Trees were very healthy, straight trunks, shipped with excellent packaging and a great price.

They mistakenly shipped me a couple of azaleas that I didn't order and when I called to ask how to handle this, I immediately got a real person on the phone and she was very helpful. I ended up giving them away to someone who needed them. FastGrowing Trees did not charge me for them.

So far so good. I suggest immediately repotting in something larger with miracle gro soil and food spikes. Since I did that it's grown 2 big beautiful new leaves.

My last order was for a Parlor Palm and an Umbrella Tree. The palm was listed as 6" and when it arrived it was at least double that size very full and healthy. The Umbrella Tree was listed as 3'-4' and I honestly expected it to be on the smaller side but when I opened the box I was shocked. It was so big and so healthy I couldn't believe it. I potted it, shined up the leaves, and found just the right spot for it. Within a couple of days it responded to its new environment like it was always meant to be here.

Te peach tree is doing well, the cherry tree was not in good shape when it arrived…very wilted and dry/crumbly. It was planted immediately, but is not doing well.

We have freezing weather in Michigan. I don't understand why the shipment was delivered.

My Desert Rose tree arrived damaged. I took photos and contacted FGT on a chat communication. They immediately offered to replace my damaged tree. I was thrilled. It's always great to get a fast response to my complaint.

Always fearful that the common carriers will harm my order. As of now only can order when the ambient air temp permits.

Slow growing and does not look as healthy as it was when planted.

The tree that I ordered is dead. We tried to revive it we try to nurse it back to health and everything about it is completely dried out and dead. So we paid $150 for nothing. Totally dissatisfied with this company.

The "tree" that they sent me was nothing more than a single branch of a plant. I paid 125.00 for this and expected to see at least a small rooted tree with multiple branches and not a poor excuse of a Charlie Brown Tree. Not worth $125.00 This was a real rip off.

First let me say I am not great at gardening. I bought a house that had a large tree but I had to cut it down because it was so old. I have now replaced it with the new tree and it just leaves the yard looking even sadder because it's so small. I expected a larger tree. The description of the tree was very misleading to me and paying over $100 for a tree so small and flimsy doesn't seem like a fair price at all. I planted the tree myself but I'm afraid it's going to die. This was not a fun experience but I am hopeful the tree would somehow grow.

I have purchased several different trees from Fast growing trees and they have all died. I am a master gardener and did not in anyway neglect these trees. They came damaged and it was difficult to get any refund although I had a warranty. The trees are small in stature, thin, with very few leaves. They looked anemic. They did not recover. The bark has to be totally brown with no green. That does not happen in 30 days. And their items are so overpriced. You can buy them in local nurseries for Less than half the price.

Everything looks alive and healthy, but I wish they had images of exactly what their sizes meant. I was very underwhelmed by how small the growth actually was. If I had seen them in person first I might have paid more elsewhere for fuller plants. Buying plants sight unseen is not ideal. I don't care how many pictures you provide of grown adults, show me what I will be receiving.

We ordered a couple banana trees and the ones we received were damaged. I contacted customer service and sent pictures and they did not hesitate to replace the trees. Excellent customer service. This just shows me that they truly value their customers and the product that the sell.
