I Received very nicely just like there commercials on you tube.

I ordered three trees. They came quickly but one of the three was dead when I got here.

I got the Healthy kit Dragon fruit cactus which came with a Gogi berry plant for Mother's Day and they are absolutely thriving. They are both beautiful and My Mother loved them!

They replaced a distressed tree within 2 weeks of contacting them

I ordered a 3 to 4 ft Australian pine. The one I got was barely 2ft tall. I would have got the smaller one that was way cheaper. I would have been better off going to lowes. The red bud tree I bought was half dead and I hope it survives because it was expensive. Again I should have gone to a local store.

I was very impressed with the health of the banana plants I received from FastGrowing Trees. They arrived in a secure shipper, and are truly growing fast!

Ordering was great, I received my plants and they were in good condition. I did not receive the strawberry plant that was supposed to come with the order.

The gardenia plant that was shipped is not doing well, lots of dead leaves, the buds all fell off, and lots of yellow and brown leaves.

Horrible, after my purchase. I will probably not order again.

At first my order wasn't delivered at all. I contacted customer support and they assured me they would re-ship my order. They did, but only part of it. I contacted customer support again and they said they would ship the missing items. I week later, after no contact from fast-growing-trees, I again contacted them and they said my items were delivered the day prior. Well, I was home that day and nothing arrived.

Supposedly, they are going to ship it again. I'm not holding my breath!

Bought a tree, easy intuitive ordering experience, tree arrived within provided time. Tree came in good condition with a positive attitude. Tree is showing determination to hit expected growth metrics and Q2 goals.

I received a type of honeysuckle. Don't know how that happened.

Not much of an experience - I was looking for a certain tree and you had it - I paid for it - you delivered them - I put them in the ground. Good packing - Good arrive and condition - so far - so good.

Half of the tress I ordered and played died in 1 1/2 years time.

My fig tree has been watered, but the leaves are turned downward like the plant is distressed. When it arrived the leaves were turning down. I thought that after it was planted and watered it would perk up, but that hasn't happened.

I ordered hydrangea and for lilacs expecting basically bare roots but when I got the delivery the plants were beautiful healthy packed well and they are all thriving. I thought I might regret not getting the plants at the local shop where I could see them, but the fast growing tree prices were so appealing I gave them a chance and I am very happy with my order!
