I went through the rigamarole of setting up an account with my email address so I could write a review. When I click on the "write a review" link, I repeatedly get a 504 error. Repeatedly. I think TrustPilot is useless.
My rating for Trustpilot? ZERO STARS. Why bother asking for reviews when they are constantly cancelled. I have left numerous reviews of deliveries recently, at their invitation and as my experiences were positive I thought it only fair that the companies involves should know that their staff were doing an excellent job, were they not I would contact the company directly as a poor experience does not need to be published for all and sundry to read. So it appears positive reviews are not valued and in future I will not be wasting my time with them!
In relation to this sites requirements, just how exactly do you get a photograph of a delivery or verified purchase without giving personal details?
Wrote a review and had it verified after emails from trust pilot. The review was not a good review but was completely honest and backed up by emails between myself and the company. Trustpilot emailed me to say they had informed the company that it was verified. A week later it was gone. Asked why, no answer.
They keep removing my negative reviews for no reason! Wonder how many times they do this? Alot I guess. Deffinaly do not trust trustpilot, any business that gives them money they will protect with fake reviews and remove any negative reviews without reason!
First they removed a critical review of IG that included IG's response. I sent them further proof I had an account with IG. Then when I reviewed trustpilot saying what had happened they removed that review also without bothering to tell me. It's not a real customer review site
Sadly useless now. Flag every review with one star. Asked them why So far no reply. Will probably not get one. Will edit review if I do
Having had some dealings with this Danish 'review' company I find it hard to believe that anyone gives it any credence these days. It allows staggering numbers of fake positive reviews to stand-usually praising an obviously crap company to the stars.
It offers 'additional' services to these companies for additional payments. And advertises the fact. This, of course, immediately causes a major conflict of interest, which no reasonable person can deny.
It boasts about it's ever-so-clever fraud detection AI system which is clearly no more than window-dressing and certainly don't prevent more than a tiny fraction of fake reviews. With some companies it evidently prevents none!
It remains a law unto itself and remains virtually uncontactable.
It talks about it's 'flagging' system to allow the reporting of fake reviews, then deliberately blocks you from reporting more than one event with each company. It tells you their "integrity team" is 'looking into' it- but this is a permanent situation, and it does nothing to address your complaint.
It masquerades as a reliable platform to allow would-be purchasers an opportunity to assess a company's performance, but the result of it's twisted efforts is that it actually makes itself complicit in allowing fraudulent behaviour to flourish. When a company's performance looks too good to be true, then yes it probably is, and by deliberate design rather than accident.
Trustpilot seems to have signed a pact with the devil and it's morals are on sale to anyone who wants them. Some dishonest companies rely 100% on Trustpilot's score system to prey on new victims. By the time the public wake up to what these companies are doing, they have amassed a fortune and either quietly disappear or resurrect themselves (with consummate ease) as a phoenix company, blemish-free with just a slight tweak to their registered name. The UK Trading Standards office is utterly toothless and does nothing.
I could go on but common decency prevents me.
Trustpilot-complete rubbish. It needs banning-certainly from the UK where for some reason the public are too trusting to spot a con.
Use your own common sense when evaluating a company and don't rely on these ridiculous star-ratings which are so very easily manipulated and completely without shame.
I hope Sitejabber is better, but I won't hold my breath!
I use them many times to check on honest independent reviews from other sites.
Often times they work well for me
No complaints
I recently used trustpilot to write a review of an online donations company. They requested proof of direct contact between myself and the donations company. There is no good reason for them to do this, since my word is sufficient, and my data is not theirs to record.
I am a trusted certified Trusypilot reviewer.
I have posted a number of reviews on the site.
Lately, I have had a bad experience with Myhermes courier and so I posted that experience on Trystpilot. They removed it under the guise of integrity! I appealed and sent them all the evidence. I've heard nothing back.
I posted my hermes review again using a second login for Trustpilot. Exactly the same thing happened.
I've never had a review removed before so why is Hermes apparently protected?
I smell a rat. I no longer believe Trustpilot are impartial out independent.
I will not use them again.
People go on trustpilot only to complain. Even high quality brands such as Rolex have 3 stars lol Good brands have awful ratings just because of a bad customer service experience or whatever. It has nothing to do with the quality of the products your buying most of the time.
I get scammed by eucryptobank for about $27,000. I wrote a bad review to post on trustpilot.com and they wouldn't print it because they said people loose money trading all the time. I wasn't complaining only about loosing the money but how their reps kept hounding me for money so that they could send me my money back. Like really. Quite the scam. Eucryptobank.io and trustpilot.com should both be shut down. You will never get your money back from eucryptobank.io. My advice is if you are going to trade, research only reputable licenced (not offshore) brokers from reputable sites like sitejabber and forexarmy and only deal with brokers that have a good trust rating. Then if you loose your money at least you weren't scammed by your broker.
Censoring genuine reviews and opinions to suit government adjenda. Everything woke turns to sh1t. Go woke go broke.
I recently started a weight management programme - Second Nature - because of the good reviews I read.
There were five star reviews all down the page. Second Nature, in it's advertising had prominently mentions these reviews. It had also persistently slated Weight Watchers, which I should have taken as a warning, but I decided to go ahead anyway. I didn't like Second Nature because of their patronising attitude, so I quickly cancelled. Since reading other peoples' experience of the programme elsewhere, I see that some other people agree with me. Since then Iv'e looked at Weight Watchers reviews on Trust Pilot and all the prominent one's are bad, which has not generally been the case on other review sites. I think that Trust Pilot may be being paid by Second Nature to put any negative reviews first in this case, as it may be being paid more for placing good reviews prominently. Either the reviews are prominently placed or fake.
Removes reviews for gofundme and blocks users from leaving further reviews, following a decision by gofundme to steal 9million dollars donated to the freedom convoy.
Typical liberal website. Won't let people comment on the dishonest GoFundMe extortion. Let people be heard.
You go on this site to leave an honest review of another business or website and when they don't like what your saying about that business ir website... they suspend anyone else from placing their review. CENSORSHIP AT ITS FINEST!
Not so much trusting trust pilot as they paused my comments about fraud go fund me freezing truckers funds Canada. Poor job!
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
