I had a trustpilot account for a while made some reviews then one day I got a e-mail to tell me that my comments have been withdrawn and my account has been deleted trustpilot you call yourself my a##

Trustpilot is not a legitimate review site. They work solely on behalf of the businesses and not the consumer. Trustpilot only goes back 12 months. How can 12 months of history on a business truly reflect anything? It can't.

Trustpilot was created to make scammers look good. Was used by a scam company to attempt to fool an elderly couple we know. The couple called us to research Carshield and after we told them Carshield was a scam, Carshield told them to go look at Trustpilot. We researched Trustpilot to find they are a scam also. The elderly couple had already paid Carshield but was told they had 30 days in which they called us. After explaining all of this to them and mainly Carshield was not a BBB member, they called to cancel. They were told they couldn't until tomorrow. The person on the phone apparently had an accent from India. Why couldn't the rep on the phone do it today? SCAM. So now I am hoping our elderly retired military, disabled friends don't get their account emptied. They saw the ad on TV. I am ready to fight their credit union on their behalf if need be just as they served me fighting wars becoming disabled! Trustpilot is FAKE.

Think other reviewers spot on, time people stopped using them, e bay is a far better site for getting information on companies, and more honest than the people at scampilot.

Even though Evri formally (Hermes) have a horrendous track record as a courier yet still Tustpilot are chock full of fake positve reviews for this company. They allow fake paid reviews but claim they don't. They should be shutdown along with Evri.

Posted a review for Trinty claims who deal with claims for Policy Expert. Review was posted. However the reply from Trinity Claims saying that the building in question did not meet building regulations which I then left a reply to was removed along with Trinity Claims response, this I would not have known if it was not for the fact I went to leave another reveiw for a different company, and can only assume this was due to me pointing out what the building regulations were as my husband is a builder so the building in question did meet regulations. This would have shown anyone looking at the reviews for Trinty Claims that this company needed to be avoided, don't take home insurance out with Policy Expert as this is what you get if you make a claim as well as left with the cost of repairs. Trinty Claims also had another review page on Trustpilot which they had not claimed FULL of bad reviews so in order to get round this they altered the name on a new review page which Trustpilot allowed them to do. Would not trust Trustpilot as they are not for the consumer, would not trust ANY good reviews left on this site. They are for the company's who pay them.

If I could zero star this company I would they are useless. I have written many reviews on trustpilot over the years. My experiences matter and this is why i take the time to write. The problem with trustpilot is that is flags any comment with it flagging software if it does not like a comment you have written about a company.

So all of a sudden your efforts to show your experience is removed because it does not fit into there guidelines! Further more once you have one review flagged you get a whole host of emails sent to you flagging all your previous reviews saying they have all been removed because we cannot verify your identity. Its a complete joke. In the mean time it's protecting the company's who should be shown up for there terrible behaviour. It defeats the purpose of reviewing if you cannot be truthful about your experience. Big Brother automated software not for me.

I deleted my account and told them to leave me alone. Nightmare.

They removed my very honest review of Parcel2Go! No reason given either, not really sure what the point is in running a review site if you don't allow honest reviews, maybe they get kickbacks from certain companies? Just an assumption based on my experience with them, certainly won't be bothering with them again which is a shame as I've always trusted their reviews in the past

Good example DPD, now have 2 accounts. Old account and new trust piolet account. Old account 1-2 stars reviews then suddenly they start to pay monthly membership then amazing after a few months the new account is rated excellent.
Just look at all couriers, all of them using TP are rated excellent when they pay membership, any courier that does not pay is rated terrible. Basically now as a business you are paying for reviews, just wrong

I used to believe in trust pilot until, I gave a review on MGI trading who scam me of $5000 and did a review on them in trust pilot with evidences of my pending withdrawal and after two days it was flagged by the very Trustpilot I thought that had intergrity,
I now know there are no truth and no intergrity in them,
Below are the evidences and yet they refused to publish them to save others. So I conclude scammers paid them to have positive reviews

Trust PILOT endorses a CRIMINAL organization called 'TOTAL ADD BLOCKER' It should be called TOTAL SITE BLOCKER! I an a disabled veteran who depends upon reliable communication the VA hospital and doctors etc. MY LIFE depends upon this communication. I got mixed up with these TOTAL AD BLOCKER frauds and now I cannot get rid of them. They constantly BLOCK MY EMAIL PAGE WITH THEIR SPAM GARBAGE so that I cannot even read my emails. I sent the MANY MANY pleas to PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME - but no response. I noticed they were endorsed by TRUST PILOT- so I contacted them and informed them of Shabby corrupt tactics of the TOTAL ADD BLOCK company and how it endangered my very life as I depend on this communication which they PURPOSEFULLY block ing my communication - AND- KNOWING my serious condition. These "TRUST PILOT" thugs simply harassed me themselves. What kind of creatures would endorse scumbags who PURPOSELY make the life of an 84 year old vet -miserable.

This morons deleted from them site many fraud company with negative reviews about scam and fraud resselers without any method to again write true/
If you try again open theme and write the review you can only see this stupid message because ''trustpilot'' filtered deleted company by name and not allowed write to again/
If who think that ''trustpilot'' do it for good for people do be wrong/

And i think that now not any sence use the ''trustpilot'' for reviews because it stupid spending of time

They wouldn't publish my review of an Airbnb I stayed at in Denver (second time) saying it was too personal and didn't match their standards. They want to protect their user base and feel they are immune from allowing criticism (in my case and I imagine in others). The Airbnb reviewer of my stay was critical, lazy and didn't see what I had sent her that explained that I became violently ill while at the place. We did pay extra to Airbnb when asked and I was prepared to do that. Their self review of the place is a gross overstatement of their accommodations as well. It is listed as a lovely place but in reality is a spot in the basement of a house in a nice neighborhood. The owner of the home seems to be a good person but the woman who manages the place is BAD.

I did review a certain company. I wrote that it (the company) did not apply certain written promises. After a few days, TrustPilot remove my review, without notice, telling me that the review was not "real" and most probably sent via an automated boot service.
I did complain about the absurd and unjust decision, taken without contacting me. Only then TP asked me proof of purchase or contract. A week later my review was online again.
I sent a complaint email telling TP about their fraudulent behaviour. Do I have to think they get rewards from companies asking to remove some client's reviews? Hmm...

Pointless, untrustworthy and unreliable reviews. Impossible to leave a review about one's own experience unless it's favourable towards the company.

Every time when write a review via trustpilot it went wrong turns out trustpilot is also fake fuc... off.

I wrote some negative reviews regarding ING.es, Worten.es and Bikeinn. I suppose this didn´t pleased their "PAYING" clients, so I was asked to give proof that my reviews were based on real experiences.
For ING I made screenshot of the interchanged mails of the incident for the other both I provided proof of my orders.
Truspilot did not accept any of the crystal clear proofs and blocked my account deciding my reviews were marked as spam. Seens to be a joke.
No doubt about that they are moved by money making and don´t care using these criminal methods.
They are the absolute worst kind of people you can deal with.

Trustpoilot has fake reviews. The almost not accept your review. Maybe they get money from websites to remove reviews
