STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM FOR REVIEWS, THEY WILL MILK YOU AND KEEP YOU ON CONTRACT LIKE A SLAVE WITH NO WAY OUT EVEN AFTER COVID FOR TECH THAT IS VERY PLAIN.
We have a leaking washer. It has taken over 5 weeks with no resolution. The tech as well as Choice give me different answers and promises each time I call. They do not return calls. The just called me and I started to explain what has been going on and she hung up on me. I think they are a scam I will notify the State as well as BBB and let me know how awful the company is. They collect their money up front but you never get things fixed.
Trustpilot is where scammers go to get fake credibility. If they point you to Trustpilot as proof of their cred, they're a scam.
I seriously can't believe a company like this is allowed to exist. I can't even believe someone gets paid to spent weeks coming up with excuses to block legitimate reviews, it's kinda pathetic. Why do they even exist then? What are they just money laundering?
Like others wrote here, anybody can create profile of your company and you are connected to Trustpilot, that is really unbelievable. Of course, you can report review and then... you need to get free profile - report - use your time to have fun with many questions and rewiev will stay anyway. How is it possible, that they can use any company name on trustpilot without asking owner of this company it is a big question. Iam sure that is not legal and if I could have more time and money - I would go to lawyer. We will inform our customer that trustpilot is a simply clever business - for trustpilot,
Have had a series of reviews removed for 'fake transaction' even as the business representative confirmed on Trustpilot the transaction is legitimate by the order #. Appeals to the review removal dept are ignored.
It's pretty obvious the site is allowing businesses to remove negative reviews by paying.
It also provides fake positive reviews... for a fee. Note all the short one liner single reviewers with generic praises.
Tells you everything you need to know.
It allows people to give negative reviews about my site without verifying they're talking about the correct site. 1/2, the reviews are talking about other websites in our industry... Total Scam as they want my company to pay them to take them down.
I recently wrote a review using my 1st Amendment right to free speech about a complaint with a survey company called Crowdtap. Well I received an email claiming that my complaint isn't legitimate and real enough according to the business Crowdtap and they're requesting proof of missing points for reinstatement which I don't have because how am I supposed to have any proof while it happened during when I was taking and answering questions? I literally saw those points go poof and just got lowered. So my complaint gets flagged and put on a temporary removal. I didn't violate anything and Trustpilot is a joke! I told them instead of flagging me why don't they just go take a look at all of the complaints against them!
They deleted both my negative comments about bad e-shopy. They wrote that if you Don't agree, you can contact them.
But there is no chance to revolver your comment. They don't write why they deleted it. Only that their software think your comment Is not ok.
Scam site.
I love trustpilot, it's got an nice design and is very pleasant and quick in experience for a new user. I use it quite oftenly for reviewing some of my purchases or brands I know.
If you have negative reviews, trustpilot takes it off from their website. Total crap website and I believe they take credit from scam websites so to promote scammers.
I wrote a review on there for a company and it got removed after the company reported it. I sent TrustPilot allll the proof I had of what happened as I mentioned in the review and they replied back saying the proof is acceptable and I'm in the clear. I then replied mentioning that I still don't see my review put back up. 3 days later TrustPilot sends another email saying that my review has been permanently removed because of "containing personal information". Funny how that was not a problem in the beginning because no personal information was included in my review to begin with. TrustPilot will always side with the company since they get paid to. Plus they also get paid to accept fake reviews of the company that are so obviously emphasized and created with fake accounts. Stay away from them.
They let tons and tons of fake bad reviews come in just so they can sell their solutions to the businesses. Worse yet, their solutions are garbage. Just pay them to help you get more good reviews. They do nothing about bad reviews even if they're fake. Just absolute scam. Their motto should be "better pay up, before something bad happens."
I have witness many negative reviews being removed soon after being published, including my own, after the scammer in this case 500investments complains about them.
Trustpilot have not answered any emails when asked why they will not publish the negative reviews and as a consequence they are not to be trusted.
Trustpilot hosts fake reviews in order to rope companies in to paying them to "clear up their reputation." Don't be fooled by all of their so-called self-inflated ratings.
Complete Hypocrites. If company don't like your review, they can ask Trustpilot to remove it, doesn't matter if your are right or not. You can read my review below and decide if break Trustpilots "guidelines".
I love reading the comments on their websites. I was able to express my concerns about various other companies.
Wrote an honest review about my experience with company travelup. Guess what they removed it. It was a honest account detailing my experience and advice it others. I've heard they get paid by companies to pull down bad reviews. Me thinks it's true. I reposted on sitejabber and review is still up. Well done sitejabber
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
