I like trust pilot their site is clean clear straight to the point easy to use easy to navigate is just a simple easy sight I trust their site reviews as well I've read some and they are pretty much all true that I've read so to meTrustpilot IS THE SITE!

I left an honest review of hyperoptic with a ticket number (what hyperoptic give you) but my review was flagged I was ask to supply more information which I did but even though I had the proof they removed my review. If you pay you can have a 5 star only reviews as demonstrated on YouTube with a product that didn't exist

This review company called Trustpilot is a very biased company. I reviewed another company on their website a few months ago and they recently removed my review. I found out that the company I reviewed paid a bribe to Trustpilot.com so they could remove all negative reviews and only add positive ones. On top of this I found out they are racist against people of color.

Bought a service and didn't receive the service. Put a review on Trust Pilot and it was taken down by the vendor. They don't take down good reviews - only negative reviews. And they take down a lot of negative reviews. So you have to assume that anything you see on Teuat Pilot is dishonest - the opposite of trust.

I first complained about Trustpilot removing a genuine review about a company. So I complained to Trustpilot. They wrongly, without a genuine reason that my review was fake, it turned out, the company had paid to have my review removed. I was not happy, so I put a review on Trustpilot, about the way my review had been removed. This was also removed, again, exactly the same word email when I complained about this. Emails went back and forth complaining, I put the same review back up, and Trustpilot removed it. It simply said "Trustpilot removed my review", Trustpilot tried various reasons including claiming their software flagged this as a fake review. It was impossible to get through to a real person, all replies had the same wording, from an automated reply. Trustpliot repeatedly asked for proof I had sued Trustpilot, I used their emails as proof. Then it was another excuse, again proved that reason was false.
I asked to make this a complaint, but nothing happened. Trustpilot initially denied blocking accounts, despite proof they did this from their own website.
Now, after many months they have admitted they blocked my account because I made the first complaint.
Do not trust Trustpilot.

If you want to delete bad reviews, just wait. If you wait for less then two years and then report every bad review even if you know those reviews are real ones, they will be disappearing after a few days. Why? Because trustpilot will request the reviewer to prove that a phone call or similar was made. Most people don't keep the paperwork and call logs for years, so it's an easy game to delete the majority of older bad reviews.

So use them if you are a company. But be very carefull if you are a user trying to find out something about a company. Beside it being really surprisingly easy to manipulate your rating like that, trustpilot also has this weird rating system where for example a company that only gets 1 star reviews might get a final rating of 3.1 stars.

Untrustful app as the reviews posted are getting deleted. I feel it is not useful website for buying. Please no to this website

I left a review for major courier DPD. It stated delivery on time but driver non communicative just thrusting parcel at me. Customer Service lacking.
The review was invited by email I clicked the link and reviewed. It was removed as a fake review stating, If I disagree reply to email and explain why. I sent images of package and label with my name on and address. I had a reply It was because I have used multiple accounts and its against their policy.
I replied I don't have multiple accounts you email me ask me to review and I do. I have multiple emails I use for different suppliers they invite to the email used to purchase with I click link and leave review and I stated I suspected they were paid to remove reviews not 100% favourable. I then got a further email stating that they don't disclose why they have removed them to which I replied, well you already have and its obvious to me that it is a paid service to corporate clients to remove feedback they don't like.

Trustpilot is not to be trusted! They are a biased company and removed my review of Carbon38 after the company stole my money and disappeared. They also remove other bad reviews and several other people have complained about Carbon38 and their shady business practices. Trustpilot is definitely not like Google. They are biased and untrustworthy!

They had a note the vendor challenged the review and I had to respond within a number of days or my review would be removed. I responded with all the proof possible. A screen shot of my payment, Of course you can guess how it works. Like many review sites. Vendors pay to get negative reviews removed. I had added a photo that was a screen shot of the AI dialogue I reported on naughtydate.com but it vanished. I wonder if the company payed trustpilot to remove it? It's a balance of keeping a little legitimacy and making vendors pay to have bad reviews removed. Can you imagine a site like healthgrades.com where surgeons pay lawyers incredible amounts of money to get reviews removed? Do you see in the screen shot "Add photo" in green? That is where I added my screen shot. It never showed up on the final review and when I edited it there was no option to put that screen shot in. No more "Add photo" option. At least my negative review still stands.
Update: My review was taken down. Clearly the company pays trustpilot to remove these reviews. I posted everything I possibly could to prove I was on there. I just added another review to trustpilot and I will keep doing it and they can keep removing it. See my review of naughtydate.com on this site. I included a screen shot here of my payment. It's impossible to prove anything digital but I've done the best I can. I despise unethical organizations of any kind. Don't trust "TrustPilot.com". Spread the word!

The median IQ of the Danish is not as high as I would have expected. Trustpilot is a sad obscenity!

Trust pilot removes any negative comments, all companies scores high because they are selective.
Trust pilot supporting bad companies and the reviews dies not reflect facts.

I will think many times when any company scores hight on Trust pilot

I gave reviews for the company who provided services to me for SEO (with them they are having some disputes going on which i dont know exactly), they marked that fake, i provided them (trustpilot) all the invoices and communication with that company but they refused it... so what i did i gave negative review about my experience with trustpilot, they removed that review as well, how cheap that trustpilot is, they cant tolerate criticism about them even on their own platform.

Just got banned,i have never been rude or anything like that, iv always been honest,but im glad they banned me,as they cannot be trusted.

Anyone on Facebook that has come across a website that's Gina Rinehart, the richest woman in the Australia, ringing from London or Sydney with an accent from Cyprus Benjamin Adams and his group of mates are ripping millions of Australian people Hang up they will scam every cent you have and you will lose the lot. They just scare me out of $250,000 warning total scam

I have tried to place my review of an Alliance Virtual Offices on their website just to have it removed. I have multiple sources of proof validating the fact that all my experiences are true and happened and they have not even asked for them. When I asked what was the reasoning behind why my reviews were taken down they told me, "To protect the integrity of our platform, unfortunately, we cannot give you specific details about why [your review has been removed/ your reviews have been removed and why your account has been blocked]." This is in direct violation of Public Law 114–258 Consumer Review Fairness Act. I want an explanation for why my review was removed.

Do not ever trust any site that points to trustpilot. The site is used by scammers because it lets them entirely suppress any negative reviews.

Das ist aber nicht möglich da der Anbieter des Shops auf Anfragen nicht oder nur mit einer Standardantwort antwortet und nichts geklärt wird. Also Trustpilot ist keine aussagekräftige und zuverlässige Quelle und sagt rein gar nichts über die Qualität eines Shops oder Anbieters aus.Finger weg von dieser Plattform.

They allow scam reviews to flood their website with thousands of 5* reviews, and they get accepted because the reviewed company has bought the reviews. Single real 1* and 2* are flagged by the company as not real and removed. Trustpilot is not a trustworthy review website, no matter how they think they are seen. I will never publish one other review on that bogus site.
