I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister-in-law whose birthday I sadly forgot. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise and delivered to her place of employment yesterday. I received an email yesterday stating my order had been received, the amount my bank was being billed, and the delivery instructions. Today, when I hadn't heard from her by noon I called her and she hadn't seen anything yet. So much for the surprise. I called Troy's and they told me I still owed them $20, because the florist had to use premium flowers. WHAT? They said I should have received an email explaining this. Well, I never received a second email! I asked her to explain how they thought they could quote me a price, bill my bank for that amount, then try to get more money. That was when she got rude and told me I could either pay the $20 or cancel my order. I tried to continue pleading my case and she hung up on me! Then I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and I would see a refund in 3 to 4 days. I'm still so mad I can hardly see straight. As a matter of fact, my next complaint is going to the Better Business Bureau, just as soon as I'm done here. I agree with others who experienced the same horrible treatment. I also would like to give no stars but can't if I want to post this review.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 6-3-19. Nothing! But was certainly charged! Tried multiple times to contact them. No answer or phone would automatically hang up on me. Finally got a hold of a 'person' a week later and she basically hung up on me! Their excuse was my order would have been $10 more so they didn't deliver. There was no phone call or any attempt to contact me to tell me this. Took me almost a MONTH to get my charges reversed. Had to have the help of my bank to do this. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM! BEWARE!

Like others, I wished I had seen this site and read the reviews! I was promised a "same day delivery" as I stated how important this order was. I was assured it will be delivered on same day I called. Two days later, I received an email stating if the recipient of the flowers I ordered for are still in the hotel?! Really? Their excused was, the local florist they works with was closed for 2 days! But no one bothered to call or email to let me know. Horrible customer service! Do not believe on what they advertised of "Same Day Delivery"! They don't even deserve a singe star at all but I can't submit this review without selecting a rating!

Look at what I ordered (1st photo- orchid) and what my friend received (2nd photo). I can't believe I didn't research further before I ordered. Troy's Florist is clearly not a legit business. A 5-year old could have done better than this. Very disappointed.

Never delivered!

This florist never sent the flowers and still billed my credit card! This is a scam florist! Wanted to surprise someone for her birthday. Finally when I didn't hear anything from the birthday girl after one week, I called her. To my dismay, she never received the flowers.

My buddy and his family moved into a new house in the outer banks. I wanted to send him a nice arrangement to know we were thinking of him.
After a few weeks of not hearing anything from him I asked. He said no flowers, no calls.

I tracked down my rcpt and called Troys. They said since they use premium flowers they would need $25 more. I said you accepted the order at $70. No calls, no email AND NO CREDIT BACK IF I DIDNT CALL.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SRE A TOTAL FRAUD.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday a week in advance. My mothers birthday came and went and the flowers were not delivered. I called the next day and asked what happened and they said I needed to pay $15.00 more for the deluxe upgrade. I said this was unacceptable and that I had already paid for the upgrade and was charged $75. I began telling the unapologetic woman how absurd this was and she hung up on me. Buyer beware!

DO NOT order from this company. Totally inept florist and extremely rude customer service girl! NEVER delivered the order and did not bother to call me as to why. I find out 2 days later by calling and speaking to the most rude girl.

I placed an order for next day delivery and authorized them to charge my credit card for the amount advertised including tax and shipping. The arrangement did not arrive on the date promised. When I called the next day at noon to inquire about the delay, Troys told me the flowers had been delivered. When I asked to speak to manager/supervisor, I now was told I needed to pay an additional fee for premium flowers. Mind you, I had already paid for an upgrade the "deluxe" arrangement. By 5pm, the intended recipient still had no flowers. I cancelled the order - waiting for them to email the cancellation confirmation and refund to card.

This is a TERRIBLE florist. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered. The bouquet was NEVER delivered, and I was not contacted that it had not been delivered. When I called, they indicated that I needed to pay more money because the florist in the area needed to use "premium" flowers--but I was never contacted to even pay extra. I was never able to speak with a manager regarding this issue. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They cannot be trusted to provide what you need--or a bouquet at all.

Unbelievable. A simple flower and chocolates order and they can't get it right. Just wanted to send flowers and chocolates and they forgot the chocolates. OK, so I asked them to deliver them since I paid over $80. They would only refund the chocolates but refused to refund the sales tax on the chocolates. I said I am a government employee and that's against Sales Tax Law. So they hung up on me twice. Documenting this here as I dispute the charge on my credit card. What should have been a joyful transaction turned out to be a nightmare. Please, do not use this company. Hey, owner of this company, you might want to return my 6 calls since your staff won't let me talk with you about customer service and violation of sales tax collection laws.

PLEASE DO NOT order from them- fraud scam and stupid. I ordered an orchid. They delivered a cheapo cut flower arrangement with a wilted iris and would not refund my money. Scam.

I too wish I had of come here first. Who woulda thought you had to do that with a florist. I was trying to send flowers today to my mother-in-law in Central Islip NY who is 94 and recently had a fall. I paid for the deluxe upgrade arrangement and was charged $14.99 for delivery plus tax. The order came to 74.99. I ordered the flowers this morning and when my husband called at 5:30 pm to check on his mom his brother said no flowers ever came. I then tried to call and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I called right back and the phone just rang and rang. Awhile later I googled the A_Holes to get the number again and that's when I saw this site. I knew then I'd been duped. I went online to my bank account and they actually billed me twice for 74.99. It is still in pending and I'm trying to get ahold of my bank which is TD Bank but from past experiences with a similar situation involving fraud, I know I'm going to get real pissed because TD Bank treats it's own customers as if they are the crooks in these situations and you have to jump through hoops of fire to get a refund! I hope one day there is a great judgement day for all the scammers of the world and we get to watch as their asses burn in hell. I am so sick of constantly having to be on guard and then fighting to get back that which is rightfully due me!

Horrible

I called several days in advance to have flowers delivered on a specific day. My flowers were not delivered. I called a few days later and they said the designer wanted an additional $25 to complete the order. I paid it. Still almost a week later no flowers delivered. They were rude and unhelpful. Their solution was to refund my money. So a week later, still no flowers. I would never refer them to anyone.

Ordered 25th anniversary bouquet for daughter and husband. Never delivered.
No one answers their 888 number. Receipt says the cc statement will State Americana Florwers! Hint of a scam right there. Transaction is pending on our account but as Logans Florist. Bank can't do anything til it goes through. Beware of all these names! Soooo angry! All these complaints- can't they be taken down from Search engines! They pretend to be local florists!

Don't buy from them

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date, never showed up. Called, no answer. Finally got an email response, said they never got the initial order, although they sent me an email confirmation. Wanted to send the flowers anyway, so they did, and what was sent was not even close to what I ordered. Will never use them again.

Ordered a simple bouquet for my 3 year anniversary. It never showed up. Upon calling troysflorist, they started the nearby florist required an additional $30 for my request - which seemed reasonable for a mom-and-pop in a very small town. The problem however, is they (troyflorist) never reached out to me to notify me of this. Instead, they took my money and ran. The kicker - the heavy accented agent I spoke to argued that I was in the wrong for the order having been extra money, and that it was also showing as delivered! Truly epic. I should have listened to the reviews. Do not make my mistake.
