They delete all the real reviews and allow companies to post their own fake reviews. I do not trust them at all

For months, the integrity team pressured me in editing my review of jumpto1, claiming that I needed to provide them evidence of my review. I provided them the evidence multiple times, and they decided to take my ad down because they claimed it still was not good enough for them. Basically they wanted to censor the truth. No integrity in this team.

My review of Montel.nl was deleted without any argument... when I discovered this I did make a new review. Now. They asked me to provide them with info. So, I did (a lot of info including invoice and proof of payment)...
And because the 'new' review was older than 1 year they deleted the 'new' review also...
For sure they did this because Montel (selling coaches, chairs, tables etc.) wasn't happy with my review..

I wrote a review for fest flags. Every word of it was true, but because fest flags complained at their low rating, Trust Pilot pulled my review. Then we went through weeks of correspondence and in the end, Trust Pilot will not allow an honest review. That is why reviews of businesses that promote their Trust Pilot status cannot be relied upon at all. In my opinion, Trust Pilot is nothing more than a cover for sorry assed businesses.

I wrote a negative review about an internet company, it's was visible when I was logged in but when I used a private window, it didn't show my review. Later, the internet company flagged it down because the company reported my review so they can take it down. This kind of behavior immediately voids the purpose of writing reviews if only positive reviews are allowed.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Trustpilot allow fake reviews and they remove honest reviews from me. They also locked my first account so the truth does not get known but too late for that as the entire world in this galaxy is fully aware of the incompetent $#*!ed imbeciles like trustpilot who are nothing but irrelevant jealous hypocrites. Have you no shame?

They use fake names and hide. Do not trust trustpilot or do not use them. They are disgusting liars."

They allowed us to publish a review about our experience with a company whom we spent 18K + with. They are called
Air2Heat LTD in Oswestry - Air Source Heating the system installed works periodically and they refuse to com back. Trust Pilot has allowed us to keep the review online, even though Air2Heat has flagged it 6 times. In doing this it gives other customers the choice to choose who they spend their monies with.

I wrote a legitimate review about my purchase with TEMU! Trustpilot insists on documentation Very bad business, I have shown some documentation to you here for proof, I have written many reviews and have never been asked to share documentation although I did share with Sitejabber.

Trustpilot removed me from their platform for a bad review posted against Watchmax. Did not request documentation or verification just cancelled ALL of my reviews!

Sent them ALL the info - email chain - texts ETC for a fraudulent company called Fareshope - DONT USE THEM EVER! They took down my review because Fareshope cried to them. They claimed I had no proof - I sent them ALL THE PROOF- above and beyond. My guess - Fareshope paid them to take it down. DON'T TRUST "TRUST PILOT" their name is joke. Unfortunately if you use them - jokes on you!

Have only ever done one negative review on Trustpilot but that was deleted even though I provided evidence of my account number and dealings with the company I was reviewing.

I wrote a honest review of a company, I did not even put 1 star but 2 also highlighting some good things. Then Trustpilot after first ap[proving it took it down for it being 'flagged', then an 'integrity' master comes a long being allmighty, not answering as to why the flag. When you ask again no answer comes.

I was doing the right thing,putting my time and energy in bettering this world. Do we users get paid for doing all of this FOR them as supreme testers? No they are getting paid by the bad companies to pay off bad reviews. Trustpilot is rotten to the core. I see hundreds of the so called feedback on the site absolutely bogus but the one that is genuine they remove while it is of high quality, much better than most on there.

I created a Trustpilot to leave a review for Air-Up, a company that sells water bottles. It was a positive review and I included my order number (as instructed) to prove that as a reviewer, I had indeed made a genuine purchase. Less than 24 hours later my review was removed & my account banned, citing their software detected unusual activity & flagged my review as spam. Had one single human being checked to verify, they would have clearly saw the software was wrong.
The email said I could reply back if I feel like there's been a mistake, to which I did multiple times and never received any response.

TLDR: TrustPilot suspends accounts for no good reason & fail to respond to email despite encouraging you to email them if there's a problem. Also upon reading other reviews it would seem I'm not the only one having issues with them.

I find sites with great reviews and then below horrible reviews that do not add to the average. Instead there are automatic reviews of the same site within minutes to an hour pumping the average artificially!

I had my genuine reviews edited and or removed from TrustPilot 3 times and in addition they will propagate fraudulent sites with multiple Good ratings that appear to be spurious only to enhance the scams and illegal activities that these sites are involved in (usually money and solicitation related). Please do not use TrustPilot, and please expose them on every occasion.

TRUSTPILOT MEMBERS OF STAFF is full of immoral youngsters who are full of hatred and full of contempt. They are seriously destroying the backbone of our country. Many innocent kind hearted people are being crucified by these ungodly heathens.

Trustpilot will only publish positive reviews about companies, they are not interested in you being honest if you are being negative. My review on SCS and a sagging sofa was taken down even though I offered to provide evidence to back up my negative review about a sagging sofa purchased from SCS. I can provide an independent assessment, photos showing the sagging, the fact my bank had to deal with it because SCS where unhelpful but Trustpilot just took it down and are not interested in the truth.
