Great research site to plan your next vacation. Find a lot of great information to book my trips and activities
I love this site! I use this site to read reviews on every trip we take. I look/shop for airfare, hotels and rental cars. Also to find out what is going on around them; restaurants, fairs and attractions.
Easy place to find good reviews about hotels and restaurants if you plan to travel. You can learn a lot about the service and what the place is actually like, regardless of pictures that a place might use on their own web site.
Excellent in every way, great site when combined with Expedia!
I highly recommend this one to travelers :)
This website have a lot of tourist agency staff pretend a tourist guest, to promotion their website business, and reply themself questions, suggest compare acquire more information from other website, Never believe the forum or question and answer from the website, some price is higher than normal price.
I always have a look before booking. Rather trustworthy.
Not so good, what they call the best cannot be better then $50 room. I take a trip to fiji and thanks to them i was struck in a 12ft room with 2 other guys. Why MEH. Just coz i could not forgot this trip.
I have used this several times and recommend its use. Solid info on hotels and resorts. Not so good on eateries etc but they are not it's main focus. Info is from consumers so can vary in quality but not so much. Persons booking into a hotel are often in the same demographic and hold the same views. I use it now via an iPhone app mostly and find it very convenient. Use a desktop screen if really researching your holiday. Add info and be sensible, seems most contributors agree. Recommended based on Australian experience.
Not generally to be trusted in my opinion. Full of fake reviews.
Whatever you are looking for (restaurant, hotel, travel agency etc.) it's there. And good thing is you can read reviews about them and at least have an idea what to choose from and what to expect.
Almost unthinkable now for me to book a hotel without reading TripAdvisor. Tuning out the nut jobs who post reviews is important, but generally a reliable source.
This is an excellent site for hotels. It gives accurate information and allows to make a well thought selection based on price and reviews. One caveat though. It happened to me once that a hoteI I had selected was considered as "full" for the dates I wanted. I called the hotel and there were still rooms available at a similar price as the ones listed by the site. So check first with the hotel reception in such case.
I started using tripadvisor seriously when I was planning for a trip to Italy and I found it absolutely invaluable! Because of the advise and reviews from other fellow travellers, I was able to find out how the weather would be like, what to wear, where to be careful of pickpockets and even the brands of handbags to get that has safety latches etc! The site also saved me a lot of money because it has 'vacation rentals' category listed on the side. So you don't have to stay in expensive hotels. We ended up renting from two different landlords at different cities and saving a lot of money not just in the accomodation, (because we were able to rent good but cheap apartments), we saved money by doing our own cooking, saved luggage space because we have washer and dryer in the apartment (no need to bring too many clothes) etc. Best of all, we got to live like real locals because the apartments were not in a very touristy area. Of course there are also apartments for people who would like to stay right in the middle of tourist central, but the beauty of the site is such that you have all the choices before you and enough reviews to help you make an informed decision.
Also, in their travel blog section, you get to learn about lesser known places that are not in travel guides. Like for instance we found out that if you email a certain office in Vatican City, you can book a tour to see the tomb of St. Peters right under the Basilica!
I will be sticking to TripAdvisor for all my travel planning from now on!
I love using tripadvisor.com! Before we go on a trip, we can look at reviews of hotels, restaurants, things to do, places to park, etc. I feel like we have visited some really great finds in cities we visit because of this website.
Additionally, sometimes people post what price and star level they picked on priceline when booking their hotel. This helps you get the best deal at a high quality hotel.
A website with 1000's of reviews for hotels all over the world, reviewed by real people, how did we ever book a holiday before?!
No longer do you have to rely on what the brochures say, or rely on the their glossy pictures. Tripadvisor has review from peiple who have been there and customer pictures as well.
Their forums are really usefull if you need advice from people who live there. I went to Sri-Lanka and needed to find out the best way of getting from A to B, posted in their forum and a local guy came back to me with 24 hours.
What a great service. Thumbs up.
A frequent traveler's best guide. If you don't want your holiday getaway to be ruined, always visit this site for hotel reviews. Last thing you want in a vacation is finding yourself looking for other hotels because the hotel that you booked is a nightmare. I always include tripadvisor in planning my business trips and vacations.
Like any site that has reviews, (including this one) you have to read ALL the reviews carefully. Super high ratings that give glowing reviews of a 2 star hotel are normally bogus, and reviewed by employees. If you look through all the reviews tho... you will really get a good idea about a property. Look for consistency in the reviews. If someone complains over and over about service, even tho they have a high rating, chances are there are problems with the service. I constantly consult tripadvisor before planning trips, and once I learned the tips I have outlined, I have not been disappointed.
Trip advisor has never let me down. Always very current on reviews that surely helps a lot of travelers to find good and affordable hotels.
This is the best site if you are planning a vacation. I found out so many things from other people who either live in the areas we are visiting or people who had already gone there. I like it because they are honest reviews.
This comes in handy if you're a traveller like me. Check out what the general public think of the accommodation for their Hols. Blunt and honest - good old Johnny English, but could help you avoid a turkey in Turkey!
Answer: Ya, its very easy, you can find your hotel and write as you want. What's your experience with this hotel.
Answer: Its hard to find it. I think you must need to find the correct name of your company or place. Then you can easily find any review
Answer: I don't have a chance about this. I think real reviews with good details published immediately.
