I was so disappointed in Fast Growing Tree. The plants were small and not healthy at all
The trees came in good shape and are in the ground now. Just waiting to see some leaves. I believe they are going to be great. Thanks for the good service and good product.
The fig arrived great, but when planted the leaves withered and died…I did all the correct planting instructions
…. Don't know what happened…
They delivered on time as expected but they over charge for something that should cost $20 to $30 - misrepresentation on picture to charge $100.00
Love, love my maple tree. My maple tree arrived very fast. I opened it and it was securely wrapped and already had leaves. I've only had it for about two weeks, but I'm noticing new leaves all the time. Best purchase ever!
2nd time I ordered a carambola tree. First one arrived with all the leaves off. I planted it and gave it 6 months of care. Dead tree never bloomed. I did not buy the insurance so my fault. This recent purchase a year later I bought insurance. Tree arrived half of the leaves had fallen off. I planted it and we will see what happens but after a week the leaves are still falling off. I am in the proper growing zone and it's spring so it's not the weather. I have 14 other fruit trees that I have planted in the past 5 years all doing good so I know what I am doing. At least I have the insurance.

I'm so grateful for your help with replacing my 4 trees that didn't grow, I was treated with respect and very understanding associate, I received my trees and they are in the ground and producing beautiful little leaves already, I'm very excited and I know I will have many years of beautiful color and shade. I had two four foot grapefruit trees. When the recall happened due to a virus, i had them picked up by the USDA as directed and was promised I would receive replacements and 30 percent off my next order. I waited for two months for replacements. After no answer on when I would actually receive replacementsI finally decided on a refund, but had to pay an additional amount, and ended up with one foot trees being sent. I understand this was a mess for this company, but this was not handled well. I won't be ordering from them again.
Overall they fulfilled our order, however, the one of the roses was not what we ordered. And FedEx messed up our tree order. Company shipped new trees that were great. The original order included 3 sugar maples that I am afraid may not make it. We will give it the summer to see if there will be new growth. Again it was partially a shipping problem. Please consider a different shipping company. I give them a "0" rating!

I was supposed to receive a free plant with my order that exceeded a certain value. I got my order when promised and in good shape but not my freebie! I've emailed and tried calling multiple times but never got a response and couldn't sit on hold (forever). Good products/service - terrible Customer Experience. What a shame!
This is my second try with a coffee tree. Fast growing trees graciously sent a second, larger plant, and we timed it for better weather. Unfortunately, this tree had the same type of leaf damage upon arrival. The box was opened immediately, and I gave it a small amount of water to dampen the roots. I have decided not to try again.
