Despite our being on the other side of the country, our tree arrived very fresh. It drank a lot of water. Always a good sign, and is a beautiful shape.

The shopping experience was excellent. I called to ask a few questions and ordered my trees on the same call. Very, very knowledgeable and helpful agent!

The trees were delivered promptly by a very careful shipper (called ahead twice!) and appear exactly as described. As the trees are currently dormant, we'll wait and see how they grow. Based on all indications so far, my guess is that they will continue to exceed my expectations.

Paid $106 for a tree I could have gotten from Home Depot for $14.
After talking to the rep I expected at least a 4' tree and received a 2' tree.

I ordered 14 trees from Fastgrowingtrees.com, over $1500 worth! The trees were shipped out on a Wednesday from South Caroline, supposedly arriving to Florida by Friday. I hired landscapers to come to my property for that Saturday morning; they scheduled me, charged me for the time, and then we waited. Six of the 14 trees arrived late Saturday afternoon. I took them out of their boxes and found wilted. Dying really scrawny trees with tiny root systems. Nothing like my local nursery's trees. I watered them and planted them myself the next day, without help since the landscapers were not able to return. I called Fastgrowingtrees.com and Fedex several times asking about the remaining 8 trees and also why these scrawny little trees had not arrived with support sticks the way the sales person said they would. The trees I planted blew down in the wind over night and I had to replant with homemade support sticks. The remaining 8 trees arrived 4 days later, a full week and 1 day after they had been shipped. Fedex was impossible to reach, and they had no idea that they were transporting living trees, or to call me upon arriving at our property, or to not leave the boxes out in the fullday sun once they did finally deliver. I found my boxes by the side of the road of my property coming home late from meetings, and had to haul them tot he correct area and spent the following weekend planting these 8 dead trees myself. I say dead because they have no leaves and are brown, but since the deep inside is still green, Fastgrowingtrees.com considers them alive and has not contacted me back about replacing them. I specifally asked FGT.com to tell Fedex that they need to contact me when delivering, and called Fedex several times to try to talk to a human who could help figure out where my trees were. We spent a FORTUNE on trees that I doubt will make it, instead of just buying big healthy trees from a local nursery. Never again.

Easy to order, arrived in the timeframe indicated, it arrived alive and in good condition, the prices are great!

The first tree we received was damaged. Customer care replaced it free of charge and were very helpful.

I buy a lot of plants, (I have over 50 different kinds of fruit trees on my property) and I'm very particular at this point about what I buy. Every customer service experience here is excellent, I rarely have trouble (and it's normally the people moving the package that cause me trouble) but in every situation fast growing trees has stepped in to resolve it.

As long as they keep doing this and don't grow into a mega corporation monster I will keep coming back.

Great company and fast service ill order from them again

This was my first time buying from them. Ordered by phone after Thanksgiving. There was an actual person you can talk to! He answered all the questions. Bought 5-6' Flame Thrower Redbud which arrived as expected in a very sturdy box, very securely packed. The tree already went dormant but has reasonable number of branches (5 longer ones at bottom and 5 shorter ones on top) so will have to see in the spring how it grows. The pot in came in is about a 3 gal. Size, just to give you an idea how big to dig the hole- of course, the wider the better. However in my case I couldn't get it in the ground before it's frozen so will plant next spring. BTW I'm in zone 7a and just keeping the plant in its original pot in a protected area till I can plant.

This is my first purchase with fast growing trees.com. I was impressed with how nicely my trees were packaged. The roots were nice and loose. The buckets were small enough for me to carry and easily plant. Both pear trees arrived healthy with no damage. We planted them immediately. Hoping to have pears in 2022. I will be buying more trees from this website.

Great selection of items, but the prices are outrageously expensive! $120 for three potted amaryllises? Really? The only reason I bought something was to use gift certificates I had been given. Won't shop here again!

I had a snafu with FedEx delivery and Customerservices resolved the situation immediately with no questions asked! The plants I receive from Fast Growing trees always arrive healthy & well packed despite the improper handling techniques of the delivery company! Thank you FGT

The trees are great and arrived timely without delay or dehydration even thought it was a Thanksgiving order.
I was a little worried it might get delayed and the trees won't look so good. But they were packaged well and look awesome in the house now!

The package arrived, in a reasonable amount of time. When i opened the box, the lemon tree pot, entire contents were scattered throughout the box. And the lime had bits of branches broken off.

My blue banana tree immediately lost all its leaves. And started rotting at the stalk. I cant see this plant rebounding

When I ordered trees and they are already in their dormant phase(winter) a 30 day guarantee is worthless. I won't know till spring if they lived or not.

I ordered 4 Christmas trees (I know, I know) but wow! Price was great and they're all just as beautiful as I would have picked had I gone to a tent to get them. I will always order from FastGrowingTrees now!
