They removed my review, of one of their paying companies. I told them how to see the proof of a company being a scam. After a bunch of double talk, they thanked me and removed my 1 star review. Read the five star reviews. They sound like somebody holding a dictionary while writing.
They remove all my negative reviews so this proves their whole rating system is fake! You can't go by a Trustpilot review when deciding if a business is ok to use. It's so so wrong. It makes a misery of the whole website. Why is it allowed to do this?
Every single time I leave an honest review, it gets flagged. I literally put in all the facts, edit the post, then it seems to be fine and then today, BAM! I get an email from them, my account and all my reviews have been removed and I'm banned! Lol They say my reviews were marked as spam. What a joke! Certainly won't be bothering with them anymore and I'd suggest not to bother either.
I have been a member of Trustpilot for years, and submitted 100s of reviews over that time, both good and bad. All my reviews have always been factual, and based on my own experience.
Now today, months since my last review, I get a message from TP to say that their new software has flagged one or more of my reviews as 'spam', and thus, my account has been suspended and all my reviews removed. Trust pilot have obviously now joined the ranks of the Thought Police, where 'wrong' opinions get squashed and hidden, and people are only able to read the 'right' opinions. Well, good luck to them. I used to trust TP, but it seems they've gone the way of other review sites, where only fluffy, glitter-dusted reviews count, not truthful and factual opinions across the spectrum.
At first I was afraid of them but in the end they were excellent people to deal with and can be trusted Thanks debt less
I got blocked after posting 2 negative reviews in a row supposedly due to spam. Followed the process they laid out to resolve this and they simply didn't respond to emails.
If they are going to block negative reviewers in this way they themselves should be considered non-independent and hence the reviews they do have as unbalanceds
They remove reviews regularly. It's hard to flag reviews that are obviously fake and come from the company itself. It's a waste of time.
I sent back a phone within the seven day return policy, and never got my refund. It's been a month. I have contacted Cricket numerous times, and get the same run around. I even have a case number, tracking number to prove my return. They ripped me off for $500.00. I have been a customer for several years. I have chat messages saved, with a rest assured you'll get your refund. WELL? Where's my refund?
I brought a BMW from Thames Valley Motors in High Wycombe and have nothing but problems and faults with this car. It is a non runner and am taking this unprofessional, dodgy garage to court to claim my money back. This is a genuine and honest review and I would NOT recommend them at all. I have been left with no car for weeks and this garage do not answer their telephone. I have sent them many emails and they only reacted when I threatened them with court action offering only to pay half the repairs and wanted me to take the car to them. Car is not working and the garage is 90 miles away! I have reported them to trading standards. And now await a court date and see what the Judge says.
Have just recieved a email from Trustpilot saying they've suspended/blocked my account for no reason and removed over 70 reviews ive done over the years. They tried saying something about spam which I've never done. Shocking. Looking like trustpilot my have investments with companies if this has happened
An online retailer totally scammed me, sent me fake gemstones. When I looked at Trustpilot, this place had almost a perfect 5 star average with hundreds of reviews. However, when I started reading the reviews, they were all in the same broken English, used the same exact terminology, obviously fake profile pics for the reviewers, literally 100s of the exact same fake review. It is just monumentally ironic that the word "trust" is in their name. I notified them of the fake reviews. They literally did nothing. Basically the purpose of Trustpilot is to make money from businesses (or scammers) who pay them to make them look good, artificially. They really should be rebranded as a PR agency. It tells you something when almost every single business with a high Trustpilot rating has 1-star averages everywhere else.
It was so good never had something so good, I recommend pilot! Thanks to PrizePicks, i love it thanks
Trustpilot reviews are fake, the business couldn't control their page, Trustpilot customer service so bad, they don't reply any email, they don't care flagging, I would push Trustpilot to remove business unwanted pages, please sign bellow petition:

Avoid trustpilot, they don't remove your spam and fake reviews from 1 star, I got many spam reviews they never removed them, I flagged not a real review, they didn't care
They just remove 5 stars very fast
I wanted to write a glowing review for a music promo company but as soon as I pressed on 'submit', Testpilot wanted access to my FULL FACEBOOK FRIENDS LIST or, if I tried to submit via Google, they wanted my email detail. Sadly, the promo music company never got my genuine rave review. Why couldn't Testpilot just accept my review without wanting all my details... dodgy?!
I had a serious issue with online casino so i wrote a review and submitted my id to trustpilot to verify me and 2 days after review posted I recieved email saying they removed my review. What I wrote is the online casino tried to bribe me with free casino credits in exchange for a good review on trustpilot which they did, the funny thing is I admitted to accepted the bribe but the casino trustdice didn't give me the credits so I put them on blast
I will no longer deal with any companies that use this horrendous service. I am tired of getting constant annoying messages asking for reviews. Once I buy an item, I don't want to hear from that company again unless I buy another. Just learned it is trustpilot doing it, not the actual company. Someone please get this site off the web and let people alone
Every year Trustpilot gets worse and worse, first they started with review verification and automatic review deletion, now a business can just remove and delete your reviews about them, at any time, for any reason. So your negative review about that business which defrauded you? Yeah, its gone. Big Business wins, you lose.
Trustpilot sells its review services and therefore picks and chooses which to keep. Even when they are informed they are wrong and are sent proof, they STILL choose to not do the right thing.
Avoid this review platform at all cost. Overpriced and unreliable. They allow false customer reviews to be posted without taking any action or providing any evidence that the customer placed an order from your business.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
