Picking out the trees was easy bc the website is so informational. The plants came fast and packaged nicely. The trees were healthy as well. Cant wait to watch them grow!

My indoor/outdoor plant was shipped right away after ordering. The package was marked as a live plant, fragile & arrived in excellent condition. The plant looked healthy & in good moist soil. They included a package of root grow food that won't burn the plant. I potted the plant following the directions to a tee. I received the plant 2 weeks ago & it has 4 leaves with another one on its way. I cant wait to see the flowers when they bloom. I'm waiting for my next plant that will arrive in June

I bought these for my sister and had them shipped to here place. Since it was planting season they arrived a few days after ordering them. Her daughter came to help them plant them and was a little jealous of the blueberry bushes as the was bigger than the ones she planted a few years ago at her place. Even though two of the apple trees seem to be in distress after planting, the rest of the plants are doing great. The two that are in distress have there leaves turned up like they aren't getting enough water but still holding onto there leaves so we haven't lost hope.

The tree is dead. I tried to email customer service, they told me to do a scratch test. The leaves are dropping off. There is no new growth. I will be pursuing a refund or will dispute the charge on my credit card. You choose.

I've purchase 2 shrubs and a tree from them, and the products were good with the exception of the shrubs being smaller than expected. (I guess you pay by the size of the pot of dirt, not by the size of the plant.) They pack them well. Beware of "free products". I received a free plant for spending over $150 - it's was beyond dead, crispy, dirt crumbled out as dust. There's no way that left their nursery as a live plant. I asked them about it - twice. I didn't get a reply either time, much less an 'oh sorry'... Makes me question their customer service, and what it would be if it was a serious issue.

I ordered a ice cream banana, 2 miracle berry and a pine berry. All arrived in perfect condition and are doing well in my garden. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. No complaints, I'll be ordering from here in the future.

When I ordered the second tree they ordered the wrong one. Had to call back and change the water

Box only had one strap and slightly damaged on end that was the top of tree.

I ordered the ylang ylang tree about a month ago, never received it. Tried calling the number, no answer. Left a message for a call back. Never got a call back. Used the invoice number to check on status, the tree is scheduled to ship Feb. 2023! Basically 8 months to ship if that happens. I should figure out a way to cancel the order

I needed to give the the plants lots of T. L. C. To survive. Could of went elsewhere for less cost and better quality.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it made a great mothers day gift! I was disappointed in the size of the tree though. Even after I asked customer service how tall it would be, she said she didn't know, and couldn't give me any info. I ordered anyway, but the tree is only 1ft tall. She assured me that it would produce fruit in the first year, but I'm not sure how such a small tree could produce fruit. Either way, tree arrive in good shape and I'm happy about that. Would likely order again, but more specific info on tree age/height would be helpful.

TREE--RECEIVED TREE WITH THE TOP 6" BROKEN--EMAILED WITH ONE OF THEIR AGENTS--ASKED HOW IS THAT BROKEN TOP GOING TO EFFECT THE GROWTH OF MY TREE--HOW WILL THAT KEEP MY TREE TO GROW WITH ONE MAIN TRUNK OR WILL IT KNOW DIVIDE--I WANTED INFORMATION--THE AGENT WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANSWERING MY CONCERNS--THE AGENT WAS MORE INTERESTED IN HOW THIS WOULD IMPACT THE COMPANY. SHE ASKED FOR A PICTURE--WHICH MY HUSBAND SENT--WHO EVER RECEIVED PIX, RESPONDED IT WAS RECEIVED--I INFORMED THE ORIGINAL AGENT THE PIX WAS SENT AND THE AGENT RESPONDED, WOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MORE INFORMATION--I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, AND THE TREE SITS BY THE SIDE IN THE PLASTIC BAG IT ARRIVED IN--I SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL TO ASKING WHAT IS HAPPENING AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION--THE ONLY EMAILS I KEEP GETTING IS HOW WAS THE TREE I RECEIVED FROM THEM--NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHO IS DOING WHAT--SAD--SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME--THEY GOT MY DAMAGED MOTHER'S DAY GIFT, FROM MY SON AND HUSBAND LINGERING AND PLAYING DEAD!

Trees arrived perfectly packed. I did have a concern about the trees once I planted and they have been great to communicate with and reassure me, my trees will be alright!

Plants arrived protected and wrapped in heavy duty cardboard. This was my second delivery of trees from Fast Trees in a couple of years. Fast delivery, excellent care, Guaranteed. So easy to do. Excellent staff help with choices you may have to make.

I am so happy with my first purchase. All of the fruit trees (4-in-1 apple tree, 5-in-1 pear tree, plum tree, cherry trees pollination pack, blueberry and lemon tree) are in the ground and doing great. Could not be more satisfied.The flower bushes and the Oklahoma Redbud tree also doing very well. The trees came carefully packed and very easy to plant within 2 days of shipping. Fingers crossed that they continue to do well. Cannot wait to purchase more items in the future.
