Package came and was received in good shape. Well packaged. Tree is doing well after the first two weeks.

I was satisfied with the products. The size of the trees were not what I expected for the amount of money I spent. I hoped for a bit larger trees.

Sent me 4 twigs for $150
Would not refund
I had to pay to ship back
From east cost to west coast from west coast to east coast
I knew the twigs couldnt survive

I was amazed at how quick these trees arrived and they were much larger and better quality than I usually have seen for the money.

Arrived within a week in great ship with planting instructions. I couldn't be more pleased.
Just remember bigger the tree bigger the hole that must be dug.

The delivery was on time and the trees looked healthy. I followed directions and it seems they are happy trees. If I need more I willl definitely buy from this company.

Received all 7 of trees. 6 of them were damaged during shipping. The cypress trees are actually cloned branches. Hoping the turn out well. The strawberry plant died within two weeks.

I placed three separate orders for various fruit trees. All were expertly packed and in good condition when they arrived. I will look at Fast Growing trees first when looking for trees in the future.

It shipped fast, it shipped in pretty good condition, it's been 2.5 weeks since I planted them but they are browning. Time will tell

Trees looked great, except one, leaves were turning brownish, I still think it would live,, to be completely honest I can't truly say that its not my fault,, now I did order another.

One part of the order did not ship, but there was no reason given or any notification about when it would be shipped. When the tree did arrive, it was not the quality of any previous order. Although I questioned where the tree was, I received no response.

Tree arrived in 2 days in perfect condition, the planting instructions were easy to follow.

Two out of three plants were in bad shape upon arrival. One rebounded the other has not. Upon attempting to speak to customer service they intentionally tried to avoid me and it took 5 attempts to get somebody to actually speak with me

Received a defective tree and customer service refused to help in any way

It's been in the ground for a month and leaves still wilted.

The customer support has been wonderful. The live chat is very quick, rarely any waiting. The reps are knowledgeable and are always helpful wether the questions are about plants/trees, pricing, etc, the quality is wonderful.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but order a tree. Tree was safely delivered and packaged well. I followed the easy instructions, and the tree is already happy and growing fast in just a few weeks. Very happy customer!

I ordered a lilac bush as a gift for my niece. I missed the gift option so I called right after I made the order and it was easy to make sure that the receipt was not in the shipment and they even offered to include a birthday greeting. Very responsive and accommodating
