I was a bit apprehensive about buying plants online but everything was quick, easy and arrived in perfect condition. Within days I made a second purchase that again was very satisfying. All plants were planted on arrival and are doing very well.

Tree received been died and not covered under warranty that been bought because of the reason customer could not identify in the winter period the tree died with frost and could not reach to customer care before warranty expires. As a seller and warranty provider they do not own any responsibility to check with customer how tree is doing and any assistance with tips to save the tree from frost for the warranty money paid. This is a totally fraud with customers who have no knowledge on the living things.

The website was easy to use to shop for the tree I wanted, and that has a good chance of flourishing in my location. Ordering was easy, and delivery was prompt. The tree arrived in really good condition and was planted next day. So far, so good. My only disappointment has been that I requested a little more info on the specific type of Yoshino Cherry I received, and I don't think I've gotten an answer.

Hi, very happy with the experience overall but I will tell you it came in a mess of a box, dry rootballs, upside down snd a few of the trees were bent to 90 degrees from the growth. I hope they right themselves as time goes by but overall it was good.

Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. Product arrived as promised.

I ordered an item but when they received their inventory there was an issue. I was contacted about the issue and we were able to make some adjustments to my order and come up with a resolution that worked for both. Excellent customer service and they stay ahead of potential issues to provide the customer with a great experience.

Purchased a tree from Fast Growing Trees.com, 12 trees from another on-line green house, and roughly a dozen from local green houses. The tree from Fast Growing Trees.com was delivered in a 6"x6"x5' box, was unpacked within 10 minutes of the delivery from FedEx, and in the ground within an hour or so. The same weekend all the other trees were also planted with the same dirt and fertilizer. Every other tree is doing exceptionally well, but the tree from Fast Growing Trees.com is nearly dead. It has lost roughly 50% of the leaves that were wilted upon delivery and the balance that are still holding on do not look healthy and afraid it is only a matter of time. Don't waste your time or money would be my advice as we will not order from them again, but there are several other on-line sources that have exceeded our expectations.

The tree arrived with dying leaves. I planted the thing and have been faithful to watering. Not sure if this tree is going to make it. It's ironic/coincidental that I received this not so hearty tree after I gave the website a thumbs down due to not being able to save information if you desired to go back in and do more shopping.

I was very skeptical ordering trees online since, for me, it was a rather large investment that I would not be able to "do over". My whole experience was above my expectations. From my visit with customer service, to shipment and packaging of my trees, to the health and size. I would definitely recommend FastGrowingTrees.com and purchase from them for my next project.

I've bought several trees from this site, the plants were in great condition upon arrival and as same as what they have described. I called the custom service because one of the trees were damaged and send them the pictures, they issued an replacement and three days later I got it which in a great condition.The company is reliable and there is a real person answer the phone. I've had great experiences with them.

We received beautiful maple tree gift last year. We're doing landscape work this yr. We wanted 5 (5-6 ft) large pear trees to line driveway. We went to FGT's bc of quality of gift. We also purchased rose bush, coneflowers, weigela and boxwoods. My FAV item are rose trees - they're simply gorgeous and haven't stopped blooming since they arrived!
Our local landscape gardener had some minor concerns on tree arrival. He suggested we make contact before he did planting job. FGT was quick to respond, provide thorough guidance and support! How refreshing!
Our other items were exactly as described on arrival. Shipment packaging is excellent!
There's no doubt FGT's quality from large trees to small shrubs far surpasses big box stores. The health and quality of plants is evident. You can feel big smiles and caring ppl thru email!
We chose to purchase warranty for trees. I appreciate being given afforded option for large investment.
Overall I highly recommend FGT's products and superior customer service!

Trees arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. Only issue was UPS driver stood box on end despite box being labeled lay flat. This caused all the potting soil to sift out of pot. Planted both trees within 2 days. Tree that got unpotted is struggling a bit but I'll wait to see if it recovers.

Much smaller than expected. Could have bought one 3 times the size at my local nursery for the same price. Should have looked first. It's been a month since I planted it and it's not looking so good. I hope it turns out okay.

My original purchase didn't make it. Replacement was easy with the warranty.
