This specific swimsuit faded quickly after washing in warm water. I believe if worn in warm water such as warm pools and or hot tubs this will easily fade. In the picture I compared the original color to how much it faded! Clearly this suit was made using very cheap dye. Definitely not worth over $100! It really is such a shame considering how cute their swimwear is.

Let me start off by saying that I really tried to love this company. I ordered a pink suit from them called the Lotus or something and I received it pretty fast. The quality was terrible, it didn't come with a crotch sticker and it didn't fit so I returned it. I had to jump through hoops to get it returned but I eventually got it sent out to the warehouse. Along the way their service was rude, they had me send multiple pictures of the untouched swim suit and all this bs. In conclusion I never got my money back so I lost a swimsuit and 140 dollars.

Hassle to return.

They make returning or exchanging very difficult. Process takes days due to having to email back and forth with them and they only email back once a day. They don't even provide any type of return label. They charge $20 for shipping and then leave you in charge of shipping costs for return, this is the only place where I've had to pay to return.

Terrible quality, after 1 hand wash it changed colors. Also, customer service is awful. They email you multiple times to make it pain and say they can't exchange or refund. I will never order from them.

DO NOT BUY! Such poor quality swimwear and even worse customer service!
First of all, they charge $20 for express shipping with no option for standard shipping. It took 8 days for my bikini to arrive! I reached out about my concerns of not getting the express shipping I'd paid for and they sited a holiday in Hong Kong as their reason for delay (even though they have an Atlanta, GA warehouse that services the USA)
Next, after ONE wear the bottoms are frayed and the material is falling apart. I've followed their care instructions to a tee and have not sat on rough surfaces! Even the front is frayed! They will not replace them and are blaming me for improper use. If you can't get in a chlorine pool with the material then why on earth would they use that material to make a bikini?

Bought a bikini and wore it once before fabric began to pill. Contacted Triangl for exchange and they would not accept any fault. Offered free shipping on another $90 suit that is worth $10. Do not buy from this company, selling garbage for a premium.

I wish I would've come here to research the company before I purchased a suit. The quality is very low, the sizes would only fit a 12 year old and even then barely. Shipping is also very expensive and you have to pay for your own returns so to receive a terrible $90 swimsuit and send it back will cost me $40.

Uterly Disappointed

I have been wanting a triangl bikini since I was 15 years old (8 years ago), but the shipping was too expensive to south africa. Finally, i ordered a bikini in January while travelling in america. I was so excited about it, when it arrived the bikini was just as beautiful as imagined, however the quality was horific. I can't believe a bikini of this cost starts to show wear after the third time? Just by tanning in it, nevermind surfing or doing something active. The stitching started to tear and the underwiring of the top poked through. I don't mind paying this price for bikinis, but then I expect good quality like Seafolly, billabong, or ripcurl. I will be writing reviews to alert others, i really hope this is something Triangl changes and works on. Beautiful, but the worst quality bikini I have ever owned.

Return Policy

This company has the worst customer service and return policy of any online company I have used. There is no phone number to call, and the return policy is clearly made intentionally difficult to discourage returns. I have forbidden my daughter to order from them again.

Horrible

I got the Nusa sparkle bikini- Cheap horrible fabric and TINY sizes. Not suitable for anyone who isn't a size 0 and even if you are a size 0 I suggest sizing up to a large. Not one woman featured on their website has any curves at all. Very expensive shipping and returns - not refundable when the tiny swimsuit doesn't fit. Worse quality than they have at SHEIN not even a little bit worth the price.

Horrible Brand

Horrible customer service. I paid for over 300 dollars worth of bikinis. I didn't include my apartment number on the address because our buzzer is not connected and this would not help the Fedex driver access our building. I was not home when they attempted delivery so they brought it back to their facility as is the usual protocol for Fedex. I contacted Fedex and they were very accommodating letting me know all they needed was for Triangl to contact them and they could then transfer it to another Fedex store where I could pick it up. I contacted Triangl support with this information and after 48 hours of waiting for a reply was told there's nothing they could do since it already shipped and I should just "keep my phone near me in case Fedex calls to reschedule". I let them know that I still have not received any contact from Fedex and that Fedex has confirmed they just need Triangl to contact them and was once again told "We recommend looking out for a call from fedex in case they reschedule delivery". After asking about next steps if I don't hear from Fedex I have not heard anything and have not been offered a refund either. Scam of a company.

I ordered bikini from TRIANGL in size XS. I am always wearing XS from all other Swimming suits brands. But their XS is just tiny, like for kids... So I tried to send it back, but I didn't have any return label. They have told me I have to pay for it. I said ok can you give me the shipping options at least and the answer was amazing - you have to find yourself the way to send it back. So I spend pretty much googling the cheapest version of shipping and sent with local correos.
Then in 3 weeks I am getting a mail from FEDEX saying that I have pending amount to be paid. I was surprised cause I didn't use FEDEX recently. Then I called them and they told me this invoice is from TRIANGL. They charged me for shipping although when I was buying in the final page was written SHIPPING INCLUDED. When I sent few messages to TRIANGL asking why I have a pending invoice from Fedex they just ignored me. I paid 60 euros just for nothing.

I am a strong roxy and billabong bikini buyer and they are like 50 bucks! I decided to splurge and get a Triangl bikini! Worst mistake ever! The very first time I wore it sand got in it and stained it! The stitching is coming out and it feels sooooo cheap! Shein has better bikinis than Triangl!

Dispite what the other reviews say, the returns and exchanges are extremly easy if you just follow directions. My bikiini was too small so i put in an exchange and i got my new bikini even before the old one shipped out! Customer service is so kind. Nothing but good things to say about triangl! Not to mention the quality is AMAZING!

I hate triangl and it is personally the worst bathing suit brand on the face of this earth. I spent 124$ on a bikini in a week advance and spent 20$ for 1-4 day shipping and my package was still late. Triangl sucks and u should never order from them. Big thank you to them because they ruined my bday

Ordered a bathing suit and paid $20 for shipping to the US. Sized up knowing that the customer service recommendations were probably off and sure enough, the top was still wayyy too small (they recommended an XS, I had to go with a M). Paid even more money to go to USPS and exchange the top for a bigger size and waited weeks for a shipment back. Then, once I got a notification from FedEx that my package arrived... nothing was at my house. I contacted Triangl who then directed me to FedEx to file a claim. Then FedEx directed me back to Triangl to file the package as lost. After this merry-go-round of wasted time, Triangl now tells me there's nothing they can do. So I spent $115 + 4 hours emailing Triangl, and on the phone with FedEx only to have NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.

So I am out of money, left with a pair of bathing suit bottoms I will never wear by themselves.

Do not trust this brand, its ethics, or its customer service. Plus, the quality was horribly thin and disappointing. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Purchased a bikini for my daughter for our vacation! She wore it ONCE and it completely frayed and pilled ALL over the suit! Their "triangl" tag on the back discolored!
We emailed the company THREE times they kept giving different instructions what we needed to do for them to evaluate the return! Finally got back to us after sending pictures of the suit! "It was
Our fault it happened so they will not refund or replace item" First, it was put in washing machine. We responded no we didn't wash it we once wore it once for 1 hour. Second, it was because we didn't wash it. Such a joke! Do not use this company! Buyer beware! I don't mind sending money on a nice suit but this is the farthest thing from a nice quality suit! I'm also reporting them to BBB because they are getting rich off of garbage products and not standing behind what they are selling!
