Are you ordering process is easy and the shipping always comes promptly and the packaging is absolutely amazing to prevent damage to such tender plants. I don't know how you do it but it's always a success. And I'm always delighted because I don't want a credit and I don't wanna refund and I don't wanna re-shipment I always like to receive my product and use it the first time. The first time I ordered, I was taking a risk buying a pack of Nellie Stevens Holly. I've now purchased plants for all over my property down to shrubs and more. I know I can trust the plants I receive from them.
Last delivery was not right side up. All 12 plants died.
Customer service is helpful despite my blackberries coming in with a fungal issue. However it was an extremely hot trip they made, and with a little TLC both plants bounced back easily!

About a month ago, I ordered a Muskogee crêpe Myrtle my second from this company and it is thriving. It's beautiful. The lavender pink flowers are just beautiful. The tree arrived in perfect condition. This is my go to online ordering company for trees and plants.

I was skeptical about ordering those plants because I wasn't sure if they would ever get put in the ground, as the plants I bought over the last two years had to be thrown out due to never getting them in the ground and not watering them like I should. This year was better! I watered carefully and planted while the bushes were still thriving. I'm happy so far!
So far it's fine, but it's a little early to tell if I'm completely satisfied.

We purchased 16 new trees that arrived in beautiful condition. Unfortunately a drought and water limitations created a less than ideal situation for thriving but trees.com is replacing the trees we lost and we look forward to a new backyard.
