I am not a liar, yet Trustpilot UK is calling me one. Who the Hell do they think they are?! I received an email from the site telling me they removed a review on the grounds of 'authenticity' and 'integrity'. (It happened to be a 5-star review of the product, ZeroWater.) When I went to check, it turned out they had not only removed that one but about a dozen other reviews I have faithfully posted over several years! I have gone to great lengths to make sure other consumers are protected or encouraged by my experiences. This is appalling.

Bad website with fake reviews. Support does not respond for a long time or completely ignores. I do not recommend to anyone.

I went on holiday with tui last month advised by tui to check bags in the day before my flight, went to airport checked my bags in, at a cost of £30 to park. Went back next morning for my flight. Arrived at alicante but one of my case, s never arrived, spent 3 hours at airport reporting the lost case, missed hotel transfer, rep in resort told me that my luggage would be on the next flight and i would get it the next day, i got my case 6 days later the day before i came home, tui told me the would reimburse me for the clothes and everything i had to buy, they gave me £75 which i recieved 2 days after i got home, i went to the tui shop were i booked (southport) and spoke to the manager who told me he could only pay me £300 pounds compensation, i agreed with me that i would accept that and he told me he would send me an email confirming that. I recieved the email telling me that he would only give me £100 i went back to store and he said he didn, t say he agreed he said he could give me upto £300 but as i only had reciepts for £160 that he can only refund me £100. He misled me i rang up tui customer services and the lady told me that she could not help and that i had to make the complaint back to the store i booked with when i told her i am not happy going back to the store i was told that was my only option.so i went back to the store manager (chris) was off but i spoke to another member of staff and she agreed with me as she was in the store when the manager made that offer to me,. I put my complaint to her and requested that i expect to get compensation. I recieved an email 2 days later with no mention of compensation and £100 deposited in my bank account, the holiday we went on was to help us get over the death of our daughter but it turned out to be the worst holiday ever and that was all down to tui and the way we were treated. Tui customer care were very very unhelpfull,

I have written many reviews on Trustpilot over a number of years however they contacted me after I submitted a recent review telling me that their software had detected that my review was spam. What absolute nonsense! This review was a genuine account (like ALL my reviews) of my experience with a footwear company. They wanted me to send them documentation to verify my review. I almost felt I was having to beg them to put my review back online! I see that other people have had the same problem with Trustpilot. I told them I had no intention of doing this and that I would submit my reviews on other websites in future and asked them to delete my Trustpilot account. They replied telling me I could go on to my Trustpilot account and delete my details myself or I could contact them if I needed help with this. Well, it's a little difficult to log into my Trustpilot account in order to delete it when THEY have suspended my account. Idiots!

Trustpilot is full of fake reviews written by companies. If you write an honest review about a bad company such as booksrun.com (they always pay less for books than their quote, saying "conditions weren't met"), the company can flag the review and Trustpilot takes it down. Do NOT use Trustpilot for authentic information.

Having dealt with them for months, I am convinced employees are being paid off by corporations, such as eBay and certain hotel chains.

Oh the sweet irony. How criminal it is. Only scams like Kin insurance, seminar scams, fraudulent operations and like SPAM trust pilot daily by themselves in a one bedroom apartment, and then put the trust pilot logo (saying 1000 positive review on trust pilot), to then scam the public.

Trust pilot who care not about trust or about piloting, is using their platform to steer suckers into scams.
How evil they are

Tried to report/review gsrtpay.com with them as a scam, but despite my very detailed first hand experience of dealing with gsrtpay, Trustpilot would not publish my review. They kept emailing me back and forth asking for documents to support the scam. I dont get it. Seems they are either supporting scams or just not interested in negative reviews. Maybe Trustpilot is a scam too. Who knows.

These reviews are fake you can tell right away the positive reviews nearly make you sick there so fake almost make you laugh you can tell they have been put on there by people putting them on there to make a business look good. But is anything legit we buy into on the internet real scam sites fake reviews it's a dark place best to try and keep off the net if you can.

It has become apparent from my own research into the activities of TrustPilot, they they are not the independent organisation that people believe.
Removing authentic reviews of companies which don't conform to the Trustpilot agenda is totally against what Trustpilot are supposed to stand for. I will continue to write fair and reasoned reviews using other websites which do not stoop to deceive as Trustpilot do. Shame on them.

Tried to submit, using my Google account, goigle authentication is unavailable at the moment it says.
So tryed to login via my email address, it says whoops! What's that supposed to mean?
Last review put in of my bad experience with purevpn, trustpilot removed. As trust pilot messaged then too remove it. Don't trust this fake, con review site

This is a fraud site, not trust worthy at all... i shared a negative review about a seller but they did not publish it. So, when we got in touch with their cust service they said your review could not be authenticated... so ww provided all proofs like emails receipts etc but then they blocked us!... they were clearly paid by the seller and so did not publish our genuine review.

This evaluation site is not accurate. It is a deceptive site. I doubt the credibility of this site. It puts high ratings for companies that do not deserve those ratings. This site may be paid. The site deletes members' ratings even if the member's account is certified, so this site is not reliable for me and I advise to stay away from it

Trustpilot is run and influenced by companies such as nextdaydeals, which overcharge ordinary hard working people by hundreds of pounds just because they can take advantage of their situation.
If you write a truthful account of nextdaydeals, they will have their donkey ( trustpilot) to immediately take it down before the public can see the truth.
Trustpilot has a very poor and negative score amongst British people, so that's one good thing, and it's going to get worse.

Trustpilot still rate go365.io with three stars even though go365.io is gone with all the stolen funds.
Never ever trust Trustpilot them with their ratings.

Wrote an unfavourable review re a business that failed to meet delivery date. Review seems to have disappeared ( perhaps at request of business owne? R). I now find it impossible to access trustpilot... have I been barred and, if so, is that a good look for a review company?

Trust Pilot is nothing more that a information harvester--I placed my first review and it was removed the next day"suspicious" they say--than they requested I reply to the removal email for verification---which I did--then comes the 2nd email requesting I attach my purchase information for the company that I reviewed--for the privilege of leaving a valid review on their site-unprecedented in my experience---what utter ridiculous BS

Never to be trusted! Scammers! Work for Russia! Want money from Ukrainian companies not to remove positive reviews! If you don't pay, be sure only negative reviews will be on this scam website!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY It's unimaginable they are still in business. Stay away from Trust $#*!

This is the last straw with reviews for companies through your trustpilot site.

Everything that I write is true, but if your software is picking up stuff well that is for me no more reviews for companies written through TP.

Pity you have screwed up with stupid software I suggest that you look at your software and update it.
