They offer has changed - by 250%.
My account manager actually had the audacity to tell me that paying 250% more would be cheaper than having my devs change all the code and designs to remove their widgets... wish i recorded that!
My 2 cents of advice... accept no deals with these people.
I don't trust the "trustpilot". They allow only bad reviews about anything. And good reviews are "not real".
It's very disappointing policy.
Having had several false reviews left for our web site on triustpilot web site by the same reviewer.
The reviewer was requested to provide proof that he was a genuine customer but he was unable to do this so myself and trustpilot are both not able to confirm the reviewer as a customer.
Both reviews apparently relate to the same thing so you can already see how flawed the trustpilot web site is when you're allowed to leave multiple reviews for the same thing.
The customer support is a joke and they are not interested in removing fake reviews for anyone that does not PAY for their service.
I have just opened the business and wanted make a page on trustpilot for checking impressions about my stuff.
After it was created - page was filled by reviews made by bots with low ratings. I even didn't have so much customers. And their "manager" made an offer to "handle" bad reviews.
What a scam
It is a garbage made for fake reviews and making money on blackmail. Pay money for having good reviews and removing bad - typical scam business.
I had a very bad experience with lovehoney.com, I wrote to them to complain, but I also wanted to warn other's, they had a link in their e-mail for Tustpilot, well I tried & tried again to sign up with them using all known contact possibilities to no avail.
Finally after signing up as a new member on Trustpilot.com I should have gotten a confirmation email from them to activate my new account,... Never got it, have checked spam folder too.
Nothing, Nada,... fake website as best I can tell.
The queer thing that got my attention was the website I was trying to review (lovehoney.com) was directing me to trustpilot.com for making a review, but I could not do it.
I think both companies are very suspect. I have written to lovehoney.com to let them know I will never do business with them again, and now that I can see trustpilot.com is corrupt, I will stay away from any website that uses trustpilot.com
I posted two negative reviews about two companies in which I was treated unfairly. Trustpilot then removed my review because they flagged it inappropriate? Just by reading the reviews on this website, it's very clear that trustpilot accepts bribes from companies to wipe out the negative reviews and keep the positive reviews. I don't trust trustpilot.com. And I will warn others.
This company purports to be independent but if you publish an objective view of your experience with a company, they will publish it and then remove it at the request of the company. The company concerned will do their utmost to fix things so that only positive reviews are published and this platform colludes with the process. It seems if the company puts pressure on them and they give in. I dont think many people are aware that this independence is an illusion so if a company is honest enough to respect buyers/customers right to write about their experience the review stays on. If it isnt and it asks trusted pilot to remove it. They will. All in all, you have to be careful. This is not as objective as it would appear. When I contacted them to explain my experience was genuine and sent them proof, they still found a way to stop my review being published.
I posted a negative review of myperfectresume.com after being taken advantage of and lied to by this business. My review stayed on Trustpilot for three weeks while the business tried to sweet talk me into changing my opinion, and when they failed, the review was quickly taken down. The reason was that it contained the words "sleazy" and "scam", which according to Trustpilot may cause offense or otherwise break the laws. Judge for yourself if their statement may be true.
The other point they mentioned as a reason for removing my review was that I didn't provide my information to verify it. This is simply untrue, because in the previous email I received from Trustpilot for the same reason, I have given them the account number and order number. The fact that my information was simply forgotten or misteriously discarded as fake really suggests Trustpilot is engaging in some kind of shady review control in favor of this business, which may explain the staggering number of generic one liner positive reviews it has, from accounts that have posted only one review (bot accounts).
Negative honest review of OakFurniture land was removed. They said it was fake. You can see negative reviews on Site jabber instead of the fake positives on Trust Pilot

I tried to get a phone line suspend but they told me as of April 2018 they would know longer suspend a phone line for you. I told them that since I pay my bill I should be able to do what I want with my line. They said that from now own the only way they will do that is if your phone has been lost or stolen! This is a mess. I did not sign a agreement for that# Not Happy
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
