Deceiving

I placed an order for flowers for my sister's birthday. Once they took my money, I was sent an email and told I needed to spend an additional $40 in order for it to be delivered because of the delivery area BUT they got it approved from the manager to only charge me $20 additional. WHAT? No way I am paying an additional $20 and this should have been noted at checkout and NOT AFTER MY CARD was charged for the original amount. I tried calling twice and was immediately put on hold without being asked if I could hold. Terrible customer service and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! MY CARD BETTER BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!

Beyond Disappointed

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my uncles funeral and the "guaranteed" delivery magically just NEVER showed up. I was heart broken that I depended on these JERKS for something so important to me. I spent almost $300 and NOTHING. Stay far away from these people.

A cousin of mine recently passed away in California. I google searched florists near his family, to send some flowers. Troys Florist looked legit, so I placed an order. The flowers were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be, and several days later... still not delivered! They keep giving excuse after excuse as to why they aren't delivered yet. I wish I would have seen the reviews for this company first, before doing business with them... lesson learned on my end. They told me today (several days after the order was placed) that they would try to deliver again... I told them don't bother and I demand a refund. They emailed back saying the refund is processed and it'll take a few business days to show up on my credit card... if the refund shows up, then fine... otherwise, I'll be coordinating with my credit card company to dispute the charge and force the refund. I've put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and there are lots of active negative files through the BBB. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company!

A group of my friends and I attempted to send flowers to another friends family because her mother was dying of cancer. So now all the money we put together is gone and this person has since passed. Apparently we never got a confirmation message either. Full blown scam. I just hope that these messages reach other people before they end up in the same situation!

And I hope if you are at all affiliated with this site you realize that you are actually hurting people. You took our opportunity to comfort a sick person. How dare you?

Ordered a plant on Tuesday at noon for same day delivery. Got confirmation emailed that they would be delivered. No plant delivery on Tuesday, no plant delivery on Wednesday, no plant delivery on Thursday and after 2 phone calls on Friday they delivered exactly what I didn't order. A bunch of flower that looked like maybe $25.00 worth. The plant I ordered was $87.00 and after tax and delivery it was over $100.00. This is a poor excuse of a florist. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. Now I'm suppose to get my money back in 5-7 days but we will see.

I live in another state so ordered flowers for my mother in law in TN. She never received flowers, so we called to ask why they weren't delivered and they tell us they needed extra money for delivery fee. Delivery fee was supposedly already included in price of flowers, and they never even called us or attempted to contact us in any way to tell us they could not deliver. Biggest scammers ever! I've read reviews where sympathy and funeral flowers were never delivered as well. Preying on people who are already in distress is the lowest! I think there will be a special place in hell for these robbers!

When I called them the next day..."we apologize but we closed early so will give you refund"
Order was placed at 12 pm ie that's really early!
And they never called of course to say, sorry we won't be able to fill your order.

Absolute worst!

Flower order was never delivered. I waited 4 hours at home for the flowers to be delivered a day late. The flowers never arrived. The company would not let me speak to a manager about the situation. Do not order flowers from this company. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I reported them to the BBB. They have atom of bad reviews, and clearly I can see why. Do not count on this trash of a business.

I order an orchid because I wanted something the family could keep and plant outside. Spent over $100 and they sent carnations and daisys! They said they would refund me $16 back to my credit card but they never did.

I had to give it 1 start to be able to post this. True rating is about -50 stars!

I ordered flowers for a friends bday on 6-26-19 for dlvy on 6-27-19. ($65 bucks). I thought I was calling a "Local Shop". Turns out they are a "Local Shop" but used Logan's Flowers (Large Nationwide Company) for my order. I found this out when I saw a charge from my Bank from a company in New Brunswick NJ. I called them to see what was going on and they explained to me that they took care of the flowers. I was upset as I have had very bad experiences w/ the Big Flower Companies and no longer use any of them. I felt I had been deceived as Troys flowers told me they are "Local". Turns our Flowers were never delivered. When I called on 7-3-19 to ask about the flowers, "Maria" just said we can refund. I agreed and hung up. I checked w/ my Bank today 7-12-19 and no refund. I understand the 4th of July holiday but, a refund should be 2-4 days. My refund is Overdue. Also, today when I spoke to Troy's, talk about an attitude from the person I spoke to. This person should not be in retail and Troys is not an Honest company. I will NEVER EVER use Troy's again. Flower business is not Brain Surgery. You make the arrangement per the picture and deliver them. This company needs some Ethics and Customer Service training and clarify to customers that they are NOT a LOCAL business.

Also, never received phone call that there was a problem with the delivery or anything

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They say they will deliver same day. They don't provide any tracking or updates. You get a confirmation email that they got your money. But when will the recipient get their flowers? I called to find out how I will receive updates and the woman on the phone says "We don't offer that." What the hell company doesn't offer that!? Garbage company. Filing claim.

Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary which was supposed to be delivered the same day. Well 3 days later and they even sent crap flowers. Paid $250 for 3 dozen red roses but got 23 yellow and red looks to be left over flowers. First pic is what she got and second is what I ordered. WTF?

My daughter fell and broke her leg the first day of her Hawaiian vacation. I ordered her a bouquet online with Troy. Supposed to be delivered same day. I tried to follow up for 3 hours in the afternoon. The phone number they publish on their website does not get answered and they do not respond to the email in less than 24 hours. Even though it specifies you will get a response within seconds. When I finally received an email from them, the next day, they said my delivery wasn't made because they decided they needed more money. Are you kidding me? I told him to just give me my money back and forget it. If I could have given them zero Stars I would have.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. It was supposed to be a same day delivery. They weren't delivered that day. I followed up every day for a week but it never happened. Each day I was promised that it would go out the next day. I finally cancelled my order after going back and forth with them for over a week. I think they are a bunch of scam artists who hope people won't follow up. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB after seeing all of the comments on here. It sounds like they are a bunch of thieves.

Please don't use this company. Very unprofessional and rude. Asked to speak to supervisor but she was not in the office. The person who answered the phone said they didn't deliver the flowers but could deliver in two days if I would increase my order by 30.00. Why would they not let the customer know that when initial order was placed to give us the opportunity to use a reputable florist. Very disappointing. What kind of company is this?

I ordered fresh flowers for my daughter to be delivered on her birthday.
I live out of state, when I checked in on her birthday, they "had not been delivered yet."
3 days later I remembered to ask if she liked her flowers, she said they never arrived.
I just called Troys Flowers and they never even tried to deliver them and gave some weak excuse that $14.99 delivery fee was not enough and they should have charged $30 when taking the order! Seriously?
Why did they not bother to contact me and tell me they couldn't deliver and needed more money? Instead they took my credit card, charged for flowers and 14.99 delivery fee and did NOT do a thing, neither contact me or my daughter or deliver flowers...
SO disappointing, my daughters birthday is passed and I am so irritated!
DONT pay good money to these scammers, don't waste your time or money.
