We sent a Christmas gift to one of my siblings and FedEx was having some delay issues. The CS Representative was on it right away and the delivery arrived well in time for the holiday.
The website says it ships in one to two days. The shipping label was created that quick, but shipping was not. The email tracking said it would be delivered by Saturday, it was not. I called and was told it was because of Thanksgiving that it wasn't on time, if it was shipped when it said it was, Thanksgiving wouldn't have been an issue. I was offered a ten percent refund. Very excited when I unpacked the tree, however it was not as shown on the site. Kinda looked like a Charlie Brown tree.
2 Myrtle trees were missing from first shipment. After reporting they were sent. Short delay. Liked working with Elvis, very knowledgeable and helpful!
Easy ordering, on line chat was immediate and questions were answered timely! I called after I received the trees with some questions and they were super helpful!
Ordered a banana tree for the northeast. Lots of leaf damage due to the shipping process but fast-growing-trees assured me that we can monitor the tree health and provide a replacement if needed.
The shopping experience was great and the shipping time and packaging were spot on. However, there were two disappointments with the order. Two of the trees were barely 12 inches in height AND two of the trees arrived with yellow and/or wilted leaves.
Ordered the largest "tree" that they would sell still this year, 5'-6' maple. They only give that information, no details on trunk size, that is because there is no size. This twig shows up in this enormous box, open it up to pull out a 5 1/2' twig that is at most 1/2" in size at the base. This would be a $25 starter tree at best from the nursery that we ended up going to. Hoette Farms & Nursery, Great Place, got a maple! 0-11' tall with a 2" trunk at base of root ball. Yes, it had a 24" root ball, not a couple of root tails hanging off of a TWIG! And you are wondering "Yeah, but how much more$$$$... SAME PRICE. Buyer Beware... No Returns or Money Back at good ol Fast Growing Trees.
The tree arrived damaged. The top and a few of the side breaches broken. I called twice and spoke with two different people. Athena gave me the wrong information to send the pictures. Finally, the third time I got the right email address. They didn't replace the tree and told me just prune off the broken one off.Not happy!

My Meyer lemon tree is just what I ordered and appears very healthy, already showing new growth. I hope I get lemons some day.

The FastGrowingTrees representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices were higher than local nurseries but the convenience of having the product shipped to my home superseded the higher prices for the products. The shipping was about two days later than promised. Otherwise, the plants were in excellent shape and look very good in their new home!
Every tree was packaged well and healthy. I would recommend.
Ordered plant, could not find address so gave back the payment. Address is very easy to find in a well known neighborhood. Post office delivers there, don't understand. They have lived there for 30 years. Unexceptable customer service.

I received a young tree that was not very healthy. After a call to the company, I received a new, very healthy tree the following week. (In time to give for the birthday it was bought for.)

Plants arrived brown and dead. I email for a refund, and was refused because they are claimed to be dormant.

Received a completely broken tree, they failed to properly secure it in the packaging. I contacted them and they did replace the tree free of charge but the second tree I received was also broken although not as bad, but the leaves were moldy and dying. I paid over $80 for this tree so I would have expected to receive something in better shape. Never buying from them again.

We have purchased a few trees, except for the banana tree, all have arrived in great condition. When I have complained about the banana tree, I was told to wait 2-3 weeks and if still not recovered, contact again. Eventually we have received a new and better looking banana tree with only the delivery payment. I was happy about the quick response time from the company
Unfortunately, most the trees I ordered online died within the week of delivery.
