I don't write reviews often only when it's amazing experience or really bad.
But I realised all my bad experience was removed on Trustpilot, several times I sent a proof of experience, but reviews never been published!

If you leave negative reviews they just delete them but allow scam companies to put up hundreds of fake positive reviews so not a review site to be trusted as they are not honest or fair

Terrible.
June 26, 2023

Although I have had several reviews with replies from reviewed companies on how to solve issues, Trustpilot decided to threaten me to take down my latest review. That one too had a reply from the company.

I posted various reviews that got false-flagged by big companies such as Bonnier Publications International and others. I described my case to the best of my abilities and posted updates in the same reviews, but still they flagged my reviews on false grounds. Should be called DistrustPilot, instead.

Methinks Trustpilot is paid by big companies to censor genuine and valid critical reviews. Shame

I purchased 2 Chill Well 2.0 coolers. With the first charge they ran 2 hours. On the second charge 1 hour 40 minutes and on 3rd charge 1 hour.
Furthermore they do not take free returns. I paids $40 to return them and they deducted theiur original shipping and handling charge from my credit. They lie like crazy.

I left a review of a scammer. Then 10 months later they contacted me saying they needed proof of the scam email otherwise my review would be removed. Of course I didn't have it 10 months later. Obviously the scammer knew to leave it awhile before asking for the review to be removed. So they are believed over me. Can't TRUST Trustpilot profiles.

Something is fishy
June 19, 2023

TrustPilot will not let you leave a review if you do not have documentation of purchase…The fact that "Balance Of Nature" runs ads where by the "actors" claim they are either "physicians" or "doctors" when they are not actually Medical Doctors who have completed Medical School, is very, very, misleading to the public…TrustPilot will not allow a consumer to call out what is considered "deception advertising" with the intention of educating potential consumers so that they can utilize the information to make a more educated decision…. Trust Pilot is a joke as far as I am concerned….they have rejected my objective and truthful review to help the public…

I had wrote a review on a gaming company called Eneba month ago and trust pilot decided to take it down even after I sent the proof of everything that had happened. They are fake reviews and paid off scum. I told them leave the truth up or I'll put a review up stating how shady they are on company's selling stolen game accounts. Hey trust pilot fist of many you dirt balls. This sensitive cheesy world needs to wake the hell up. Internet douchery like trust pilot is why people don't get heard. Ty p.s. hope you like your fake statement you sent me after I went through hell to show proof.

I bough a hand made dress for my wife, from a 1 person business, the experience was so great that I took personal time to give a review for her. She uses Trustpilot (sadly). I left my honest review, from my account that is like 5+ years old (is not fake). And out of the blue they just suspended my account. I kept using personal time to try to put my review up since the business deserves it. They asked me proof of purchase, I sent paypal transactions screenshots, emails with the bussines, and the order. But since the order shipping was under my wife name, they just dont care. Everything else was on MY name, but they kept coming with excuses to not let you give you a real honest review. This company is a joke. They manage the reviews, only the reviews they want are published.

They removed my honest and detailed review twice and asked me to proove with documents the link with the company reviewed. I sent them the contract and messages screenshot and emails exchanged but they refused them because cannot see the company name why company name is clearly stated there. There is no 3rd party to review this and they do what they want. Their clients pay a subscription for the service so this is a conflict of interest in fact but there is no organisation to regulate them so they don't care

Title: Disheartening First Experience with Trust Pilot and PureVPN

Prior to my encounter with PureVPN, I was unfamiliar with Trust Pilot. My initial experience, however, has left me with a negative impression of both entities.

I was a user of PureVPN for three years, during which I consistently experienced significant technical problems. The most prominent issue was the repeated disconnection of my service, often occurring in the middle of the night and leaving me vulnerable to online threats. Despite hours spent with their technical support, no resolution was offered.

In an attempt to share my less-than-satisfactory experience, I turned to Trust Pilot to submit a three-star review. In this review, I also noted my transition to ExpressVPN, a change that has been remarkably positive with no issues to report thus far.

PureVPN flagged my review, prompting Trust Pilot to step in. What followed was an incessant series of email correspondences, with Trust Pilot continually asking me to substantiate my review with more information. I found the concept of 'proving' my personal experience both perplexing and frustrating.

Despite fulfilling their requests by providing screenshots, logs, and even my PureVPN login credentials, Trust Pilot continued to question the validity of my experience. Following their fourth request for more information, they ultimately chose to remove my review.

In retrospect, this incident has led me to question Trust Pilot's methods and overall credibility. A platform intended to promote honest feedback appeared to prioritize its client's interests over the user's voice.

For a first-time user, this experience has been disappointing. My hope is that Trust Pilot will reconsider their approach to such matters in the future. Ensuring that user experiences are genuinely respected should be of paramount importance.

Trustpilot is the worst review website ever, they charge businesses to allow them to take down the reviews they do not like. I will make a formal complaint to the Bundeskartellamt which is the authority for fair competition in the open market. Please do not use Trustpilot they will delete your review and let businesses use their platform for fake reviews.

Every negative review of a paying buisness gets removed. And then you have to send evidence time after time to proof the fraudulent buisness! Trustpilot is worthless and absolutely not trustworthy! Bad reviews them outside their own platform are countless!

They go over the top deleting customers genuine, negative reviews of companies but it appears to me very likely allowing lots of fake positive ones. I have queried the reasons behind these "deletions" and provided proof etc but they do not even get back to you.

Trustpilot suspended my account claiming that I fabricated my reviews when I did not. I only write negative reviews of companies because I should not give 5 stars when good service is to be expected. I learned my account was suspended after months of not paying attention to my email and trying to log in to the account. I only wrote 2 reviews so they do not have a lot of reviews to claim was false. I am trying to appeal but I do not think they will. I have finally replied to their email and tried to put a ticket in. I will pull screenshots and emails talking to the companies I reviewed as proof should they get back to me. I have replied to their email and am still waiting.
I have been unbanned. They do eventually talk to you so you must show a lot of screenshots to get them unbanned and show proof. The problem is unlike here, Trustpilot does not have any way currently to show proof of using a product.

Trust pilot is biased. I submitted a review about XTRADE but they deleted it even if they didn't knew if XTRADE return back my money. They should have deleted my review if XTRADE can provide a proof that they return my money to me.
