Awesome company that stands by their products! I bought 6 Leyland Cyprus last fall, planted properly and over the winter, all 6 died. I was very sad. I called them in March because they warranty for 1 year. April 4th shipped, April 6th delivered and I am completely satisfied. Only cost to me was for another warranty (which I am glad). They gave me ZERO issue with replacing. Sent one picture, done. Will always do business with them.
Second time trees have died.
Return policy is tricky with only partial replacement option. Somewhat misleading.
I was looking for a specific tree and Fastgrowingtrees.com had it at a less expensive rate than my local nursery even with shipping. Tree arrived smaller and not as mature as I expected however it arrived quickly, well packed, healthy and without any damage.

Ordered as by picture of blooming hydrangea in round pot with a white candle and cutout hinged Love sign as a gift sent to my sister who lives hydrangeas.
She received my bill, a square pot of bare wooden sticks — no candle, no cutout, no blooms to say what color plant it is suppose to or will be.
We apologize. Hydrangeas naturally go dormant this time of year but it sounds like it's going to be pushing out new growth very soon!

2 trees died in frost. Sent replacements asap. This transaction took less than 5 minutes. They really want to keep your business. I've spent thousands of dollars in just a few months landscaping everything at my home and pool areas.
Spoke to the male arborist. He insisted the fuzzy kiwi I had ordered was two trees that grow 35 fees tall. They were to be separated and planted in two 4' holes that are 20 feet apart. Upon arrival the plants were obviously intertwined. Called and spoke to a female arborist who said this is a vine and both plants are to be planted together.
